Welcome to one of the most exquisite vacation homes on Anna Maria Island! This beautiful six-bedroom home boasts 6,500 square feet, nestled on a quiet street in the middle of the island. Custom-built with a terrific location near the beach and with its own private pool, Summer Paradise was tailor-made for much-needed relaxation and unforgettable fun.
At first glance, you’ll notice a large horseshoe driveway, a second extended driveway, and two garages and another on the side of the house. The wraparound porch has beautiful hardwood floors, outdoor seating, and multiple ceiling fans for those hot summer days. Head inside and take note of the open-concept design and high vaulted ceilings. The living room is cozy and inviting, with plenty of seating, a fireplace, and a large flat-screen TV. The wall-to-wall windows allow sunlight to flood the room. Meanwhile, the kitchen is waiting for you to put your culinary skills to use! It features a full suite of sea-foam colored appliances, marble countertops, a butler’s pantry, wine cooler, and extra mini fridge. Gather around the farmhouse-style dining table or take your plates outside to dine on the covered porch. It doesn’t stop there: Summer House has an in-home theater room with seven recliners, an 85” TV, and a separate card table.
The sweeping interior luxuries only complement the outdoor ones that are calling your name. Soak up breathtaking sunsets from the rooftop deck with 360-degree views of the Gulf and Bay. The outdoor cabana has comfortable seating and a gas stone fireplace. The private lagoon-style pool can be heated year round and even has a waterfall and spa, in-water seating, and a slide. Since this home is just two doors down from the beach, you can get to the sugar white sands with ease!

These high-quality linens are washed in a commercial setting using the latest and best technology.
Exterior
Our pools are heated from NOVEMBER through APRIL and heating is not available from May through October. Pools are heated to a temperature of 82 degrees. Please note that outdoor spas are not hot tubs and will remain the same temperature as the pool. If you are renting from November-April please notify us 10 days prior to your arrival that you would like the pool heated. Pool pumps will shut down automatically if the pool temperature reaches the 70s due to colder weather and will automatically re-engage as temperatures rise. Reheating to 82 degrees after cold weather can take several days based on the severity of the cold spell. Due to Anna Maria Island’s strict noise ordinance pool pumps will not run overnight.
