About this house rental
This 1500 sqft family and pet friendly property has 3 master suites (1 king and 2 x queen) each with an adjoining bathroom and is perfect for a weekend getaway, weekly or monthly stay where the peace and quiet of a private home directly on the waterfront is just what you are looking for. We enjoy the patronage of many repeated guests and their 5-star reviews speak for themselves!
Our home has no immediate neighbors and features its own private beach and 250ft pier with fishing dock where many memories are waiting to be created with fishing, crabbing, kayaking, beach games, amazing sunrises and sunsets and campfires.
The property has beautiful modern furnishings and fixtures and is not cluttered! It contains 3 comfortable master suites with comfortable and high-end beds in each room. The kitchen is fully-equipped, and open to the dining and living area, for ample seating.
The rear deck is expansive with unobstructed views of the spectacular Mississippi Sound and right out the front, Horn Island. The deck has room to sit for that morning coffee and to lay out and catch some sun. You will see lots of birds (eagles, pelicans, cardinals, bluejays), many fish and dolphins passing by. The views are priceless and we know this will be one of your favorite places to be.
The property provides secure covered parking as well as other needed amenities such as Direct TV, WiFi internet and full washer/dryer. We’ve thought of most things you will need, so show up and relax. You can enjoy use of two kayaks, BBQ’s (one gas and one charcoal), many board games and puzzles, dart board, tree swings and hammock chair.
The property is 20 minutes from downtown Ocean Springs where you can enjoy many awesome options for dining, arts, boutiques, micro-breweries, and places to see. Biloxi is approximately 30 minutes drive and host many options for entertainment and dining, including famous casinos that will certainly hit the mark. This is a spectacular part of the gulf coast.

This house is beautiful with everything you need. The six of us were very comfortable. Plenty of room to spread out. Our family enjoyed a relaxing vacation with a beautiful view and the soothing sound of the gulf. The pier is an extra perk, we used the supplied crab traps and caught some crabs, we even tried our luck with a cast net and caught lots of shrimp

House was really nice. Enough room for a family to stay and be comfortable. The ability to use the boats was nice to try out. Pier was in good shape. Everything was in good order when we arrived. The Shed was a good place to eat. Ocean Springs was nice to walk through. Neighborhood was quite.

We had a wonderful time at the Pelican Perch. I kayaked with a dolphin and my children found treasures on the beach each evening. We enjoyed trips into town and fun family adventures like the shrimp boat tour.

This was our third year in a row staying at this property. The house is clean, comfortable, and well-furnished, and the quality of our stay has been consistent every year. The private beach is great! Be sure to bring water shoes, as there are some rocks, but overall it's a nice, sandy beach. The water is shallow out past the end of the dock and was great for our young kids. It's an easy drive into town for groceries and to enjoy what Ocean Springs has to offer. We definitely recommend this property!

We LOVE this rental so much! It’s our second time here, and we hope to make it an annual or biannual family getaway. Everything was so clean. Even the deck was perfectly cleaned off, which is often neglected at other rentals we have stayed at. The bed was so comfortable, and we slept great!
Just a few fyi’s: bring bottled water and ice since the fridge doesn’t have a dispenser.
If you are a hand washer like me you may need to bring extra dish soap.

Perfect one floor layout with three master bedrooms! This home is well stocked with all the essentials and then some. Kayaks are there for the exercise minded, the TV is easy to use for those who are not so much. Spent several days fishing at the end of the dock - caught a blue crab with the owner's crab trap. We completed a 2000 piece puzzle in two days of peace and quiet. The home is very private, and immaculately clean.

We stayed here for a full week. Property inside and out is well maintained. Great place for 3 couples or a large family. Excellent pier and nice shaded lot with a private beach. Very private. We had a amazing time. The home was beautiful and had everything you needed to do any at home cooking. The kayaks were a awesome touch to the place we enjoyed them so much. Had a blast fishing,catching crabs and had a nice relaxing bonfire at sunset one night.We were gonna venture out to the surrounding areas but we never made it due to the fact we were so relaxed and enjoying the time at the home so much!!! We will definitely be a repeat stay at this property. The host were amazing to work with and everything went smoothly.

This is our second time staying at this property, and there is a pretty good chance we will be back again. We have a six-year-old and a four-year-old, and it's the perfect set up for a young family: the beach is just steps away and the water is calm and shallow. We loved making sand castles and catching crabs (and then looking at them and releasing them, haha). The kids loved playing on the swings and chasing lizards on the bottom level. We also really like the town of Ocean Springs, as it has a great downtown with restaurants and shops.

We loved having this beautiful home on the water as our home base for our vacation. It is close to so many things, i.e., parks, restaurants, famous downtown Ocean Springs, grocery stores, fishing piers, Biloxi and all the casinos... and yet it is so very private. We really enjoyed the awesome kitchen and cooked our dinners there every night. We enjoyed a couple of fantastic bonfires right on the beach. This VRBO is truly a gem and we would definitely rent it again.

Be careful of the water- lots of debris to step on. Our son got cellulitis from a cut he got in the water. Would advise not swimming. Fishing & pier are great!

We had a great week at Pelican Perch. The owners were great, very responsive. Beautiful home with 3 spacious bedrooms. The location is beautiful, quiet, on a residential street with beautiful views of the Mississippi Sound. Just a few minutes to Ocean Springs, a charming town, and less than 30 minutes to Biloxi.

This pet-friendly home was so easy to settle into. Three comfortable bedrooms with three nice bathrooms, large kitchen with tons of counter space and plenty of room in the cabinets to store our foods. Plenty of nice stoneware dishes in every size & shape, and all the cookware we could ask for. On a quiet street in a quiet neighborhood, perfectly positioned on the gulf shore to view both the sunrise AND the sunset over the water. Big deck with lots of outdoor furniture gave plenty of options to spread out and relax. Somehow, it was the "easiest-living" place we've stayed in at all our VRBO's so far. The hosts were gracious and friendly, and very responsive to all communications.
