The staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful. There's a very active night life within the hostel itself. The room was mostly clean and was spacious, though the lockers and storage seemed quite sporadic. There is an elevator. The toilet and shower are in separate ensuite rooms and there are privacy curtains on the bed pods. The mattress is very solid (which some people like and others don't). The hostel is close to the train station but a 30min+ walk away from the outer edges of the city center. Overall, a good place to stay on a budget.

Great stay. Room was clean, area felt very safe. We walked from the train station in about 8min. Bit of a walk to restaurants and any of the sites in Vienna, but that was okay! The downstairs bar was nice to enjoy a drink at.

I strongly advise against staying at this hostel, as the system is built on pumping money out of customers!Be prepared to be asked to pay for other services, which are mostly free in other hostels! Although it was already 5 minutes past 2, administrator officially stated that "check-in is only from 3". When I wanted to leave my bags he stated that this is ONLY for a fee (2 euros / hour)! Despite the fact that I was checked in, the administrator remained cold, refused to help with my luggage to carry the bags to the room, and despite this, literally 5 minutes later he went into the SAME room he checked me into to check the electronic lock (although I entered this room normally)! In the room itself, under the beds, there are boxes made of iron mesh for storing things, which cannot guarantee the safety of things. They ask 5 euros for renting a lock (in other hostels this price is much lower). Be prepared that there is no kitchen and a refrigerator for storing food (there is only an electric kettle, a small electric stove in the hall), since this does not bring in any income!But there is a bar where the music thunders past midnight!Be prepared that you may not be allowed to eat your food at the tables in the room next to the bar! The guy with a beard very rudely throw me out of this room when I didn't even finish eating, took my thermos and my personal cup WITHOUt my permission and threw me out into the hall when there was a large noisy company that had not yet gone to bed!

The hostel is OK. Our room didn't have an air conditioner but only a small fan and it was really hot on August. Further more, the hostel doesn't have a fridge so there is no option to keep food. The location is great and close to the u bann and to supermerkets and fast food.

Very nice hostel, with very friendly staff and a great breakfast for 7 euros. Beds were comfortable, but the toilet could have used a proper scrub, and some cooling (more than the one fan for a room with 4 beds) would have been ideal. All in all, a great deal for the price.

For this price, the apartment was rellay nice. It was clean with great sheets. Neighbourhood looked little unsafe in the evening, but it is 2 mins walk from underground, so it is still quite good!

From the main train station to the hostel there's a pedestrian street lined up with eateries and supermarkets. The dorm room is spacious for four people. The public area by the reception is quite small, but drinking water is provided there, which is nice.

I had a fabulous stay. Lovely staff. The room was great. I had a bottom bunk (at my request). Each bunk had a curtain for privacy. For me is great. Shower (powerful) and toilet both en suite. Breakfast was extra for me at €7 euros for all you eat can continental style. Good value. There is a restaurant and bar offering a discount for residents. A sitting area by reception where there is a kettle, microwave, crockery etc. Overall one of the best hostels I've stayed in. I would recommend.

I liked the location, suited my needs. Stayed for one day and it was very good for that purpose. Room was clean, as well as the private bathroom. The reception was very kind. Need to note that luggage locker is a paid service.

Its not bad it just needs more thorough cleaning and more bathroom amenities. Good location for central train station. Theres a metro and tram station nearby, which is a plus.

Its breakfast is good. Comfort stay! Kind staffs. The hotel is a base camp for many young guys from all countries. Make a reservation earlier for yourself to have a good price.
