This incredible newer custom home sits right on the bay and enjoys amazing views from most of the property. You will love the open common area upstairs that has lots of windows displaying views in every direction. The state-of-the-art kitchen will make you want to spend time cooking during your stay! A great stay from beginning to end. Check-in was seamless and the host was quick to address the minor issues we had. This well-appointed house had great amenities and a nice layout -- three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a laundry area downstairs and huge kitchen (with high-end appliances) and living area upstairs. The kitchen is very well stocked with small appliances, dishware, cookware and utensils. The master bath/dressing/closet area was huge. There are kayaks and life jackets in the garage that guests are welcome to use. Though the marina area behind the home is marked private, the people there were friendly and gave us permission to push off from their pier. Though this part of Morro Bay tends to see a lot of fog, it is centrally located. Chances are you'll find a sunny beach in nearby Cayucos, Avila Bay and/or Cambria. The charming city of San Luis Obispo is about 10 minutes away. I'd highly recommend spending a week here, especially if you're trying to escape the heat!

Beautiful, clean, waterfront home with a nice deck overlooking the marina and ocean. Perfect set-up for 3 couples. Well-appointed kitchen for cooking in and entertaining. We will definitely be back!

Just spent an amazing 5 nights at the bay view home. We experienced weather from hard rain and fog to lovely sun and all were heavenly, The house is very quiet with views from almost every room --we saw sea otters and a bald eagle right off the deck. The very well equipped kitchen gave us a reason to stay in and enjoy family fun cooking and playing cards. Oh, and its placement is very walkable to restaurants and waterfront parks. Can't wait to return!

This is a very well-appointed and well-maintained property with everything one needs for a lovely stay. And the view is spectacular. People may think they'd want a view of the famous giant rock, but this view of Morro Bay is far better--it's peaceful and gorgeous in every light and weather. This place is exceptional.

My family and I had a wonderful time staying here. The view is absolutely beautiful looking out onto the bay from a couple different balconies. The property is also conveniently located close to downtown MB. The house is very modern and updated. There is a spacious living area. The beds were very comfortable. I can’t say enough good things about this property. My family and I will definitely be back soon.

Nice place. We spent a lot of time just watching the birds from the back decks. Paddle boarding access is not bad, just a short walk down the concrete path behind the house.

The house was beautiful and clean. Spacious inside and out. All rooms were well equipped with all things needed. The view from the deck and especially sunsets were amazing. We would definitely stay here again.

The house has a great bay view, but you cannot get to it without walking at least a half mile, even though it looks like you can. The house is comfortable but could use some new indoor paint and cleaning of furniture.

Two couples - spent the weekend, cooking, drinking wine and enjoying the beautiful view and the peaceful neighborhood. Close enough to the embarcadero for an ambitious walk or a quick drive. The home is well-designed to enjoy time with friends. This home will stay in our permanent rotation.

The property has the best view of sunset in Morro Bay. The house was clean and suited our family of 4 adults perfectly. The location was very close to all the nearby restaurants and grocery stores in town. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Wonderful location on Morro Bay, overlooks the bay, easy access to restaurants and the Morro Bay golf course. House is perfect for groups up to 6 people. Great for relaxed gathering, talking, etc.

We enjoyed watching the boats and the birds in the bay. The kitchen is very well equipped, but in some cases style trumped convenience. The beds are very high off the floor and if you have any mobility issues they can be hard to get into. The use of shag rugs in the dinning room and living room didn't look very clean and don't seem to be a good choice for a rental unit.

This home was absolutely perfect for our group! We wanted a quiet, relaxing getaway for a few days and as soon as we walked in the house our shoulders dropped. Incredible views, super close to all the downtown shops and restaurants. We absolutely loved it and hope to return again next year!

Great location right on the bay with breathtaking views. The house was very clean and modern with great appliances and cookware. I would totally stay at this location again as it's right in the heart of downtown Morro Bay with access to everything.

My family absolutely loved our vacation here! The waterfront location was amazing; the views of the bay, dunes, and adjacent marina were incredible 24/7. The multilevel decks offered ample space and seating options to BBQ, enjoy meals outside, or cozy up to the fire pit after dark. The home was spacious, clean, and comfortable throughout. The kitchen was beautifully appointed and well-stocked. We had a great time using the kayaks (2 singles and one tandem) in the garage. The bay is a great place for beginners, but it was a bit tricky getting the kayaks down the marina ramp. We will definitely be back for another stay!

Where do I start. The house was amazing. My family loved the place. All the beds were big and very comfortable. We spent most of our time hanging around the large island in the kitchen and on the deck. The views from the deck are amazing. I could go on for days about the house but the best thing I could say is that we all had a great time and would love to stay there again.

I stayed with my husband and two other couples last week and we really enjoyed the home's features and location. The kitchen and bathrooms were well appointed with everything we needed. We had the master bedroom with en suite bath w a private deck and views of the bay which was delightful. The other two bedrooms that our friends had was comfortable though they said an extra side table by the bed would have been helpful. and also someplace to put their luggage on- like a foldable rack. They shared the 2nd bathroom but not everyone likes that. The half bath on the upper level was handy. There are a lot of stairs but it was fine for our group though may be an issue for others. It was too windy to use the kayaks and we didn't get to use the grill or fire pit but so nice to have those options. The views from out the upper level and deck are fabulous. Great location with a short walk to the park , birds and estuary. Overall a great place and location and definitely would stay here again

This property was a perfect setting for a getaway with friends. We appreciated the great views from the main living area as well as the master bedroom. All appliances were high end and almost brand new. The water view was wonderful with many anchored boats and the sound of crashing waves just beyond the bluffs. We appreciated the large garage , outdoor furniture, nice bedding and spacious clean bathrooms. The main drag of town is a 15 minute walk ro a 3 minute drive. It was very quiet on the back patio. This is much nicer than any of the hotel accommodations in town if you are a seeking a place for 4-6 adults. All bedrooms have King beds.I would definitely stay again .
