Ee hoop kleine tegenvallers.

De locatie en de luxe uitstraling van het appartement.

Zeer slechte bewegwijzering naar het resort en appartementem. Gaf frustratie met verkeerd rijden en daarna sjouwend met bagage het appartement niet kunnen vinden. Ter plekke bleek het restaurant gesloten voor ontbijt, lunch en diner. Had plezierig geweest als dat vooraf schriftelijk gemeld was. Geen fohn en tuinstoelkussens aanwezig. Kapot koffiezetapperaat, een aantal kapotte lampen, matig schoongemaakt in het appartement en een verstopte wastafel. In het zwembad deed de streamer het niet. Kortom allemaal vervelende tegenvallers

Mooi verblijf leuk park

We hadden voorkeur aangegeven en betaald. We kregen ander huisje maar terug gegaan naar receptie en keurig opgelost.

Het ontbijt viel tegen voor dat geld. Veel lege bakken geen kopjes. Het eten was prima niet een hele uitgebreide keuze. Het was veels te druk waardoor ze het niet aankonden.

Muy bonito, repetiremos.

Precioso, cómodo y bien equipado. No tuvimos tiempo de ver el equipamiento de la urbanización, pero tiene de todo.

La calefacción. Nunca llegamos a entenderla. No subíamos de 20°, y con -3 en la calle eso es frío. Tiene unas cristaleras enormes por las que entra frío. Se necesita coche.

Nice clean appartment with large bedrooms and seperate bathrooms, a covered terrace to sit outside and enjoy the relaxing environment. Also easy to park your car.

Correct app. with nice green surroundings outside the center in a quiet area next to the golf course. The possibility of renting bikes is perfect for visiting the city center and surrounding areas. Private pool

We liked the comfort of the apartment, very coisy. The nature around the resort was nice and the terrace was of very good size.

Only one shared wc for 2 bedrooms. The dishwasher was full when we checked in and the apartment did not have enough cutlery.

Check in, check out was easy. Staff were helpful. Equipment in the apartment was pretty complete. Met all the practical needs. Free parking.

We were unfortunate, our apartment was not super clean when we arrived but the staff did take action when we spoke to them about it. Overall the outside areas could have been better maintained, in terms of keeping it clean.

Absolutely bewtiful, apartment was equipped with everything, very stylish & comfortable, the grounds &the village were superb, stunning grounds & facilities, very well thought out & looked after, lots of different accommodation from apartments to terrace houses to detached grand & cottages in the woods. Just like a stylish village, well impressed.

Although we had 2 bathrooms there was no toilet in them but 1 separate toilet, this was inconvenience for 4 people, we thought it would have had private toilets when I booked, disappointed when we all had to share. It would have been good to have a shuttle bus into town & to &from the airport as the taxis are mega expensive & charges change from taxi to taxi, 20 mins from airport & we were charged 55 euro from the airport & 72 euro back, so a shuttle would be welcome or even a bus from the resort as we spent nearly 400 euro in 4 days on taxis

Lovely apartment, perfect for a family. Very comfortable and spacious. Lovely resort - unfortunately didn't get to use the spa but it looked nice from the outside

Very surprised that we got washing up liquid and brushes, shower gel and shampoo, but we had to buy our own toilet paper..... What's the first thing you often need to do when you arrive in your room?? We had to make do with old tissues from the back of the baby's buggy

Perfect Resort

The resort has different types of accommodation to choose from, for us there was a private swimming pool in addition to the public swimming pool, kids play areas are scattered around the resort. A small grocery shop and a bakery available. The restaurant was also good. In general , we enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful week in Maastricht staying in a beautiful Dormio resort.

The complex is a hidden gem. It's located in the suburbs of Maastricht surrounded by lush green fields. It was quiet and cool at night which provided for a very comfortable sleep. The apartment was very clean and well-furnished. Memory foam mattresses were much appreciated after long days walking through Maastricht. The onsite bakery was wonderful offering fresh delicious pastry every morning. The resort also has quick access to the City Centre (about 5 minutes by car).

Each room had a separate shower room but a shared toilet in the hallway. It would be easier to have one in each room. Other than that everything was great.

The unit was clean and had good facilities.

Parking was a bit of an issue. There weren’t enough parking spots near the unit we rented. we ended up having to park much further away and walk with our luggage for ~5 minutes (about 500 meters). We were visiting with our kids, one of whom has special needs and cannot walk a long distance.

1. Room heater is terrible for apartments. It doesn't even work well when you turn on the nob. It centralized so after waiting there for there auto timer for heater on we got the house warm. But be aware at night it turn off all of a sudden and you will feel cold. 2. Throwing garbage and location for Throwing at the parking lot is terrible .

All in all a very pleasant stay, will be back for sure.

Breakfast is not included, and has to be organised by yourself. There is a bakery and small shop for groceries on the premises of the resort, very convenient. There are also several restaurants at the resort.
