About this house rental
The Conch Castle is a 5 bedroom, 4.5 bath home that will accommodate up to 14 guests and includes a private hot tub. This luxury home has been lovingly decorated and finished in 2020 and is ready for vacation renters who are accustomed to living a luxurious lifestyle. This home was built with families in mind - two living spaces (each living area has a TV), a large fully outfitted kitchen, large, spacious rooms.
The Conch Castle has two separate staircases for entry - one toward the front of the house and one under the house which opens into the wide-open living/dining/kitchen area has wide open ceilings and plenty of light from the floor to ceiling windows. The dine-in kitchen area was made with entertaining in mind with a huge island breakfast bar and wide granite counters, custom cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, a walk-in pantry, and all of the dishes, pots, pans, tools to prepare any meal. Walk out on the first-level deck and enjoy a beautiful beach view while having your morning cup of coffee and watching the sunrise toward the east.
The first level primary bedroom has a king bed, TV, en-suite bath with a step-in shower. The other four bedrooms are located on the second floor of the home. The second level primary bedroom has a king bed, TV, en-suite bath with a separate soaking tub, and step-in shower. The third bedroom also has a king bed, TV and shares a bath with the fourth bedroom which has a queen-size bed and TV. The fifth bedroom features two built-in twin over full bunks (sleeps 6). In all, 3 king beds, 1 queen, 2 full beds, 2 twins - for a total of 14.
This home has a washer/dryer, charcoal grill, WIFI, cable and is close to the beach.
The Conch Castle is about a 2-minute walk to the beachfront, the sand, the surf, and tons of fun in Galveston.

Beachside Village Community is a quiet residential neighborhood, and quiet hours are enforced between 10 pm and 8 am.
These provisions are strictly enforced by Ryson Vacation Rentals, City Police, GARM (Galveston Association of Rental Managers) security and Beachside Village HOA charges fees for non-compliance. If any questions, please contact Ryson.
This vacation home should accommodate up to 4 vehicles to be parked at the property. Carpooling is highly recommended. Vehicles should be parked in the driveway or designated parking space. At no time should any vehicle be parked on lawns, yards, or dunes. Overnight parking is not allowed at HOA Sales Office, and overflow parking is only permitted along the North side of Sea Butterfly, West of Grand Avenue. Beachside Village HOA does not allow parking for trailers, RVs, boats, etc. Many HOAs do not allow parking for trailers, RVs, boats, etc. Please contact Ryson with any questions.
Outside/exterior security surveillance is present at this home for the security of the home and our guests.
Spa is serviced multiple times a week, and we make every effort to keep them in tip top shape. However, we cannot guarantee there won’t be a disruption. This property does not charge extra to guests for upkeep and the rental rate is not raised for this amenity, so under no circumstances will guests be refunded or compensated in the event of spa issues.
Even if listed as a provided amenities, Ryson is unable to guarantee specific cable package, network or channels or cable and internet signal quality and the cable may not be available on all TVs.
All reservations require a completed Ryson Rental Agreement, and the agreement holder must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property and provide a valid ID at check-in. Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out time is at 10 am.
EXTENDED STAYS
Monthly rentals are considered in the off-season - Winter Texans, snowbirds, retirees, corporate stays, medical professionals, university students, and plant workers are welcome. Extended stays or monthly rentals require a stay of 30+ nights, and these reservations are tax exempt. This is an immediate savings of 15%! Although most extended stay reservations are between the middle of November through February, extended stays may be considered anytime between Labor Day and Memorial Day. Extended stay reservations may not be placed online, but a Ryson Vacation Planner would love to answer any questions you may have and help you reserve your extended stay.

This house is amazing. We will be back. 3 families can easily stay here. It was spotless. Beach views. Right across from the beach as well. 2 minute walk. Very spacious. Nice outdoor area. Kitchen supplies were good. The bathroom supplies were nice - shampoo, conditioner , soap. Only complaint was the hot tub was green and sandy so we didn’t use.

Loved it. Great house. Fit 5 adults and three kids so comfortably. Clean and nicely appointed. So easy to walk over to the beach and then back for lunch. Quiet and peaceful. Would stay here again.

The views are even better in person. So close to the beach you can hear the waves crashing. The house is decorated beautifully. Has an awesome floor plan for a large family. Every room has a view. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

My friends and I stayed here with our families. The property is beautiful! Very close to beach! Only thing is if you plan to cook kitchen has limited supplies and no spices or oil so make sure y’all pack everything. Otherwise rooms and bathrooms are spacious and comfortable!

My friends and I stayed here with our families. The property is beautiful! Very close to beach! Only thing is if you plan to cook kitchen has limited supplies and no spices or oil so make sure y’all pack everything. Otherwise rooms and bathrooms are spacious and comfortable!

The property looks as the listing shows and is amazing. The rooms are all a nice size with exception of the bunk bedroom. It is small and gets a little warm with 4 adult bodies in it, but leave the door cracked during the night to get some ventilation and it will be okay. The couch upstairs pullouts for needed extra space of sleeping. Really enjoyed our stay there it was perfect for our needs of a weekend get away with family and friends. The beach is s short walk across the yard and road. Parking was not as much of an issue as I thought it would be. The listing and paper work says 4 cars max, but we where able to fit 5 fairly comfortably (Tahoe, Yukon, Tundra, Suburban, & Ascent). I would recommend this place to anyone. We will be going back!

We had SO much fun in this beautiful neighborhood! All 5 couples had a Comfortable room and bed to sleep in, the beach was right out our door and the neighbors were so nice. We all agreed we need to make this an annual trip!
