At the entrance of this beautiful gated neighborhood you are just a short walk to the jewel of The Colorado River, beautiful Lake Austin.
Upon entering the home, you are charmed by sleek grey and cream Turkish tiles, crystal chandeliers and for the music lover, this home offers a music room graced with a baby grand piano, guitar, wireless microphones and comfortable seating for an evening of sing alongs.
Adjacent to the music room is a formal dining room with seating for 10 of your favorite guests.
The bar is open! Connecting the dining room to the kitchen is a dedicated bar for creating cocktails or opening that special bottle of Texas wine or locally crafted brew.
The chef’s kitchen is complete with a 5 burner gas stove, convenience appliances and coffee bar. The 13 foot island with bar stool seating offers the ideal spot to host your guests because everyone always ends up in the kitchen!
A breakfast room with seating for 6 overlooks the waterfall pool and garden.
Comfortable seating, a gas fireplace and a 75” tv make watching the game, golf tournament or F1race a delight.
The bedrooms offer a quiet retreat for guests.
Two bedrooms in the front of the home are outfitted with luxury linens on Queen size beds. These rooms share an en-suite Jack n Jill bath with granite countertops and dual sinks. A tub/shower combo and toilet are separate and private.
A third Queen bedroom located centrally in the home offers a private en-suite bath with a shower/tub combo and a single sink with granite countertops.
A powder guest bath and laundry facilities are included for your convenience.
The outdoor spaces in this home are simply stunning. A private azure pool with 3 waterfalls, 3 bubblers, water badminton, corn hole, ping pong, an outdoor kitchen with grill and refrigerator create the perfect entertaining space for you and your guests.
A covered patio with a dining table for 6 and a telescope offers the perfect place to enjoy those Big Texas starlit skies. Sit around the fire pit and enjoy the s’mores station!
Do you love the lake life?
You can rent a boat or jet skis or have the Sunshine Machine Party Boat ferry you around Lake Austin.
Or bring your own boat! There is a public boat ramp .07 mile away at Emma Long Park Public Boat Ramp. It’s an easy launch for a perfect day on Lake Austin.
Lake Travis Is 7 miles away with public boat launches, aquatics rentals and zip line adventures.
Austin dining is rich with opportunities for casual and fine dining at its best.
For a super casual lakefront dining experience with live music on the weekends, 1/4 mile from your front door is the famous Ski Shores restaurant. Watching the boaters and skiers with iced cold drinks and burgers are the main attraction.
