Beautifully decorated clean home which is ideally situated within minutes of great restaurants and downtown attractions. Bedrooms: Three comfortable bedrooms with king size master/private bath, central AC/heat and fireplace. Kitchen is well equipped with needed supplies for all you Chefs. The home was spacious, updated and tastefully decorated. We had our family of 4 and 2 pups staying in the home. Plenty of room. The fenced in yard was perfect for our dogs, securely fenced with grass and shade trees. We had morning coffe on the back patio area which had comfortable and quality outdoor seating. Excellent!!

The property was just as pictured as on the Vrbo site. It was beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. The owners were lovely and pleasant. Expectations of guests were clearly posted at the property. The neighborhood was quiet and easily accessible to stores and restaurants. We were in town to attend our son’s wedding and this was the perfect house for us and our dogs. There were just so many pluses to this property! Loved our stay would come back to this property if ever back in the area.

We all agreed we wish we’d stayed under better circumstances for us. The property was clean, comfortable, and just as nice as the images portray. Backyard would have been a great place for a fire and a few beers, but we never really had an opportunity to use it for those purposes. Host was communicative and easy to work with.

House was in immaculate condition. Very comfortable for us and the dogs. Yard was bigger than the photos indicated. Carmen was a gracious host, who did everything to make our two month stay so enjoyable.

Beautiful and Clean home, beautiful decor. Quiet and peaceful. Visiting Roswell, NM with friends and this was cozier than a hotel can offer at a reasonable price. Highly recommend staying here.

The Sunrise Experience is an excellent vacation rental property that we would highly recommend to others. The property is clean, well-maintained, and has a lot to offer guests. We especially appreciated the backyard oasis, parking our vehicle in the garage, the game room, and the comfortable bed. Here are some specific things we liked about the property: • The backyard is a great place to relax and enjoy the desert weather. We enjoyed spending time around the fire pit and on the back patio. • The home is very clean and well-maintained. The décor is bright and cheery, and we felt right at home with plenty of space to unpack for our nine-night stay. • The bed was comfortable, and we were able to get quality sleep. There was some typical neighborhood noise, but nothing more than we experience at home sometimes. • The property is in a convenient location that is close to restaurants, shops, and attractions. • The property manager, Carmen, was very helpful and responsive to our needs. There is a security camera facing the back patio that did made us feel uneasy. We would have spent more time in the backyard otherwise. Overall, we had a great stay at the Sunrise Experience and would recommend it to others.

Very well thought out accommodations. Snacks and sodas were an added bonus. The house is in a quiet neighborhood, but is not far from Roswell's Main street. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit Roswell.

Very pretty home with plenty of room for our group of 4 adults. We only stayed the night for the last leg of our road trip, but I would love to stay longer next time. They had some fun amenities (ping pong table, football table, cornhole, fire pit, etc) that we didn't have time to use. We would definitely choose to stay here again for our next visit to Roswell.

Sunrise had everything we needed-from snacks, extra roll-away beds, game room, fire pit (s'mores!), board games, to grill tools, etc. Too much to list. Host was very quick to reapond our request for an extra day, the place was perfect!

This house is super cute and clean. We loved our stay here. It is super close to downtown Roswell. The check in and check out process was a breeze!

The house was very nice and well appointed. The yard and patio were very nice, however the dogs next door really impacted the serenity! They are scary sounding. While the new solid fence helped, they still would bang against it and scare me and my dogs. For that reason alone I would not stay again.

Stayed here with my close family, which was a party of 8, and we were all happy with our stay. Lots of things to do in house to keep everyone busy and happy. We would definitely stay here again. I loved the decor and cleanliness of the home!

This is a lovely updated home in a quiet neighborhood. The linens were very nice, the kitchen well stocked and the backyard is spacious and beautiful. This would make the perfect getaway for a family and is pet friendly. Our host was very responsive to all our questions.

Fourth of July in Roswell, NM. We came believing it was going to be crazy but instead we got a relaxing home away from home experience. We went out looked around, shopped, came back rested up and went right back out again everything is so close. The grandloves loved it and never complained. That is a five star in my book!

We had a great time at the property, everything was pleasant and we all had lovely time in Roswell. Had amenities that we didn't take advantage of as we were out and about alot. Beds were comfy and there was not a thing wrong with the property! Our only issue and the reason for the 4 stars overall was the neighbors 3 huskies. The security of having a police officer next door is a bonus, however his dog's howled and barked at all hours of the night. We were there for 3 nights and this was the case for 2 of them.
