Perfect when travelling with young children. Fully stocked kitchen and separate bedrooms.

Great location for us, off-road parking a big plus.

It was a warm weekend admittedly but it was warm! A couple of taller fans would have been helpful in the bedrooms.

It might have been beneficial to have a journal of how to work heating, oven and automatic light settings especially for international guests who are used to different configurations.

We had a lovely weekend visiting Windsor and the accommodation was very good.

Location was excellent - only a 20 minute walk into Windsor. Very clean & modern.

Couldn't find a sheet for the sofa bed, only a fluffy blanket. There was a very strange noise that occurred from time to time, which appeared to be coming from the sink, which was so loud it woke the guest sleeping on the sofa bed up every hour or so! Flat 10 probably a little bit cramped for 5 adults due to the sloping ceilings.

Everything we needed! Great stay

It's hard to imagine how someone could do a better job of outfitting a flat for guests. Everything we needed was there. Just as described plus some. It was a hot few days and we were up two flights of stairs on the top floor. The flat was just a bit warm when we arrived but opening the windows and using the fans provided got the temperature down quickly. Our beds were comfortable and we slept like logs. The shower was great and all the appliances worked well. It was all pretty new, chic and very clean. I loved being able to tell that our towels and linens were sanitized. The area is not fancy, but there is a Boots, a grocery store and a KFC within a few steps. I think I saw an amazing kids playground less than a block away. This is the kind of flat you can picture yourself living in for an extended time. The hosts have thought of everything. We recommend it.

We're old so the stairs were a bit of a climb but they weren't steep or dangerous and had good handrails. Being on the top floor meant we didn't have to listen to stomping feet above us. :)

Very enjoyable and would reccomend

The location was excelblent for us, easy to get to different places. Very clean everything we needed for our stay

The only down side was the stairs, they were quite steep but after a few times up and down we got used to them

No where near Windsor town centre and no mention that you had to go through an underpass to get there as there was no way of crossing a very busy road

Excellent!

It was clean, very well equipped, parking was no problem and comfortable!

One tiny piece of feedback (not a complaint) would be that maybe more towel rails or hooks to hang towels to dry.

Really homely & ideal for our use. Would definitely use this property again

Excellent location, clean & ideal for our trip. Great to have fans provided as it was noisy with windows open.

Shower was quite tight especially if your tall like my husband but as we only stayed 2 nights it was not a problem. When we turned the telly on we couldn’t get onto normal channels? We checked all the usual things but no good? My husband rang the customer service number but no luck. They did offer to send someone around but we weren’t too bothered. My husband then noticed a button on the side of the TV and that solved the problem. Could probably do with some instructions?

There is no outlet for the Air Con machine outfall tube. The window will not open wide enough. Until this is fixed the Air Con makes it hotter and it is better not to use.

Good location, ok for a night or 2 wouldn’t like to stay any longer.

It was clean and had everything we needed Great location near shops.

Low ceiling made it difficult for my husband, particularly in the bathroom. Sofa wasn’t comfortable and had to move so didn’t bang head. Also 2 seat unusable at table due to low ceiling.

Very good, just needed a base for Ascot, so it did the job nicely

Location was good Very clean towels / sheets Bathroom very clean & shower was good It all looked very new & modern Good for a one or two night stay.

The street was very noisy, especially early in the morning, heavy lorries / cars - but not much you can do about that Sofa bed not that comfortable

Happy short break and would consider staying again

it was clean and warm plenty of dishwasher tablets and toiletries it was a nice place to stay

not enough plates and mugs, only 4 plates meant that we had to wash up in between courses as there was 4 of us. Needs more mugs No instructions on how to use TV, hob etc

We enjoyed our stay and the apartment suited our needs.

Super clean! Great to have the bath as well as the shower. 1 minute walk to the bus stop which took us straight into Windsor (5-10 mins journey).

very impressed. so much better than a hotel as liked the self catering facilities for my family. 6 mins to Legoland, 5 m

Great location, clean, well equipped, attentive host. very appreciative of the washing up liquid, dishwasher tabs, tea and coffee etc.

Banged our heads a few times on eaves but this can’t be helped.

Perfect in everyway this accommodation absolutely made our trip! Highly recommend.

It was modern, spacious, clean, comfortable, facilities were great we had everything we needed and plenty of space for a family of 4. Location was amazing for Legoland and Windsor castle. Communication with host was great.

We had a very enjoyable four night stay exploring Windsor, the castle, the park.

It was quiet, clean and modern. The beds were comfortable. There was instant hot water for showers/bath.

We did not like the dormer style windows because of the low sharp edges of the sloping ceiling, particularly by the kitchen sink area and in the smaller bedroom. I suffered a nasty head injury that caused bleeding and swelling from banging my head on one of these sharp edges. Also the outer door to the block of flats was not secure.
