EVERGREEN RESORT OF THE SMOKIES in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee welcomes you to the Cypress Springs Lodge! This approximately 2600 Square foot, 4 bedroom 3 bath, indoor saltwater pool and spa cabin is newly constructed and is 1 of 2 cabins located on our beautiful private 2.5 acre property. Conveniently located only 2.2 miles from the Pigeon Forge Strip off of Wears Valley Road the property provides the best of both worlds. You are very close to all the activities that you are coming to Pigeon Forge to enjoy, but as you travel up the mountain top to our private resort, you will find a quiet relaxing retreat nestled in the woods.
Cypress Spring Lodge has beautiful mountain views. Enjoy your morning coffee on our wrap around deck with rocking chairs and outdoor dining available Off the back portion of the deck you can see sunset views of Bluff Mountain and off the side of our deck you can see the Pigeon Forge Strip including the Titanic museum, Hard Rock Cafe, Wonderworks Museum and much more!
The cabin has all the comforts of home and is ready for you to relax and enjoy your mountain getaway. There is a king master bedroom on the main level with a large master bathroom provided directly across the hall. Upstairs there are 2 bedroom: one king bedroom another queen bedroom with a bathroom located outside of them in the hall. Downstairs there is another bedroom with a queen bed and a twin over twin bunk bed that is next to the game room, perfect for kids to enjoy! Lastly, there is a futon located in the game room that would be ideal for a teenager or 2 small kids! This cabin also has a loft upstairs to lounge and enjoy the view. Available for your convenience is high speed internet with wifi capability. There are 4 smart TVs available with multiple streaming options. The lower level has a game room with a pool table, air hockey, foosball table, 2 multicade upright game systems, and a pub table for playing family games with multiple family friendly board games provided. A small office space with a work desk is also set up downstairs for those who may have to do some remote work during their visit. A laundry room with washer and dryer is provided for your convenience. But the best is for last……
Adjoining the downstairs game room is an enclosed pool room with an indoor saltwater pool and hot tub spa that was just completed in January of 2022. The pool is heated and if that isn't warm enough…enjoy a relaxing soak in the hot tub that will be at 102 degrees. The pool room is environmentally controlled with a minisplit heating and air unit as well as dehumidifier system.
Guests have access to the entire home! Please enjoy your stay! This cabin is the larger of 2 cabins located on our 2.5 acre resort named Evergreen Resort of the Smokies. When you arrive at our property, you will know you are at the correct location by our road side sign that welcomes you to Evergreen Resort of the Smokies. You are renting Cypress Springs Lodge, which is the cabin to the right of the driveway. Please park in the designated parking area for Cypress Springs Lodge which is at the end of the driveway to the left and do not block the driveway for the other cabin. The other cabin is named Juniper Cottage and is a 2 bedroom 1.5 bath cabin with game room and hot tub and is also available for rent separately or together. If you are interested in renting both cabins, please inquire! Between the 2 we can sleep 16-18 people.
Our cabin is located minutes from the action on the Pigeon Forge Strip. Pigeon Forge has hundreds of family friendly activities available for your enjoyment, including Dollywood, restaurants, museums, dinner theaters, indoor sky diving, go cart racing, wine tours, breweries, family friendly shows, hiking, zip lining, jeep tours, rides and many many more attractions! Don't forget to visit the nearby attractions in Gatlinburg and Cades Cove and the beautiful Smokey Mountain National Forest. There are so many choices on your visit here you will not run out of options!
Please note that you are renting a cabin in the mountains close to the Great Smoky Mountain National Park, and there are many bears that frequent our area. Please don't feed the bears and please lock your cars! If you place trash outside, only use the bear proof trash cans provided. Our cleaners will take care of the trash after you leave.
For our winter time guests, please note, the Cypress Lodge is situated at the top of a mountain. Roads are steep in some areas but are well maintained. We recommend that you monitor the local weather closely before you arrive and a 4 wheel drive vehicle is preferable if slick road conditions exist. Also because of the unpredictable nature of winter weather and its effects on travel, road conditions, and power outages, we highly recommend that you purchase travel insurance during winter vacations to the Smokies.

We truly enjoyed our stay. Our family had plenty of space to spread out and relax. The game room was a big hit with the kids and the adults. Also ending the day with a swim in the pool and a soak in the hot tub was great. We would definitely book here again.

We loved our stay at Cypress Springs Lodge! It is very close to Pigeon Forge and all the fun the area has to offer (Gatlinburg is close by, too)! My crew loved using the hot tub & we had a lot of fun playing in the game room! The billiard (pool) table, foosball table, air hockey table, and 2 multi-game arcade cabs were great! Our coffee drinkers loved having an assortment of coffee pods to choose from. We didn't cook anything at the cabin because we were enjoying many of the local eateries, but it was well stocked. There were several different areas where we could all gather at the same time, but with 3 levels, we could also spread out and enjoy our own space! Go to the Island at Pigeon Forge to shop and eat at Paula Deen's Family Kitchen (get on the waiting list first & then shop & watch the water fountain show while waiting on your table). Mel's Diner was a great place for breakfast (think 1970's sitcom, "Alice", and the famous phrase, "Kiss my Grits!"). Dollywood was a lot of fun - stay for the fireworks & drone show at the end of the night! In Gatlinburg, Ripley's Aquarium of the Smokies was neat (we purchased a Combo Pass so we could also enjoy mini golf and other Ripley's attractions). No Way Jose's Cantina & Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. (think "Forrest Gump") were yummy! You can park for free at the Gatlinburg Welcome Center & ride a free trolley to & around Gatlinburg (Pigeon Forge trolleys charge a small fee). We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again! :o)

