Have you ever wanted to live for a week like royalty? You have to see Miramar Magic, a Caribbean Style Beach House located in the gated community of Emerald Shores! With over 3500 sq feet of living space. this stunning beach house has 5BRs, 5.5BAs, and 2 bunk rooms! You'll love the accessibility of this massive home which is minutes to the sugar sands of the Emerald Coast! On the first floor enjoy the open concept of the main living room, the dining room, and the kitchen perfect for making lifelong memories with your family and friends. You will also find one guest bedroom with a king bed with an attached bathroom on the first floor. A second living room, two master bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, and a bunk room can be found on the 2nd floor of this lovely home. The top floor provides two guest bedrooms, each with two queen beds, a laundry room with a kitchenette, and the last bunk room with twin beds. Each bedroom has balcony access so step out and enjoy the sights and sounds of beach life!

Emerald Shores is a unique, gated resort community in lovely Miramar Beach comprised of 95 stucco homes. This one of a kind neighborhood boasts its own private beach pavilion with restrooms, showers and a sunbathing deck with chairs. Neighborhood amenities include a tennis court, basketball court, two pools (one seasonally heated) and a seasonal tram to the beach.

This beautiful home is located near Silver Sands Factory Outlet, the nations large designer factory outlet featuring more than 100 name brand designer stores. Also close by is the Destin Commons with incredible eateries, upscale shopping, a park with pop up fountains at its center.

Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Destin Commons also has a mini-train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

the house was great but needs a upgraded stove and an needs a nother fridge on secound floor not just a drink one bbq grill is usless took 2 houyrs to cook for 22 pp but all in all house was very nice great pictures on balconys and we enjoyed it

The property is at an ideal location as the beach is in walking distance. The transport to the beach is readily available. The house is very spacious for large groups. The area is very safe and the grounds are well kept. However, the house needs more towels to accommodate large groups. We had to buy towels to make it through the week. The floors were not clean and the rugs need to be laundered or replaced. The beds need better linen; sheets and blankets. I would stay at the house again but would come with towels, cleaning supplies and blankets to make the stay more comfortable. There was an issue, we reached out to customer service but experienced a significant delay in the response.

We had 4 families for a soccer tournament. This house accommodated us all. It was large enough to spread out the different families, but still super cozy. The heated pool was fabulous, since it was still a lil chilly over the weekend. And it is in a great area...we all enjoyed it!!

We came here for our girls cheer competition. This condo comfortable fit all 18 of us. So big, so nice, so spacious. We loved the fact that everybody had their own bathroom. Nice neighborhood, great pools, & the condo has everything you would possibly need. We only had 2 problems the entire stay. 1) the 2nd floor bunkbed left a long scar on the girls leg. They said a wire was sticking out on the mattress. 2) downstairs kept getting hot. When we cooked or gathered downstairs. It’s like the air wasn’t blowing. I had to call maintenance the second night, but it still didn’t help. Other than that, we had absolutely nothing else to complain about. We loved it. We will definitely be returning to this property in the future.
