Gorgeous, fully renovated luxury vacation townhouse on deep water with views of oyster beds, golf and croquet courts, located in coveted Dataw Island -2 golf courses, indoor and outdoor pools, tennis facilities. Just steps from the country clubhouse, fine dining pub, private marina, boat docking and storage facilities. 10 minutes to downtown historic Beaufort. Dataw is located 10 minutes from Hunting Island/ Beach state park-the ocean and prestigious neighborhood on the Morgan River.

The first floor offers an open concept kitchen, living, and dining room area. The fully stocked kitchen, features marble counter tops and fully equipped appliances. The dining area, seating up to six, overlooks marsh and golf course views. Additional seating for meals can be found at the three bar stools in the kitchen space. The living room area includes a working desk space and large flat screened TV. The sliding glass doors open up to a furnished deck space with serene marsh and golf course views. Also on this floor is the first bedroom with a queen bed, walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom.

Upstairs you will find the Primary bedroom with a comfortable, king sized bed and low country views. A large third room upstairs features a comfortably furnished queen sized and twin sized bed. The upstairs bathroom features a shower, tub combo with a new vanity.

When staying at Dataw Island, you have access to the club amenities like the indoor and outdoor pool, golf course, tennis and croquet courts, restaurants and fitness center. Some activities, like golf, do require a charge to the club.

A washer and dryer are provided along with free Wi-Fi. We apologize, but pets are not accommodated. Please note that there is maximum parking for two cars.

Dataw Island is a hidden gem in the low country. This condo is everything you need and more. Beautiful views and so many things to do around the area. The host is a great communicator and did everything right to ensure we had a great experience. Will absolutely be booking this spot again!

This entire process was easy from start to finish. Communicating with our hostess was very effective and efficient; she was quick in all her responses. The Villa was perfect, with its three separate bedrooms for our five adults. Everything was spotless and neat throughout the villa. Gaining access was a snap and checkout a breeze. The location allowed for a 2-minute walk to the Club's pool and courts. We'd definitely use this villa again in the future. A solid 5-star experience.

For Thanksgiving we found ourselves in a situation that we had outgrown our normal family gathering spot on Dataw Island. This villa was the perfect answer to our problem. Located right off the water the sunrise and sunset were beautiful. Also, having the ability to spend the day with family but have a bed at night was a plus. What I would offer up is that you need to bring or buy locally anything you need. The villa did provide hotel size toiletries, but we needed to buy additional soaps and shampoos, as well as spices and plastic wrap for leftovers. This was an oversight on my part.

We have visited Beaufort numerous times but this is our first time staying on Dataw. It was a wonderful experience. The Club's amenities were wonderful and everyone is so friendly. Having morning coffee and an evening glass of wine on the back deck was a perfect way to begin and end the day.

5 star review. The house was just as described, the view is amazing. Great pool, fun fishing off the dock! Do yourself a favor rent a golf cart and go explore the island. Everyone is so nice and welcoming. Jennifer the owner was just amazing. I only have 2 suggestions one is a sectional couch the other is a grill. But we will be back.

Such a wonderful weekend on Dataw Island for a wedding celebration! This condo has been tastefully updated and has all amenities. One comment, seems like the renovation has been recent and the condo could use a few more detail finishes and clean up. Overall, great floor plan, most everything you need from home and the most amazing water views on the island from your back deck! Family and friends rented other condos in the island bluffs. We were able to share space and spend time with one another!

This is the 3rd unit on Dataw that we have stayed in. Ownership and responsiveness was good in all 3 but the owner of this unit went above and beyond. There was a small snafu after we checked in and the owner was on it! We are building a home on Dataw and usually stay a week at a time. The place was spotless, everything worked. The only recommendation I would make is to have Kleenex available and a higher quality toilet paper. LOL --- Definitely first world problems. When we come back, this will be our first pick.

The Villas are in a perfect location and close to everything. We have stayed in other villas before. This was not our favorite. I thought it would be big enough for our family but they are not. First time we had one with third sleeping area and it is too cramped. Good thing we took toddler blowup beds for the grandkids. It could use more furniture. They have just a love seat and small chair. We had to rewash the towels before using and one I didn’t because I wanted them to see it. Please for the sack of the next visitors get some new bed pillows the ones downstairs are small and very old.

Our stay at the Villas was wonderful! The location is absolutely perfect. We watched dolphins swim just outside our back door, could easily walk to the pool and clubhouse, and enjoyed exploring all Dataw had to offer! The villa was very clean and we were impressed with the quality of the towels and bedding. The beds were all very comfortable. We had 4 adults and 2 children and felt like we all had plenty of space. There was a hose outside which helped with cleanup when we would return from the beach at Hunting Island. I would definitely recommend this villa to anyone. The only downside is that we did not feel enough toilet paper, paper towels or garbage bags were provided, and we had to purchase these ourselves after arrival. Came here for my son's graduation at Parris Island (30min drive) and enjoyed my stay. Very clean amd spacious villa in a gated community gives that sense of security while away. Less than 5 miles from Walmart and Foodlion which was very helpful for us. Great communication with the host.. would definitely stay here again.
