Elk Watch cabin is a custom log home in the heart of Maggie Valley with easy paved access and flat parking for multiple cars and is motorcycle friendly. Enjoy this beautiful cabin surrounded by trees and nature yet you are within a 1/4 mile of the main street to enjoy restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. This amazing cabin was recently remodeled and offers all the comforts of home with new furnishings, bedding, appliances and more. Enjoy your morning coffee or dining on the large covered back porch and catch a glimpse of deer, turkeys and more! Each level offers a large bedroom and bath, two of which are on-suites. The main level offers a chef's kitchen that opens up to a spacious dining room for family gatherings. Enjoy the fully stocked coffee station with everything you need to brew an amazing cup of Joe! Entering the lower level you will find a game room for the kids with Pac-Man, foosball, smart TV, Xbox, and a variety of board games to keep everyone entertained. Just outside the door you can enjoy corn-hole, hammock swings and a large firepit for roasting marshmallows, making smores and star gazing. Easy year-round access, flat parking area and driveway, close proximity to town, ski resort (within 5 miles), Tony's Tube World (2 miles), shopping and restaurants make this the perfect cabin to enjoy your time in the Mountains!!!

This is our 3rd stay at this charming cabin. The hosts have thought of everything - we’ve never found ourselves missing anything. The hosts are also local - so they have lots of information locally and also make themselves easily available if needed. The location is convenient to everything in Maggie Valley and is easy to get in and out of. This truly is our favorite cabin to come back to during our visits.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful cabin. It is in a wonderful location with easy access to get in and out of. We had everything we needed there during our stay. Our hosts were great and easy to deal with. I would definitely recommend this place.

I've stayed at this location multiple times over several years. It is always clean, well maintained and supplied. A nice sit on the back deck is very relaxing in the cool shade and if you need a bit of sun instead, the front porch works as well. Sitting further off the road in a neighborhood, you can hear very little of the street noise and have a wonderful getaway.

Loved this cabin right off the main road in Maggie Valley. It was so cute and perfect for our group, two families, 4 adults and 3 kids. We had plenty of room to spread out. It had everything we needed! It was decorated so cute for Christmas. It was clean and the host was super responsive to all of our questions! We would definitely stay here again!

Booked this property for a weekend Friendmas trip to ride the Polar Express train ride. Check in was easy and the property was very clean and well equipped with essentials . It was 6 adults and 2 3 yr olds and everyone was very comfortable. The Christmas tree and decorations made it feel like home away from home !

Very nice cabin with comfortable beds and the hosts provided everything for a great weekend. The only drawback we had was parking our Harley motorcycles. The driveway is loose gravel.

I always enjoy staying at this property and believe it has now been close to 10 times. It is well centered in Maggie Valley with ease to get to it. The house is incredibly maintained and clean. The owners are a delight to work with and have always made me feel welcome.

My wife and I invited a couple to come with us and go motorcycle riding thru the park and parkway. The cabin was great with us each having a bedroom and sitting area to be alone. The back porch was our favorite, we spent all of our awake time on the porch talking. Everything you need was provided the coffe bar was very nice. Thanks we had a wonderful stay.

This fantastic cabin is in a beautiful setting with everything you need for a relaxing getaway. The host was responsive. The seasonal decor was great! It is well stocked and the layout was perfect for up to 3 couples to enjoy the space. Located close to restaurants, shopping and easy access to nearby towns. This is a cabin we would return again.

Our Favorite Cabin!
The only reason I would hesitate to give a good review is bc I would not want it to be booked up for the next time we come. Lol! This is the best cabin, by far that we have been to. We throughly enjoyed the layout..the way the cabin was fully stocked with everything and many pillows ans linens were in the closet. It felt like I was at home. Most places have one or two towels..this one had many! The decor was tasteful and beautiful! We plan to come back!♡♡♡

Great cabin for our NC vacation
Great cabin, exactly as described and pictured. Nice mix of traditional log cabin with some modern renovations. We enjoyed the game room with the arcade machine, foosball table, and board games, the deck in back with gas grill, and backyard with corn hole game and fire pit. Good location near Smokey mountain, Asheville, and white water rafting. Was pleasantly surprised by welcome note with a bottle of Biltmore wine and 2 soda bottles. Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful stay in Maggie Valley
The cabin was absolutely beautiful, everything was very well taken care of and very well stocked for travelers. We had 8 in our group and everyone was very comfortable with the rooms and how the cabin was laid out.the deck was very nice and it was peaceful to go out early in the morning and just sit and enjoy some coffee.We definitely would love to go back and stay in the same cabin.

Fantastic cabin in Sherwood Forest
This cabin was amazing! Very clean with all the amenities you could need. There are lots of little touches around the place that make it feel quaint and comfortable. There are 3 levels with each being like a master suite including full baths. We loved the hammocks outside! We had most meals outside on the deck with a view of the back yard. Very convenient location too.

Perfect space
Everything was as described and pictured. It was very easy to communicate with the owner. Tamra goes above and beyond with what she provides. It definitely made our stay easier. We had 1 child and 5 adults, including my 80 year old mother who has some difficulty getting around. The setup worked great for her, 1st floor bathroom has a grab bar for the shower and the front door entrance is sturdy and not a lot of steps.

Lovely cabin in beautiful area
Nothing but good things to say about this cabin. It was spotless, well equipped and in a great location. If there is anything I could say that would be negative it would be that if you are a light sleeper take the top floor and the beds could be a little more comfy but overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

We stayed here for a holiday gathering, and we loved it! The cabin was very clean, spacious, well stocked with everything you could possibly need, and beautifully decorated for the holidays. Everything was exactly as shown in the pictures (and better!). Highly recommend staying here!

Everything you would want! Best cabin experience!
This cabin has everything to make your mountain vacation what you dreamed it would be. The firepit was a hit each night, the blue chairs made out pictures look amazing! The back porch sitting area surrounded by white lights made evenings so festive. Each bedroom was spacious and comfortable and allowed for privacy. Most well stocked cabin we have stayed in from linens to kitchen items, especially the coffee bar. We felt like we were in our own home instead of a sparse VRBO. The winter decor was gorgeous. Let's not forget the video game machine and the corn hole which provided hours of entertainment. Driving right up to the front door was very convenient for getting Grandma inside quickly. Another plus was the ease of check in and very clear instructions. Thank you for making our Christmas vacation very memorable!

Charming Mountain Cabin Getaway
The cabin was beautiful, clean and came stocked with everything we needed fir a mountain getaway. We were greeted with a welcome basket from the hosts and a binder full of information about the cabin, surrounding area, and the household appliances. It was hard at times to get our three year old to leave the cabin, especially the game room. We would definitely consider renting this cabin again or another property owned by the same hosts.

Our family loved the outdoor games as well as the indoor ones. Maggie Valley was the perfect location to make day trips to the surrounding mountains for hiking and rafting. We had a wonderful vacation in this beautiful cabin! When we arrived, there waiting was a welcome basket filled with goodies. This cabin was very clean and well stocked with everything you could possibly need or want. The back porch was so peaceful and relaxing. Probably the best place we have stayed on a vacation!
