Agradable. Buena atencion de la recepcion.

La ubicacion del hotel, ya que esta cerca de todo.

Nos alojamos en 2 habitaciones y en el primer desayuno. Solo nos querian dar UNA SOLA AYACA o TAMAL como se llame Cuando es una por cada habitacion Y para que nos la den la segunda ayaca, Tardaron mucho tiempo. No deben olvidar indicar a los huespedes que interrumptor de energia electrica controla la ducha de agua caliente. Mucho ruido en los pasillos :Deberian poner carteles o anuncion de CERRAR DESPACIO LAS PUERTAS Y NO HABLAR EN LOS PASILLOS. Interrumpen el sueño de los demas huespedes.

The hotel is a good value for the price

The room was nice for the price. No views. Bed comfortable, nice bathroom and large TV.

Staff helpful but it took awhile to get assistance.

Executive suite, great choice.

Plenty of space. Nice TV, air conditioning, tall showerhead, comfortable bed, located in a great spot. There's a cafe a couple doors down and market as well across the street. Breakfast is included but we didn't take advantage since we wanted to eat at the cafe

Poor administration.

Good location - close to the plaza.

We are a couple travelling on holidays and made a booking through booking,com with this hotel. When we turned up they received us nicely enough, however, even though they confirmed our reservation, and approved our check in time - they then told us that they had no record of our reservation. When we showed them the booking confirmation they said that this didn't matter they didn't have any room for us. We had travelled some time to get here, we were tired and looking forward to relaxing and i was quite upset with the hotel's error. The person at reception proceeded to tell me that I have a bad attitude and should leave. If you want a room thats guaranteed dont book here.

Construction going on in main lobby made it look messy I am sure it will be fine when completed. Lack of carpeting in rooms. Poor choice of beverages in bar/restuarant
