Gut geschlafen, würde ich jedoch nicht mehr buchen.

die liebevolle und geschmackvolle Einrichtung, sehr gute Matratze und Bettzeug, sehr sauber

3 malige Nachfrage der Vermieterin per SMS, wann wir denn ankommen, da sie nicht ständig am Handy ist. In der Unterkunft befinden sich 3 "Tafeln", was alles nicht erlaubt ist. Gratis Parken wird angeboten, ist jedoch kompliziert. Offensichtlich wusste die Vermieterin von immerwährenden Problemen bei der Ausfahrt aus dem nahegelegenen Parkhaus. Darauf per Telefon angesprochen, reagierte sie unfreundlich. Die Wohnung ist eigentlich ein ebenerdiges Geschäftslokal und hat daher über eine ganze Seite eine Glasfront, an der sich das Bett befindet. Nichts für ängstliche Personen. Wie auch andere Gäste bereits erwähnt haben ist diese Glasfront nicht zu öffnen und die Klimaanlage kann kein offenes Fenster ersetzen. Bei diesem Preis erwartet man zumindest ein Fernsehgerät.

We enjoyed our short stay, all good for that kind of trip.

The host was very nice and helpful, available at any time for questions. Location is outside the centre in the new part of Vienna, we did not mind because the metro station is nearby. Also supermarket, bakeries are near which means you have all that you need close by. Nice, small, lake nearby too where people bathe and swim. Very clean apartment, free parking space in the garage. Nice cozy area if you want to be outside of the crowd.

Apartment is actually a former office space on the ground floor. I don't mind that, but it doesn't have proper lights inside because of that. No night lamps or any kind of lamps, for instance. Blinders on the windows... It's fine for couple of nights, but being small and with all said above, I doubt it would be comfortable enough for a longer stay.

It was a last minute booking and the owner was really accommodating. The apartment was in a quiet area(important when y have kids)and a good value for money .P.S The apartment was quite nice and clean also is on ground floor.

A very pleasant stay in a nice and very cozy apartment

Very cozy and comfortable apartment. The living room and bathroom are spacious and clean. The host is very helpful. The location was perfect for the purposes of our trip, the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. A parking space is provided, and the center can be reached by metro, the stop of which is a 3-minute walk from the apartment. I recommend it and would stay here again.

The apartment is located on the ground floor, where the windows do not open. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, but I didn't like the fact that if you use the available coffee capsules, you have to pay for them.

Very cozy and clean apartment. The host was extremely nice and informative. Close to a metro station.

Nothing, i liked everything. The only thing that might be a problem for some people is that windows don’t open, but it wasn’t a problem for me. The ventilation system works well, so you get enough air.

Apartment was clean with all necessary equipment, located in a new building. Parking is next door from apartment. Location is excellent, the metro is 5 minutes from the apartment, shops, cafes and restaurants are in nearby. Host was very helpful. I will, definitely, come back and recommend to my friends

Nice clean appartment with annoying communication

The appartment is in an administrative building on the ground floor, it is more like commercial space converted to a appartment. It is quite spacious, seems to be clean, the neighbourhood is new, modern. The furniture is new, nice small kitchen with nespresso coffee machine.

The beds could more comfortable. Very annoying communication with the owner - many messages before, arrival instructions in at least 10 confused messages instead of one clear e-mail. Many messages sent twice. The owner requieres copy of IDs!!! Offer of package consisting of 3 tea bags and one coffee capsule for 1eur is embarrassing. No possibility to open the windows and get some fresh air

A parking is near the appartment, so it is very convenient. An interesting concept of the district. A children's play ground is 5 min from the apartment.

Lack of tea, sugar and coffee. It wasn't the problem for us to buy it ourselves. But in my opinion there should be info about absence of tea and coffee.

The location was perfect for us. The nearby lake was beautiful and my kids loved it. There is a shop, and the whole area is very nice. The kitchen in the appartment had everything we needed.

Kind house owner. Enough room space for parents and 2 kids. 1 livimg room and 1 bath room. Great cost performance. Good location to access to city by bus s and metro. Enough kitchen goods for basic cooking.

laundry machine is not equiped in the apartment. If you want to use it you need to request neighbor.

The most horrible experience in a long time - weird office space disguised an apartment

actually nothing- the whole experience was horrible

To start with, it was NOT an apartment - it was a part of an office space underneath a gargantuan parking lot in the center of a newly-built area. So you end up in a tiny dark room with huge office windows that are closed with blinds, so that noone from outside sees the inside. Moving forward, the price shown during the booking was a recommendation only - after we arrived, the host started re-negotiating the price, and demanding payment in cash. When we refused, someone came in with a credit card reader, but the price went up from 75 Euro per nigh to 90. And if we would not have paid, the host threatened to cancel the booking and leave us on the street. So- beware of this place. I do really hope Booking.com team would do a better job next time selecting the properties on their web site.

It is hard to find something that we did not like. Everything was perfect. The neighborhood is brand new. The metro station is just 5 min away. The paid parking is just 20 meters away and is dirty cheap. The host is very kind and helpful. The room, I will say just one word - wonderful. Cozy, spacy, well equipped and furnished. Perfect place to stay with the family.

Lovely studio flat perfect for family

Flat was easy to find and parking garage was next to the flat which was ideal. There is Ubahn station nearby perfect for getting train straight to Central Wien. Flat was lovely and clean and check in was straight forward. Would definitely recommend this place to other tourists coming to Wien.
