Curtis was great. He was very helpful with suggestions of places to eat. Brought my senior parents to visit my daughter. Very clean accommodations, great parking . The only suggestion is to have a handrail to assist down the stairs. I would recommend this property to someone looking to stay outside of Boston.

Curtis was very friendly and available. We only used it for sleeping and showering. My wife had only one issue and that was about stripping the beds before we left. She thought that was what the cleaning fee was for.

Curtis was great to work with and this location was very quiet, clean, and my daughter and I felt safe. It is a basement apartment which I wasn’t expecting but it was nicely updated and had a lot of outside light. Usually I am concerned about parking, but spaces were available at the front door all 5 nights. A rental or Uber is recommended, as the location isn’t super walkable. Overall, very happy with my stay.

The property was clean, comfortable and the owner was very attentive. The apartment was pretty new and everything worked well. It was nice having the kitchen, washer, dryer, and dishwasher for a longer stay.

Great location we parked the car for all but one day and took the train in to Boston, and left car parked at house. Railway Station was about 10-15 minute walk and seven day train ticket was $11 each and it took about 15-20 minutes to get in to South Station in Boston which is as near the centre of Boston as you need. My wife and I are in our mid 70's and we walked every were we wanted to go from this station. People are so friendly the guard on the train was telling us places to visit and he even took us out side of south station and pointed which way to go. The guard told us about the Modern Bakery in the North End and the fresh cannoli are to die for. The apartment was just as described, plenty of room in living dinning area and two large bedrooms. Plenty of storage areas and large walk in robes in each room. The owner manager was great lived on site and was always available if required. We requested that temp parameters to be changed on air-conditioner and this was done straight away. As we had parked car on street, he informed us that we would have to move it for street cleaning, we moved it into drive while we went into town and moved it out a left it outside on street outside of apartment. The owner gave us the names of some good restaurants to try out, one of which was Abby Park which I highly recommend great staff and food. This apartment is well worth staying at, If I was back in the area I would certainly use it again Highly recommend this property and owner. Rod

A few small issues when we first got there but they were resolved quickly. Curtis was very responsive. Apartment is great and all updated. Cool for the hot summer days. Everything you need. In the basement you do hear the folks upstairs but they were usually quiet by 10:00. No real issues. Would stay here again.

I’ve not driven in Boston and I did not know the area. The apartment is not too far from the city as the crow flies. However, driving in the city and surrounding areas is nuts. If you are directionally challenged, it’s hard to see the street signs let alone all the lefts and rights you have to take to get there. I would recommend just staying with Lyft or some other service. The streets are very narrow and often one way with cars on both sides of the street. The apartment was clean and suited our needs. The owner was very accommodating when we could not get the door unlocked. He repaired it quickly and everything was fine. Had all the amenities that we needed. There was a bodega nearby and some good restaurants about 10 minutes or so away.

Scrupulously clean with new appliances, including washer/dryer, so if you are looking to prepare meals, everything is quite adequate. If you have a party of four, you may want to bring another place setting along, or mention it to the property manager and I'm sure he will accommodate you. Easy side-street parking right at the entrance in a quiet and friendly neighborhood. The only reason I mentioned the check-in process is because it was my first experience with Vrbo and I found it a bit convoluted and the charges could be estimated much more clearly at the outset. (A "ballpark" depending on your insurance choices, cleaning, etc. would be helpful.)

We had a great trip. It’s a little far to Salem. 70$ Uber But this place and host made it okay. They were quick to respond and the place is a cute downstairs apartment. Very clean and pretty. We really enjoyed our stay.

The place was very confertable, felt safe indoors, just a little distance from downtown Boston due to traffic and traffic was not much help. Host was readily available for our needs. Enjoyed our stay.

It was awesome. Clean and quit appartement which was close to Bus Station and Subway. Our host was very kind and reacted very fast on messages and has given us great tips for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Highly recommended

Unit was very clean, organized, and appeared fairly new. The communication with Curtis was extremely easy for check in/out and any other questions. Curtis was very prompt in responding to all our questions. The only down side was that it is a basement unit where you could hear the residents above walking around and talking at very late/early hours.

This was a nice 2BR 1Ba basement property, appeared to be newly remodeled. The property was very clean and an easy check in. The property manager stayed in touch with us during our stay, communication was not an issue. The photos in the listing showed Keurig coffee pods provided but there were none available. The only issue in our stay besides that was the last night, lots of noise until the early hours of the morning by someone in the upstairs residence. We got very little sleep because of this, which made for a tough early morning catching our flight. Aside from those two things I would still recommend this property.

Great location with parking on the street in front of the house. Clean and modern interior. Comfortable beds and quiet during night. Air conditioning was wonderful when temperatures were above 95 degrees. Easy self check in. Enjoyed streaming Netflix movies. Curtis texted us soon after check in to be sure all was well. We would stay here again!

We had a very nice stay. The host was very responsive and attentive. He checked in by text often to make sure we were enjoying our stay. We would stay there again. The amenities were great. We always found parking close to the house. The apartment is in the basement, but you don't feel like you're in a basement.
