Welcome to our lovely Poconos River House located in Saw Creek Estates! The perfect escape for your family with fantastic amenities right here in the community and close proximity to so many Poconos attractions! We are located on the edge of the community on a dead end street with a flowing stream in the back, which allows for a secluded and tranquil getaway

Gorgeous 4 bed, 2.5 bath with beautiful deck overlooking stunning Saw Creek! Fabulous raised screened porch lifts you into the surrounding woods. Downstairs game room features 70” flatscreen movie room, 2-3 person infrared Sauna, digital pinball, ping pong, foosball and more! Large deck overlooks the river and fire pit. Kitchen is well equipped for chefs and bakers! All while hearing the the comforting sounds of the stream. Amenities include:

Be aware that the property is in Pocono forest & mountain terrain. It’s beautiful and we love it but it’s not your typical manicured suburban backyard. The yard is hilly and rocky. There will be insects outside. On occasion they may make their way inside. These are expectations and will not warrant refunds. Please keep doors closed to help prevent this.
Area is moderately hilly. You must be confident in yourself and your vehicle, especially in snow season.
4 car maximum in driveway, no street parking. Driveway is sloped as we are a hillside house. AWD recommended in winter.
No outdoor amplified music, please respect our neighbors
For property has 4 outdoor security cameras and 1 inside the private locked garage that are recording. Audio is not recorded.
All community amenities are use at your own risk!
Please at the end of your stay just make sure all dishes are cleaned or in running dishwasher and remove all trash from house and deposit in community dumpster. Trash can never be left outside to prevent problems with wildlife.

We had a delightful time staying at this property in August 2024. Everything was exactly as listed, the house was super clean and well-stocked with the basics, and there were even some nice "extras" for families with young kids like us (pack-n-play, highchair, plastic plates/cups). The host was super responsive and the entire process was quite smooth. We had six adults and one toddler, and there was plenty of room for everyone. Highlights of the house include the fire pit and stream directly behind the house, the screened-in deck, and the game room. Would absolutely stay again and recommend to others!

The house had everything and anything you needed. There were coffee , sandwich bags , toilet paper,. I mean everything and anything. The kids loved the game room! My mother who is not able to go up and downstairs loved the master on the main floor and enjoyed the screened in porch every morning with her coffee. We wanted to build a fire in the fir pit but it was way too bout out. Would be fantastic to do in the fall ! Chairs were great around the pit we sat in them while the kids played in the creek. Ryan the Owner always responded quickly to all and any of my crazy questions. Thank you for a great place to stay !, I would highly recomend this house !

Ryan was an amazing host, with immediate response time & great local tips. Property is clean & comfy with 3 levels of living space. Perfect lower level for entertaining our teens & their friends. Everything was great! The house was clean and well appointed. Sitting on the screened porch was my favorite-deer in the backyard and the creek down the hill. We just loved it! Ryan was always available to answer questions or just checking in to see if we needed anything. It deserves more than 5 stars!!

Great family gathering of 2 of us, 3 adult children, 1 significant other, and one grandson age 5 ... celebrated 2 birthdays. House was perfect for us with 4 bedrooms, and wonderful outdoor space on the creek. Ryan was super responsive and welcoming. Nice having porch on main floor as well as deck with grill off game room.

We stayed in this beautiful home to celebrate two of our friends’ retirements. We hiked the most difficult trail of Bushkill Falls one day and a shorter hike the next. We loved being here and the owner is beyond accommodating. Highlights were the porch and the fire pit. I’d definitely stay here again!

Upon arrival, I immediately felt at ease. The residence is impeccably maintained, cozy, and equipped with all the necessities for a remarkable stay.
Now, let's talk about the creek – it's like stepping into a scene from a fairy tale. The gentle flow of the water creates a serene ambiance, making it the perfect spot for relaxation and reflection.
And the amenities? They've left no stone unturned. From the amazing game room to the expansive kitchen accessories, every detail has been carefully considered to ensure maximum comfort and enjoyment.
But perhaps the highlight of my experience was the evenings spent gathered around the fire pit. There's an undeniable magic to be found in the simplicity of roasting marshmallows with our kids.
I must also commend the owners for their exceptional hospitality and prompt responses to any inquiries.

