About this apartment rental
This penthouse South Beach Club villa has stunning views of the Calibogue Sound and Daufuskie Island. Enjoy extraordinary privacy as you survey the unceasing activity of dolphins and boats as if you were at the helm of a ship! Complete with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, this villa is exquisitely decorated. The living room welcomes you with a stunning view that overlooks South Beach and the Calibogue Sound. You will enjoy morning coffee or evening relaxation while breathtaking sunsets take center stage on the private balcony off the living and dining room. The dining room has seating for 8 with additional seating at the kitchen island. Other features 4 balconies, a separate laundry room, a parking garage, storage, a secured lobby, and a private access code to the penthouse floor.
Note: one of the King Bedrooms shares a bathroom with the Queen Murphy Bedroom which is adjacent to the King Bedroom.
NOTE REGARDING SOUTH BEACH SEA PINES GUESTS: Phase 5 of the Sea Pines Drive Infrastructure Improvement Project is scheduled to begin in early fall 2024 with an estimated completion time of Spring 2025. This project is vital for repairing and improving the stormwater drainage system, as well as the roadway and leisure trail conditions along South Sea Pines Drive.
• Heavy machinery and construction vehicles will be traveling to and from the project site.
• Single-lane road closures and flagging operations will be in place daily, weather permitting. Temporary full lane closures may be required at times.
• Motorists should expect traffic delays, and traffic detours, and be prepared to share the road with bike riders and pedestrians.
• Sidewalks and leisure trails in the project area will be closed as needed. Pedestrians and bike riders should expect delays and be prepared to stop and follow detours.
• For safety, bike riders will be required to dismount and walk bikes around the active work zones.

Beautiful condo! Beautiful views!
We had a great time.
We will not likely return partly due to the inconvenience of being allowed only two parking passes. While I understand the need to limit vehicles on the property, it was quite inconvenient to have one of our vehicles parked miles away.

The penthouse is in wonderful shape and the location is perfect for a quiet get away. We plan to stay here again without a doubt!

We absolutely loved this property! It is located on the sound side, and the beach was not crowded. The view was spectacular, and we enjoyed our morning beverages/breakfast on the balcony while watching the deer grazing down below. It was very quiet and so clean. This condo is even more gorgeous than you can appreciate in the pictures. It’s within walking distance to The Salty Dog, which we enjoyed. We would definitely stay here again!
