Great value for money, would book a stay again.

The receptionist was great. Booked me into my room even a bit early before scheduled time. Showed me how get in and out of hotel after hours and even upgraded my single room to a double room. Very affordable and value for money.

No wifi in the room, but this is specified that only communal areas have wifi. Used wifi in the restaurant area and it was fast.

Did not think it was value for money.

Location was perfect. Staff member we met was very friendly & approachable.

Breakfast not included in the price. Thought the price was a bit high for the room. Ceiling needs patching up. Beds need replacing & whole room needs to be decorated.

Nice weekend break

I loved that we had a balcony with a sea view. Considering we were at the front it was still pretty quiet.

I'd of liked the room to of been a little bigger. But no big deal.

You get what you pay for,but I enjoyed my stay in weston.

Can't say about breakfast,but the location was good the staff the one's must were very nice and helpful.

To be honest I thought the hotel needed to be brought up to date seemed as though nothing much has been done with the maintenance and decoration for some time and will need a lot of money to put this right but there were other properties in the same position,I also thought there would be a bad with some entertainment but there was nothing.

Awful customer service and crap facilities

Not much expect it was near ish to stuff I booked it for

Rude "welcome" I pulled into the front car park he said, "Is that your car I said yes, I was told 6 cars could fit, and I was the 6th. He then went on how 2 of them are staff cars. Sorry but you should arrange staff parking else where and leave the spaces for paying guests.,, he was rude regarding me parking but sorry I am a paying customer lf 2 nights I have every right to park there. Late to check people In. Arrived before 2 . Was allowed to check in at 2 as oer email and website said. room wasn't ready, and there was zero information on how long to wait. Considering checkout was by 10:30, I was staying the busier 2 days of that weekend, and there are 5 cleaners in the small hotel. I've done cleaning work for hotels, and a room does not take long to sort. That room should have been ready by a minimum of 1 30. The shower was cold and any sort of warm water took 10 minuted to appear and also so small and badly fitted shower head. I had to get out of the shower to wash and apply shampoo and conditioner as the shower head is constantly pointed in your face. You can't even turn it. The toilet constantly runs water, so I heard it all night, and it's loud The comment I got from the rude receptionist when I asked how long it'll be ( this was at ten past 2 ,so already late) his response was, "If you pressure me, it'll be 4 pm." So so rude. The room was stuffy and hot. The bed was so uncomfortable, and I've not got back pain. The shower was cold. Zero hot water and bugs in there. The windows had cobwebs. I'd you clean a room this INCLUDES windows. It's not hard to run a duster over it. I was told there was a lift partially up the hotel but not show where, so I struggled up and down the many stairs with a bad back and my bags On 5 was at the reception, and no one was there.

We had a very relaxing stay it is so sad to see a lot of empty shops and accommodation

It was very clean comfortable and the staff were very friendly They were very accommodating with our needs and if we go to western again we would definitely stop there again

On site parking. Comfortable bed, Good location,

Poor shower facility, took over 5 mins to get hot Very basic room, no wow factor. Double bed was too narrow so had to sleep on the single. Too pricey for what we got.

Shower room was very small the shower it’s self was poor flow and narrow . the tv picture was poor probably down to the aerial but remote didn’t work either ? ! But tbh the rest of the room was great

Great staff - Decent Breakfast - Great Location

Staff were superb, they recognised me and called me by name. The breakfast was spot on, room was clean - the shower had decent pressure. I was pleasantly surprised given that the cost of the room was very reasonable - I will definitely stay there when I return next year.

The hotel could do with a lick of paint but that kind of thing doesn't bother me.

Overnight stay

Location was great for me.staff so friendly and helpful, advised me on where to shop.the room was a good size twin and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast served at 9, very civilised. Cereal orange juice small fried breakfast and plenty of toast. A choice of tea or coffee, I went for the coffee which for me was very nice. They accommodated one resident who didn't want a fried breakfast with notrouble at all.

Everything was fine for me. I thought for the money you really can't knock it.
