The mattress was way too soft.

The scones were good.

The hotel's location is good, however, the parking lot is creepy.

I was put in a situation to deal with a room with wet carpet... not cool

The location is close to stores and restaurants

I didn't like the road coming in has gigantic holes your car fall into. And my carpet in my room was wet and was told basically to deal with it because the hotel was full

Good price but not comfortable since our king bed was given away

Convenient

We didn’t like the fact that we paid for a king bed but a staff member downgraded us to 2 queen beds without asking us. There was a wedding celebration that weekend and i guess one of those guest wanted a king bed and your staff that it was ok to take ours. Not good customer service!

I'd stay there again if I return to Milledgeville.

They quickly resolved a slow drain. Room was clean and comfortable.

I will request a refund for this stay.

The desk clerk provided no assistance when I reported the phone wasn’t working nor was the internet working when it clearly was supposed to be free internet.

I have stayed here while traveling on several occasions but this visit is the worst. Hire people who want to work in this type of environment.

Elevator didn't work,beds were uncomfortable. Being Seniors made it a miserable experience.

The staff was nice. They did their best to make it a nice stay.

The elevator wasn't working. My wife and I have physical limitations. Had to use the stairs to get to our room on the second floor. My wife was so exhausted that we were restricted to our room until check out.

Hotel was acceptable, but we may try another brand next time we are in the area.

The hotel was clean, comfortable and close to restaurants and other shops.

Breakfast area was small. Ran out of some foods (waffle mix, eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, etc) both days we were there and we waited for items to be replenished. Coffee was weak.
