About this house rental

In early 2024, the owners of this classic ocean-block property lovingly renovated their family home and wish to share it with you! Steps to the sand on Clayton Street in Dewey Beach, you'll love the bright updated kitchen, living, dining and porches. Enjoy ocean views from your primary bedroom! Enjoy your morning coffee or happy hour cocktail on the front deck and people watch... or enjoy those drinks on the private back or side decks. With 5 Bedrooms and 4 full baths, this home sleeps 12 people and offers CAC, W/D, DW, outdoor shower and gas grill. Park your car on Saturday for the whole week . . .. this vacation home is mere steps to the gorgeous ocean beach, marinas on the bay, restaurants, shops and music venues in Dewey Beach. You can even hop on the Jolly Trolley which will take you to the boardwalk, gourmet restaurants and unique boutiques in Rehoboth Beach, in less than 10 minutes! Sorry, No Pets. Call todayto book while prime weeks are still available. Guests pay a $175 cleaning fee for all stays. Sheets and towels are not included, but available to rent. Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards (subject to a 2.75% Convenience Fee). We also accept E-checks with no fees, as well as personal checks. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30-days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card (subject to a 2.75% Convenience Fee).
