Lighthouse Way is a perfect 3BD, 2.5BA single-level, 2400 square foot luxury residence constructed in 2019 and is located in one of the most desirable Santa Barbara neighborhoods, “The Mesa”!
Enjoy an active and urban lifestyle with everything you need within walking distance to the beach, La Mesa Park, Thousand Steps Beach, fantastic restaurants, and only one block to Vons and The Mesa's favorite store, Lazy Acres Market.
Lighthouse Way is perched above the street, allowing lovely ocean vistas as you walk down the entry courtyard. This property is in immaculate condition. The house is tastefully appointed with furnishings from Restoration Hardware and Serena and Lily.
The open floor plan features soaring cathedral ceilings with exposed beams. The living room, family room, kitchen, and dining area create an impressive great-room space. The flooring throughout is a warm and inviting wide plank French oak. Enjoy a cool ocean breeze and an excellent indoor/outdoor flow from the living space to the large patio. The home has central air conditioning for added comfort on hot days. The great room has tons of natural light and a gas-burning fireplace, and large flat-screen tv, along with cozy couches to relax and entertain loved ones.

Great property, clean with great funishings and supplies. Convenient garage for two cars, with beach supplies; dedicated laundry room; two suites on either end of house. Park across the street, shops and grocery store walking distance. Great mesa location.

My family had a wonderful time staying at this property - it was clean, spacious, comfortable and the location was perfect. Close proximity to a playground across the street, a short drive to the Harbor / beaches and a short walk to some very good neighborhood restaurants and grocery stores; made it unbelievably convenient.

This house was perfect!! Clean, comfortable, everything you need. Check in was easy and seamless. Short walk to shoreline park (beautiful view) and a 10 minute drive to downtown. Do not hesitate to book! :)

Our family immensely enjoyed our Vrbo experience at the Lighthouse Way property. The home is beautiful, expertly constructed and modernized, and great care and attention to detail is provided to make your stay simple and easy. The home was fully stocked with any item you might need while away from your own home, from kitchen items, to luxurious towels, to top level appliances and even beach towels and chairs. Further, the property has easy and close access to numerous shopping and sightseeing areas on top of parks and beaches. We certainly would stay hear again!

The house was heaven!! Fully stocked, awesome location, clean, decorated with taste, easy checkin check out. They didn’t miss a beat everything you would need they had. It was a wonderful way to celebrate my daughter’s 30th Birthday. Thank you!

We had a great week at lighthouse way. The house is spacious, clean and wonderfully decorated. Convenient to downtown Santa Barbara and local beaches.

We enjoyed this cozy house right across the street from a park very much. It’s kitchen was possibly the best supplied I’ve seen with rentals. We genuinely appreciated the Nespresso and coffee capsules! The laundry and detergent were also very helpful. The space was open, very nicely decorated, and comfortable inside and out. Our kids loved the park and it was quick to walk to the grocery and CVS for the few essentials we needed. We took an easy hike to Douglas Family Preserve to view a beautiful sunset!
There were a few drawbacks. We didn’t receive the access code to the house in the instructions, however, the after-hours contact remedied that problem quickly. The biggest shortfall was with connectivity. The tv in Master never connected to service, the LR tv stopped connecting on day 2, and then the WiFi stopped working. While we spent most of our holiday out enjoying Santa Barbara, we had hoped to watch a movie in the evening as a family and didn’t get the chance. The WiFi also caused a challenge for work and Zoom calls that had to be rescheduled.

The house was new, clean and spacious. The location is great- very close to the water and walking to restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery stores. BUT if you are visiting SB for the soft air, you cannot open the windows in this place because the street traffic is so noisy. I’m not sure why the other reviews don’t mention it because it was a huge distraction for us. The house is on Shoreline/Miegs and the windows open to, and the patio abuts, Shoreline. I would not stay here again because of the noise (but check in and all logistics were seamless).

The house had everything we needed - comfortable beds, family-friendly kitchen and dining area, and nice outdoor space for warm summer nights. Our family included 2 grandparents, 2 adults, and 2 kids (ages 3 and 6), and it was easy for everyone to be together and get their own space. It was also very convenient to walk to the playground across the street, Mesa Lane beach access, and anything we needed at Lazy Acres. We had a great stay.

Our stay in Santa Barbara was excellent. The house was very well maintained and very clean. We hope to come back to Santa Barbara soon and will be looking to stay at this house again.
