We had a fantastic time at this property, we stayed for 5 nights and there were 15 of us. We had more than enough room for all of us plus some. The kids and adults alike enjoyed games of hide and seek without ever running out of places to hide and enjoy themselves.
The communication was phenomenal, super fast and easy. The home was stocked well with necessities and what wasn't there, the mgr offered to reimburse us. Couple of minor things that should be addressed:
*the shower light and electrical outlets in the main floor bathroom didn't work,
*Hot water with a large group was had to come by
*the dryer worked, but doesn't dry very well,
*to warm the downstairs, the main floor needed to be super hot.
None of these things were a deal breaker and we would most definitely recommend the place and stay at the property again.

We had a great time. This house is beautiful with lots of room. We used every inch of it. The communication with the property manager was very timely and efficient. The kitchen was well stocked, as well as the linens and things one needs. Toilet paper, paper towels, soaps, shampoos etc.The beds were comfortable.
The only area i have less than 5 stars for was the location and neighborhood. Manager tells you way in advance the road Is washed out and they are striving for a solution. We didn't have any trouble.
You are king of the mountain in this neighborhood.
I would stay there again without hesitating, it was great. Thank you for a great family place

This house was perfect for our large group of family and friends gathering over Thanksgiving week. Having 2 kitchens made meal prep easy. There was plenty of room to spread out as needed. The game room, bocce ball court, hot tub, and fire pit were all big hits. Our only complaints were the mediocre water pressure and the bumpy road on the way in, which was fine since there wasn't any winter weather when we were there. We had a great time!

Stayed here in September. The house is huge and great for large groups. We had a family vacation to Asheville and there was plenty of room for everyone. The house was a little difficult to find, but the host was communicative about that in advance. However, the road to the house was washed out and had we not had cars with higher clearance, we would not have been able to get to the house or back out without getting stuck. Things are recently redone, but seem incomplete. The bedrooms were pretty clean, but the bathrooms, living room and other common areas were dirty. The bedrooms and space were unbeatable though if that's your priority.

The house is minutes from several parts of Asheville and has plenty of rooms and parking for a large group. The road on the way in is a bit rough, but we didn’t have any issues! If we need a large house again in the future we will certainly consider this location!

Nice home. Living room furniture is old and uncomfortable. BBQ had no gas and was filthy. Street leading to home is dirt and in need of major maintenance. One guest almost rolled over their car because of the ruts in the road.
Nice clean bedrooms Bathrooms were also clean. Main kitchen is large and easy to use. Upstairs gameroom was fun.
If you are not accustomed to driving on steep dirt roads or parking on a steep driveway, this may be a challenge

Our group of 13 adults had a fantastic time staying at the Boho Chateau. There was ample space both inside and outside for all of us to gather together for meals, games, and general hanging out. There was even space for a few of us to work in private (not fun but had to be done). The home was clean and well stocked and the beds were comfortable. We utilized all the extra amenities; the giant deck, bocci ball, pool table, hot tub, and even the seats around the fire pit. August was a bit too hot for a fire but the seats surrounding the pit were very comfortable. The home is really close to downtown Asheville, yet outside the noise restrictions, and uber rides were easy to get and relatively cheap. We will definitely be staying here again in the future!

House was perfect for our work planning retreat. The large table, bar, and living room area was a great place for us to work during the day and the outside amenities and chill areas provided us space to hang out once the work was complete. House was well stocked and beautifully decorated.
Only feedback is to provide cover for the windows of the restrooms upstairs. Even though it is on the upper level, it was uneasy to step nude out of the shower and be directly in front of the window. :-)

We were a group of 17 and were so comfortable in the house. Brendan was so amazing with communication and help with whatever we needed, before during and after our stay. The kitchen was well stocked, beds were very comfortable and the common areas were really nice and cozy for hanging out. Would 100% stay here again!

Customer service was impeccable!! Anything that we had a question about, Brendan responded immediately. Three spacious levels and huge rooms and levels for large groups and varied age groups. There were 5 in our group in their late 70s and who COULD navigate the stairs but did not often. They would come in bottom level from cars and then up indoor steps to main (2nd) level. Kitchen and dining area was large and fully equipped for our group who cooked 2 big meals a day. Street coming into house has been washed by weather so we had to be very slow and intentional about getting to house. (Brendan has no control over the weather or Asheville’s upkeep of the street, of course, so that’s not his fault.) Because of the multiple bathrooms on each of the 3 levels, we did scatter showers for water pressure and hot water. This was NOT a deal breaker for our group. The price for the space & customer service we recieved was a literal steal!

We really enjoyed our stay. Perfect house for a large family with different age groups. Young boys enjoyed a lot the pool table and tv room in second floor.

We had a great stay! The house was spacious with room for everyone and the individual rooms were all comfortable. The owner of the home was responsive and accommodating. The perfect place for a big group.

This Home was perfect for our family gathering. Every room was spacious, plus having the 2nd kitchen made sure that everyone had ample room. While some enjoyed playing pool, others were outside playing bocce under the lights or enjoying the fire pit.
Brendan was a pleasure to deal with, as he was proactive in his communication.
We would gladly stay in this Home again in the future. Great experience

Huge modern house with lots of rooms. Convenient location given Asheville's restrictions, and very friendly host. Accommodated our group well!

We rented this home for our family for my daughter’s wedding. It was great that each couple had their own bedroom. The 6 bathrooms was convenient as well. It was very spacious and the long driveway was great to easily park 6 vehicles.

Excellent for Large Group
I feel compelled to address the poor review from May 2022 since it is the only other one at this time on VRBO (there are plenty on another site). While the house is off of a gravel road for the last couple of hundred yards it is not in an economically challenged neighborhood and there are no security issues.
It is actually in a very convenient location since it is less than 10 minutes to West Asheville and about 15 minutes to the heart of downtown. Considering you can't rent a whole house in Asheville, this is about as close as you can get.
While the house has a few issues like shower water pressure and smelly well water, the AC worked fine and generally the house was as advertised. The hot tub, fire pit, bocce court and pool table were great to have with 5 couples in their fifties.
Brendan was great and accomodative. Would stay here again with a large group.

Great house and a great location!
The house was great for our family. We stayed only two nights as we were headed to South Carolina for our vacation. The house was beautiful and the property manager was extremely helpful if we had any questions. Loved that it was close to the expressway and easy to get to restaurants and grocery. Would definitely recommend!

This house is in the middle of an economically challenge neighborhood so security was an issue. This is more of a college fraternity house. The upstairs A/C did not work.
