Welcome to the “Neon Nest” a family-friendly townhouse located in the heart of Traverse City. You’ll be within walking distance to the best beaches, breweries, and restaurants. Come home to 3 beautiful bedrooms, a well-stocked kitchen, and a spacious living room. Can comfortably sleep up to 7 guests.
We are Pet-friendly! Pet fee is $125 per stay. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed. Please let us know if you are bringing a fur friend so that we may get your pet amenities prepared for your arrival. We try our best to keep hair and allergens away, but guests with dog sensitivities should be aware. Please use our provided sofa cover and 'retired' towels for your fur friends. Booking guests will be responsible for any pet damage.
Quiet hours are observed after 10pm. We are in a residential neighborhood so please make sure to respect our neighbors. No unauthorized parties are allowed.

Aside from the perfect location near all the major Traverse City attractions, this cozy townhouse also boasts plenty of sleeping areas for families and groups to spread out comfortably. (Note that all three bedrooms are located on the third floor.)
The light and airy master bedroom features a king-size bed, a sofa chair, a flatscreen TV, and an en-suite bathroom. There is also a Pack N Play, toys, and children's games available for young families.
Bedroom 2 is M22 themed and is outfitted with a queen-size bed, a ceiling fan, and a closet.
Bedroom 3 features a queen-size bed, a closet, and dual nightstands with reading lamps.
There is also a twin roll-out bed (in closet), allowing a total of 7 people plus an infant - a rare commodity in the center of Traverse City.

The home is equipped with 2.5 bathrooms, so there’s no need to jockey for space when you’re getting ready in the morning.

The open concept kitchen and living area make it easy to hang out together while the chef in your group whips up tasty meals.
The fully equipped kitchen is stocked with modern stainless steel appliances, a blender, a toaster, instant pot, and even a separate coffee station to make your mornings as easy and enjoyable as possible. Seating for two is available at the island bar, and the dining room table can seat an additional six. If you’re traveling with youngsters, there is a high chair in addition to children's bowls and utensils.
Relax in the cozy living room after a big meal. It is outfitted with two comfy sofas, a flatscreen TV, a fireplace, and a large collection of children's books, toys, and board games that the whole family will love. If you’re craving a breath of fresh air, head out onto the balcony off the living room. Enjoy your morning cup of coffee or snuggle up with a good book on the outdoor furniture.
Please note during our peak season (June-September) we discourage late check-outs and early check-ins due to the tight turn-around schedules of our cleaning teams. We are happy to allow for an early check-in or late check-out if our cleaning team is able to accommodate the request and still allow the rental to be cleaned to our quality standards and specifications. All early check-ins and late check-outs will be charged a $250.00 additional fee for this expedited service. We are able to accommodate early check-in and late check-outs during our off season (October-May) for a reduced fee of $50.00, please contact us for further information.
Please be aware guest stays longer than 10-days will require mid-stay cleaning. Mid-stay cleaning fees are the same amount as fee charged during booking. Quiet time after 10 p.m. Please refrain from making noises past 10 p.m. to respect our neighbors. NO FIREWORKS ALLOWED.
Pets: Dogs are permitted in the house. Please declare your pets to us ahead of checking in and settle any pet related fees. The pet fee is $125 for up to 2 pets. Please clean up after your fur friends and use the provided retired towels to clean your dogs. Please do not let your dogs venture into the neighbor’s yards during their walks.
Housekeeping: Daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We will be happy to help arrange additional cleaning during your stay for a fee. If you run out of clean linens (sheets/pillow cases) and towels etc., you are welcome to use the laundry facility to replenish them. PLEASE do not wipe any food, oils, or lotions on the linens. Please use the kitchen towels (paper or cloths) for their intended purposes.
We provide black make-up towels and cotton pads for removing makeup. If our other towels are stained or bleached during your stay, we will charge a $15 replacement fee for each towel.
Property/Home owner(s), Property Manager will not assume responsibility for illness or injury that guest(s) may incur while on the property. Property/Home owner(s), Property Manager, is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or property of the guest. Location was excellent, well-stocked place especially with items for our dog, which was awesome by us! Cute, fun decor, comfortable, clean. Best of all was the hosts are incredibly responsive, timely with all information and nearly immediate on any inquiries. Only downside that wasn't a problem for us but noteworthy for others: # of beds wasn't accurate. Master suite has a king with a crib available to set up, other 2 bedrooms have queen/full. Sofa is not a pull-out. It was no problem for our family though it would have been if we'd expected to use the sofa bed.

I was surprised how much i enjoyed our stay here. The location was great! A giant park really close by that’s great for kids. Very very clean and comfortable.

We had five adults stay in the condo for three nights and brought our two small dogs. My daughter and her boyfriend were running the Bayshore half marathon and it was perfect. The layout of the condo is very nice and there are small touches like coffee and some other extras in case you have forgotten something. Parking is easy- there is one designated space outside and garage parking too. Traverse city is amazing along with the surrounding areas. I will definitely rent again, and plan to stay longer next time!

We had a great time in TC! Our place was clean and hosts were very conscientious providing a binder of places to go, eat, and things to do. Decorated in a very clean and eye-pleasing aesthetic. Beds were comfy and all had our own room. Appreciate that our two little dogs were welcome! Even had a little jar of treats in kitchen for them!
Location great as it was walking distance to downtown area and also a short drive to Mission Peninsula. They even had a cabinet of fun board games to play that we enjoyed. We WILL be back!! Thank you!

Stayed for a quick winter getaway with our three boys (ages 9-12) and dog. The condo had everything we needed and was spotless. Even the beds were comfortable which is usually tough to come by in a rental. Highly recommend!