My husband and I were looking forward to a quiet & restful anniversary weekend and it was exactly that. This beautiful home had everything we needed and didn’t need to leave for anything. Fun game room, great movie room, beautiful scenery with the wonderful sounds of Mother Nature and best of all romantic fire place. Ryan was wonderful to deal with and reached out to make sure that we had everything that we needed for the weekend. The house is amazing. It had everything that you would need including shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower. It was like going to visit a friend or family member's house. The kids loved the basement and all of the fun games, and the adults loved the sauna. It was cold and rainy, so we did not get much time outside, but we did walk out to check out the creek and it is beautiful. Also, the outside deck and screened in porch with heat lamps were a really great addition. Thank you for an amazing relaxing weekend.

This was purchased second time staying in Saw Creek but our first time here. The house was perfect and exactly as described. The game room and family room in lower level was the best. We had multiple ping pong tournaments, pinball competitions, and even played albums on the record player. The owner Ryan was wonderful and Vanessa was very helpful. We will be back

Communication was great with the owner. The house was very clean! Pictures were very accurate and the house looked even better in person. The view of the stream was amazing! We enjoyed drinking our morning coffee on the screened porch listening to the wonderful flow of the water. One morning, we were even visited by a couple sweet deer! The kitchen was very well equipped as we made family breakfasts and dinners just about every day. We used Instacart to stock up on food - I highly recommend that service! There was plenty of seating for all nine of us at the dining table. After dinner, the young adults really enjoyed the game room in the lower level. They loved the huge TV and the ping pong table! They played board games and we could hear them laughing and having fun! It was great that they could have their privacy and just hang out together. The outdoor pools and basketball courts were great! We had a couple rainy days, so we really enjoyed the indoor pools and hot tubs! Two of the nights, we used the firepit and made smores! It was just beautiful and peaceful just sitting and talking around the fire. On the last day, the kids took a ride to Camelback Outdoor water park and they had a absolute blast! We've been doing the Jersey Shore for many years and decided to try something different this year. We are so happy we did! My sons (16 and 20) said this was the best family vacation we've ever taken! Looks like we'll be coming back to the Poconos next year!

We stayed 3 nights/4 days. It was very cozy. It came with all the amenities. We loved the game room and sitting by the stream was very relaxing.

We took our family for a long weekend, two grown daughters, their husbands, and our two-year-old granddaughter. We had a lovely time. The house was just right for us. Each couple and the baby had a bedroom. There was plenty of space for us to enjoy time together and separate rooms for folks to be in smaller groups We particularly enjoyed the screened porch. Other than swimming in the summer and skiing in the winter, the community didn't have that much available for us to do.

We just got back for an extended weekend at this house in the Poconos. My wife and I had our children and grandchildren with us with the kids ranging from 18 months to 7 years old. The house was great for the family. The lower level is where the kids hung out watching TV and playing games. The adults hung out in the living room with the fireplace going.
The house is right along a flowing stream which is a delightful to just sit by and relax. There is a nice outside fire pit by the stream.
The house is in a community that has all kinds of facilities including its own ski slope. The skiing was great for the youngsters who are beginners.
The host was great to work with. He was very responsive to my questions!
We definitely are going to go back for another relaxing time in the Poconos

We had a great time at Ryan’s place! It was the perfect getaway for a cold weekend and the house was so cozy, especially having the fireplace. We loved hanging out in the basement playing pinball and watching the big screen TV ( and very happy that the couch fit our entire family!) Ryan checked in with us several times during our stay to make sure everyone was going well which was very nice of him. I’d definitely recommend staying here!
