The granite clad premium kitchen can be the fuel center for your group's adventure while the three full baths and comfortably appointed suites allow you to relax and enjoy the blazing internet/wifil with bandwidth for all.
The space
An open feel of this premium kitchen gives way to the open design of the great room where drinks will be spilled, appetites indulged while leading to laughter expelled. The fun layout of the open living/dining room space creates sweet spots for conversation and space for "spreading out".

The convenience (wide doors and no steps) of a first floor rock inspired bedroom complement the privacy of the well appointed master suite and attached bath on the 2nd floor; the 3rd comfortable suite rounds out the 2nd floor making this layout ideal for families or groups.

Work spaces abound with no less than four different work areas. Blazing internet and WiFi will be a hit with your devices, kids, Zoom meetings with at least two workspaces and one with Ethernet connection.

Guest access
Parking ease with three private spots in the rear and free off-street parking in the front provide for easy logisitics with your vehicles. Lyft and Uber availability in this area is plentiful with public transportation spots within walking distance. 15 minutes to of from IND International Airport. This walkable community of Bates-Hendricks provides for convenient food choices, late night carryout options, local eateries and pubs.
Other things to note
Doggos will enjoy the fenced rear yard. Toss the ball to Rover from the back deck while you grill on the charcoal BBQ setup then commiserate over bourbon as you guard off the night's chill with the propane powered fire pit. The seating area provides for outdoor activities.

Booked this house for its proximity to the convention center. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Even though we didn't use any of the extras, i would definitely stay again.

We were overall happy with this property. Yes there are little things that could of been cleaner, but overall a nice convenient location not far from downtown. Very spacious home. I do not think the pictures give justices of how big this home really is. Our only complaint is that it is on a very busy road. At night time there is tons of road noise.

We stayed at the property for a work conference. It was decently close to the location of the conference. It was clean and large. The address is a little challenging for Uber. Notes about the keys being at the back of the house would have been helpful. Otherwise it worked well!

Very Clean Very comfortable and owner was so easy to communicate with! 2 moms with 3 teen girls for a volleyball tournament. We were about 5 mins from the convention center and very easy drive off interstate. We would definitely stay there again! Super clean and well equipped kitchen and bathrooms!

We planned a weekend trip to Indy slightly last minute and were completely unaware of the All Star game going on, leaving our usual stays completely booked up. We ran across this listing and it fit our needs perfectly. Great safe location close to downtown. Huge plus that it has its own onsite parking. The host was very easy to get a hold of when needed. Plenty of room for everyone. Would recommend.

The home was exactly what we were looking for when we came to attend the Big 10 Championship at Lucas Oil Stadium (GO BLUE!). The home was clean and super close to the stadium. Gas stations next door and across the street were convenient for late night snacks. Restaurants close by. Arriving after dark made the parking a little tricky, but we figured it out quickly. My family and I would definitely stay again.

From booking through check out Clint was easy to work with. He was very clear with check in instructions and worked with us to find a check out time that worked with our flight schedule. The property was clean and spacious, and provided exactly what we needed. We'll surely be booking again next time we visit Indy!

The house worked out great for us. There was plenty of parking and plenty of space inside as well. We were in town for a graduation and the location was perfect as it was no more than 20 minutes to any of the events we were attending!

Close to downtown. Easy to locate and get in. Property manager was great with communication before and during the stay. Was great having 3 full baths so we didn’t have to share. Will for sure try to stay their again when here for work.

We had a girls weekend to see a concert in the Indianapolis area. There was plenty of space in the house, and we were quite comfortable. The kitchen is gorgeous. The neighborhood is up-and-coming, and the location is actually not far from anything you want to do in Indy.
