About this apartment rental

This City view condo hotel suite is unique, offering beautiful views of Clearwater and the Intercoastal waterway through the entire suite. This lovely suite comfortably sleeps 8, with a king bed, two queen beds plus the full-sized sofa bed, along with 2 full bathrooms and an additional half-bath in the common area. Enjoy the lights of the city from your private balcony with a snifter of Port or watch the sun rise over Clearwater with a steaming cup of coffee. This fifth-floor suite provides a perfect spot to relax.
Please note that one of the queen bedrooms does not have a window.

Our guests also have exclusive access to our heated pool and bar located on the fifth floor, coffee lounge on the 2nd floor, as well as our gym (designed by world-renowned gym designer Danny Musico), beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and beach towels as part of the resort fee of $35 + tax charged at check-in. The unit includes full-sized kitchen appliances, including a dishwasher, and is fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes, and flatware. Also included are a full-sized washer and dryer and in-room safe. Should you need additional soaps, towels, or other items, or just need to know where to go for a good meal, our Reception Desk is staffed 24/7 for your convenience.

This brand-new building is just a short 10-minute walk from Pier 60, a great place for family-friendly activities, dining, and taking in incredible sunsets. Should you want to explore the area further, there is a Beach Trolley that stops in front of the hotel, as well as access to taxis, Uber, and Lyft.

Parking is available at the property (1 car per suite) a fee of $35.00/ daily will apply. If your party is bringing a second car, please contact the Hotel to find out availability. Charges may apply.

Daily pet fee of $85 + tax payable at check-in. Qualified ADA service dogs are exempt from the Pet fee

Cancellation Policy: If the guest cancels 14 days before arrival before 4:00 pm or earlier, they will be given a 100% refund. If the guest cancels within 14 days before arrival, they will get no refund. We know that things happen. Flight cancellations, changes in plans, and illness (including COVID) within the cancellation period will not be grounds for a full refund. Therefore, we recommend that you purchase travel insurance to protect your travel investment.

This is by far the best place we have ever stayed on vacation!!! We always travel with our friends (5 total) and we were absolutely blown away with this place. The front desk is staffed 24/7 and are the absolute people we have ever met. We loved that there were beach chairs and umbrellas provided and there was plenty for everyone. The towel exchange was amazing as well. Along with all the essentials that were provided and restocked. All the beds were very comfortable. One evening it rained and the front desk offered us umbrellas so we could walk around, we thought this was above and beyond excellent service!!!!! So if you are looking for an extremely clean, safe and friendly environment, we highly recommend The Avalon!!! encountered

We were very pleased with how clean our condo was. Cassidy at the check-in desk was just wonderful : very polite, friendly and so helpful in recommendations for close restaurants and their locations. She is a real asset😊😊😊 Improvements we felt would be good: a few sheets of paper and pen, a few more large bath towels. Also it would only fair to mention the added on parking and resort fees in the original quote!

It was a great property to stay at. Everything is within walking distance. Condo was spacious and very clean. All of the staff is very helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice employees, easy check-in, very clean complex and room. I counted 200 seps from complex sidewalk to the beach sand. Easy process to rent (free) beach chairs/umbrellas/toys. HVAC is located in the master bedroom so caution for those who want it quiet, great for those of us who want a fan noise while sleeping. Quick Lyft/Uber pick-up location. Beach area is very clean, dolphins seem to swim a lot just off shoreline.

The Avalon Club Hotel was amazing! The accommodations were really nice, and was exactly how it was described. It was super spacious on the inside (including the outdoor patio), very clean, and welcoming. The Christmas decorations were a nice touch too throughout the Condos. Everyone was super friendly, from other guests to the front desk staff. We loved the coffee station on the 2nd floor, and the rooftop pool and bar on the 5th floor with amazing views. The location was everything! Right on Clearwater Beach with walking distance to shops and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this place, and would stay again. :)

This is very nice spacious 3 bed room unit, right on the beach, next to shops, bars and all the hot spots but also separate from the noise. It has everything you would need for a nice relaxing family vocation, we also enjoyed playing tennis a few steps away, and golf 10 minutes drive and good fishing spots all over the places. Oh, the manage team made everything easy and smooth. Wish we could stayed longer

We had a wonderful experience at the Avalon. The building was new and well maintained. The unit was clean and very spacious for our stay. The coffee bar on the 2nd floor was neat and the balcony on our floor was nice. It was great to have chairs, umbrellas, and towels available so we didn’t need to travel with these. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Family vacation with adult children for a week. Beachfront Hotel was extremely clean and maintained. Small pool and evening bar refreshing after long days on beach. Staff all cheerful and accommodating. Good restaurants were in walking distance. Would love to return for another vacation. Would greatly recommend!😊

Wonderful stay at the Avalon ! Literally a stones throw from the beach and walking distance to all the restaurants and activities on Clearwater Beach! Nice large garage for parking but you really do not need your car once you arrive. The place was spotless clean and the service was great. Loved hanging out near the pool / bar around sunset - with amazing sunset views. Would highly recommend !

Family of 6 (Mom, Dad, Grandpa, 2 teens and a pre-teen) stayed here in November. This building is new, and it shows. Everything is in perfect condition! The building is amazing, great pool, wonderful views, coffee bar was wonderful. The best part were the employees though. They were incredibly helpful and caring. Everytime we walked by the front desk or saw one of them in the halls, they would pause and ask how everything was going. At one point I lost my wallet in a beach chair, and someone else must have taken it to the beach after. One of the employees looked through every chair as they came back, and called me a few hours later to let me know they found it. They were truly wonderful. We stayed in a 3 bedroom city view. Kitchen, dining, living were all great space, everything we needed to cook some breakfast in the mornings, or eat some takeout later that night. Beautiful sunsets from the pool deck. 5 star stay, cant wait to visit again!

We will definitely be returning to The Avalon Club! With 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, full kitchen, washer and dryer, and walking distance to everything, it is now one of my top stays, and the beach was perfect!

Everything was amazing, except for one aspect. The HVAC system/blower was in the closet of the master bedroom and was loud, so it was hard to sleep through the night. Otherwise it was a great stay.