We had a great time visiting, the cabin was gorgeous and clean. 2 adults and 1 infant, we had to bring our own pack n play
Pros: gorgeous views of mountains, pigeon forge, gorgeous large and spacious cabin that was quiet. Everything was clean. The owner was seriously fast in their responses before and during our stay, such as we didnt realize until we got there that coal was not provided which was fine we just didnt necessarily know ahead of time since it wasnt specified, its more of if the last person left any kinda thing. This was seriously a beautiful and well maintained place and was super close to PF, only a few minutes away and a little bit of a climb into the mountains.
Cons: We were disappointed with the toilet paper quality for the price of the stay, it was literal sandpaper and hurt. Wifi ended up not working at all for us, not sure if that was a one-off or not, to be fair we didnt bring this up to the owner mostly bc I didnt feel like troubleshooting internet on my vacation, we enjoyed other things in the meantime. My last con was the temperature setting of the pool, it was not comfortable enough to really use, it was i believe set to 85 and cant be altered and we tried to utilize it since it was the main thing i was excited about being in my 3rd trimester, i was really looking forward to getting some weight off my body to float since i cant spend too long in hot tubs being pregnant. We just couldnt deal with how cold it was and were pretty disappointed there.

This was our first time in Tennessee and I’m so glad we picked this cabin! Susan was so nice and helpful with any questions I had, the location was great, the cabin and views were beautiful!!!! Our 4 kids of course loved the downstairs game area and pool!! There is plenty to do if you’re just staying in, and tons to do if you leave! My family really enjoyed the island and all the roller coasters! We can’t wait to go back!!

My family and I absolutely loved this cabin. It’s just as the pictures show. It’s a beautiful cabin. You have a view of beautiful mountains on one side and on the other can see the strip. My family and I could have just stayed in the cabin our whole trip.
Susan is great at communicating, the check in process and check out process is simple and easy to follow.

From the stunning views to the well equipped and furnished cabin, you will not be disappointed. The location could not be more convenient to the Parkway in Pigeon Forge and only a short drive to Gatlinburg and Cades Cove. The indoor pool and hot tub was great for our seven days as even though it rained a couple of times, our boys were still having a blast. We will be back again soon!

This cabin was perfect for our family, with the fully loaded game room of pool, foosball, air hockey, and two arcade machines and the swimming pool and hot tub! We spent most of our vacation just hanging out at the cabin together. The cabin was perfect for relaxing, quality time together. The cabin set up was great, and the decor was beautiful! The property was quiet and private, yet very close to everything. We plan on staying here again!

I cannot say enough about our stay. We loved everything about our experience. The cabin is wonderful and has everything you need. Just bring yourself, some food and drinks and you’ll be set as you make some lifetime memories.
Susan and Ek are wonderful and checked in to make sure we were all settled in and that we had everything we needed. Great experience. Everyone enjoyed the pool, hot tub, air hockey, pool table, foosball table and arcade games. There is so much space that everyone can hangout together, or go to their own rooms and have some time to themselves. Thank you for sharing your home with us. We are already planning our next vacation.

This home was exactly as described. Very clean and cozy. The kids all had a great time in the pool area and game room. It is so close to all of the attractions in Pigeon Forge. This house has everything you need for a serene getaway and more. The beds are so comfortable, the view from the back deck is breathtaking, and the location to the attractions is a short drive! We had an amazing day or two relaxing in the house, enjoying the game, the fireplace and the hot tub.
We cook a lot and the house was stocked so nicely with dishes, and cooking supplies. We were even able to find a roasting pan and made our turkey!
Susan was so responsive and lovely to communicate with. We would most certainly be back and stay here again if the opportunity arose.

We had such a great stay at this cabin! Check-in & communication with the owners was fabulous. It has beautiful views. There's a great balcony to sip coffee on in the morning (or any time!) and take in the fresh air. Inside is clean, has tons of room, & has lots of games & things to do for entertainment. The pool & hot tub were the biggest draw for my daughter. It's far enough up the mountain to get that quiet & calmness you can't get in a city, but not too far to drive on down for dinner or a show. I would 100% recommend this location to others. And i hope to stay here again the next time we visit!

Stayed here for a ladies trip (5 physicians) on a Dollywood pilgrimage. What a gorgeous and well-placed property.
It’s a short drive down to the main strip, and our Sunday morning drive to Dollywood was only 14 minutes!
Any questions we had were immediately answered. I also have to say it was the absolute cleanest STR I have ever seen, like brand-new clean. We had a (giant) Jeep Grand Cherokee rental car, and I had no problems with the driveway nor the road up to the lodge.
We enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub, great for soaking in after a hike at Grotto Falls or a day of walking Dollywood.
In the mornings, we had our coffee and tea out on the deck, taking in the view of the Smokies and enjoying the antics of the birds and squirrels.
I highly recommend this place and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This is our second stay with Evergreen Resort of the Smokies and further confirmation that these properties are AMAZING!!!! From the minute you open the door, the atmosphere is nothing short of warm, welcoming and inviting. From the top end furniture, fixtures and overall decor, to the escape of the indoor heated pool and spa, to the deck nestled high above the city lights that provides miles of spectacular views, this property checks all the boxes and then some. Whether for a large family gathering or a small family getaway, this place is nothing short of perfect!!!

Susan the owner is excellent to work with. The cabin is beautifully appointed with everything you need to have a fun vacation. The views are spectacular especially at sunset! I would recommend this cabin resort again and again. The towels, sheets are so soft and comfortable. It was like staying at home. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay at Cypress Lodge. The view is spectacular especially the sunrises and sunsets. The pool and game room are so much fun for all ages! We were never bored!
Susan was wonderful to work with. She responded quickly with any questions we had. For example, when we couldn't find a wine bottle opener in the kitchen and she Instacarted us one so it was to us within the hour!
