About this house rental

This Grade II listed home has bags of charm and a super slick and contemporary feel. In the heart of quaint Christchurch, the home has rich, inviting rooms, with modern and period features in equal measure. Everything about it feels luxurious, from the colour palette to the flawless bathrooms, complete with a freestanding bathtub and gorgeous showers to recharge in. The bedrooms are kitted out with hotel-level beds and superior linens. With its two log burners and plush sofas, the home is set up for cosy winter break and evenings spent together in the lounge with a film, or around the grand dining table with a feast. Head to the balcony in the warmer months and relax on the sofas with a round of cool beers. Spend days on the local Blue Flag beaches, or rent a small boat which you can moor right outside the home seeing that you'll be based on the River Avon. For serious style and luxury in the heart of a pretty coastal town, look no further. Home truths: *Both the third and fourth bedrooms can be set up with two single beds instead - just ask your host in advance *Parties on the balcony after 10pm wouldn't be appropriate due to the proximity of local residents *None of the bathrooms are en-suite *The home has limited space for storage and hanging clothes *Unfortunately this home does not have a television
