Other Things to Note: *The 3% credit card processing fee for VRBO booking payments can not be refunded in case of cancellations. * No additional taxes or resort fees * Signature will place a temporary hold on your card for $100-$300 at check in for incidentals. It will be released back to you after check out. * The cleaning company cannot accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs. However, you can leave your luggage at the front desk either before or after your stay. * Cleanings before check-in and after check-out are covered by the cleaning fee. Daily housekeeping is not included, but is available on demand for a price. * The entire building is strictly smoke-free. * We have a Nevada State Business License and pay all applicable fees and taxes. * You or someone in your party must be 21 years or older to rent this property Interaction with Guests: The check-in and check-out is similar to a hotel. The front desk is available 24/7 for any maintenance emergencies. Pretty much any other issue should be addressed by sending a message to the host. The front desk will require a credit or debit card at check-in, but it's only for incidentals (spa packages, restaurant, bar, room service) or damage to the property. If you use a debit card for incidentals, the front desk will place a $100-$300 hold on the card during your stay. This will be released after you check out. At least one person in your group must be 21 years of age or older in order to reserve the room. You will not be given a room key by the Signature staff if you don't have someone who is at least 21 years of age on the reservation. Please let us know if you have questions or concerns.

Great location, clean condo. Easy to get into MGM. Highly recommend this property if you're in Vegas for business or want a "quiet" weekend in Vegas. Check in was easy, check out even easier.

Really great place! It’s a relaxing spot close enough to all the action. The room met all our needs. Property owner checked in us frequently to make sure everything was going well. Definitely would recommend this spot

Matt checked in with us regularly and was very attentive. The room was clean and comfortable. The pool was perfect for those who want to relax and don’t want a big party atmosphere. Loved the location, as it was next to Top Golf, connected to MGM Grand, and across the street from Dolby Live.

Security was very helpful upon check in & you can use valet if available. We felt very safe at this hotel off the strip. Casinos, shops and restaurants just a quick 10 mini walk away. The unit had a tub and a shower and was very quiet. A small kitchenette and a comfortable sitting area and dining table. We will definitely add the MGM signature to our list for Vegas accommodations!

What a nice day! The place was clean modern beautiful. Kitchen fairly well stocked. Location was awesome. Easy walking distance to the strip. Connected to MGM Grand. The owner (Matt?) communicated often and in great detail with me and made check in very easy. He responded to all of my questions within the hour. I’ll definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay in this hotel. Valet was always available to us and the Starbucks downstairs was super convenient for early mornings. Everything was close by and we loved that we could walk to the casino without having to leave the hotel property. Cleanliness was overall good. Will definitely be booking again!

The condo is attached to MGM Grand which has a monorail station which allowed me to travel up and down the strip all day for the cost of one Uber ride. Staff was friendly and the room had kitchen items for simple meals. I would definitely stay here again.

Unit was clean and well kept. Property Mgr Matt did a good job of walking us through the check in process and seeing if we needed anything. Could use a new mattress on the bed as it sagged. All in all a great unit to stay at

This is a great place to stay I checked out of the STRATOSPHERE and came here and was able to enjoy the rest of my stay. The rooms are what is posted. I think the carpet could use a little cleaning but overall I would definitely be staying again

Right off the strip. Was perfect for quiet getaway bit was 8 min walk to strip life. MGM access was amazing. Pool was packed but not a property issue. Just a heads up for you pool people! Smooth check in. Manager consistently checked in. Free valet!! Great stay.

Amazing! I enjoyed the whole entire stay and was so amazed of the fact that the condo looks just like the picture. Being that I cleaned behind myself, I really didn’t have to call house keeping and there was enough towels to last throughout the whole entire stay. The only thing house keeping had to do was cleaned the morning I left for the next guest. I so loved the room and will book again in the future. Gratitude to the owner, host, and housekeeping!

Room was nice overlooked pool area of MGM Grand, could hear the music through the glass from that high up, was nice, has good acces to MGM through tunnels. Was very clean and well kept, but the only thing I could say wasn't making this 100% great room was something small and really only preference to me but if you suffer from overheating, like your body temperature runs high and you sweat easily, the rooms air conditioner could use some work. Was pretty darn hot in the room even when i set AC to like 59 degrees but other than that great room! And the owner is very communicative! Sadly I'll add one more criticism, which was early check in is basically non existent for this room so don't count on it.
