Come enjoy our beautiful Beach Home, just a few steps to the beach!
Our Beach Home has 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Both bedrooms enjoy their own private patio or balcony, for a special retreat feel. Check out our AMAZING LOFT!!!

LIVINGROOM
The Livingroom has a Roku TV, comfortable seating, stone fireplace (decorative only), beautiful vaulted ceilings, modern coastal decor and new flooring. Enjoy free high speed WiFi.

BEDROOMS/BATHROOMS
1st Bedroom is on the ground floor - queen bed, bathroom with shower, Roku TV and glass sliders out to a fenced patio.

2nd bedroom is on the 2nd floor and is in a beautiful open loft, where it enjoys the spectacular vaulted ceilings, queen bed, bathroom with jetted soaking tub, Roku TV and glass sliders out to a large balcony.

We can accommodate an additional 2 guests, allowing 6 to sleep in the unit, utilizing a Queen air mattress as a 3rd bed. This is set up in the upstairs loft bedroom.

KITCHEN
Nicely equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a washer/dryer. Kitchen is nicely equipped with pots, pans, dishes, glasses, coffee pot, toaster - everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. Enjoy your meals at the beautiful granite counter top eating area.

Our Beach Home has for you:

Vacation Enjoyment:
Our Beach Home has central air conditioning/heating, washer/dryer, clothes steamer, bed linens, towels and hair dryers.

For your enjoyment we provide some Beach Chairs, Beach Towels and some Beach Toys - everything you need for an enjoyable time at the beach and a great vacation.

Starter paper goods, toiletries and cleaning supplies are provided. Guest is responsible for any replenishments during their stay.

Pet friendly - Dog bed provided for your pup as well as food/water bowls.

*Stairs are required to access the 2nd floor bedroom loft, it's bathroom with tub and balcony.

Convenient free onsite parking in the adjacent parking lot - 2 cars maximum.

Pets are allowed. $125 PER pet per stay. All pets must be pre-approved - some breeds/weights are excluded. Maximum of 2 pets.

HOUSE RULES:

PARKING
- Free parking for 2 cars - max allowed
- 2 Parking passes are allocated for the unit
- No parking of Boats/RVs/Trailers/Campers
- Please refrain from parking in marked spots for residents

DOGS: Up to 2 dogs allowed under 35lbs. Dogs must be pre-approved. Some breed exclusions. Dogs must be treated for fleas and up to date on vaccines. No animal on furniture or beds - you may bring your own blanket/sheet for them to lie on if on furniture/bed. Animals must be crated if left alone in the unit and the animal should not be left unattended for long periods of time in excess of 3 hours. Dog should never be left unattended outside. Guests should prevent animal from excessive noise at a level that disturbs the neighbors. Guest responsible for all and any damages caused by Pets/Dogs. Owner assumes no responsibility for illness or injury to animals or humans that may occur either indoors or outdoors of property. Guest is solely responsible for animal at the property. Pet fee of $125 per stay to be collected - This will be billed separately after booking. Extra cleaning may be needed and will be billed after check out.

Owner is NOT responsible for loss of wifi, electricity, utilities etc as a result of provider or weather outages, that are beyond the control of the owner. At no time will any refund be given for such loss.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The property manager clearly communicated the check-in/check-out process, area amenities and promptly answered any questions. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and 3 minutes walk to the beach . You can see the cruise ships depart and Cape Canaveral launch towers. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful time, the property is beautiful and just a few steps from the ocean. It is located in a very nice neighborhood that has sidewalks and super friendly neighbors. We arrived earlier than expected and Christine ( the owner) was so accommodating and helpful. Definitely will be back next year. Thank you!

This condo is really close to the beach— walk around the corner and the beach parking lot is just yards away. We had 2 couples and we each had our own spaces and outdoor areas (patio and balcony). Host responded very quickly when we had questions. Wonderful stay!

We had a great time at this Cape Canaveral beach house. You cannot beat this location for the beach (steps away!) and also very close to Kennedy Space Center. We were there for both beach and the space center so this was just perfect for our family. The sunrises were beautiful and the beach was great. The house was clean and Christine even had the extra blow up mattress set up for us upon arrival so that we would be comfortable right when we arrived.

Christine's place was just perfect!! Loved the location. Steps from the beach. Close to everything but you get the feeling of being far away from the hustle and bustle of Cocoa. Super clean, kitchen equiped with everything you may need. Lots of extra towels, blankets. Three cozy outdoor spaces. I would definitely rent again!

We very much enjoyed the stay at this property. The kitchen is very neat and well-laid out. The TVs at each bed and in the living room were appreciated, as was the full-size washer and dryer. There was SO MUCH beach equipment for just about any need, which was really nice. The owners were very communicative and helpful. This place was a very short walk to the beach and super-convenient.

This rental was perfect for my trip. Just the right amount of space for me and my adult son. Location was excellent for rocket launch viewing as it was just a couple of houses away from the beach in a quiet area. Unit was clean, well supplied and had beach chairs and other 'beachy stuff". I loved the vaulted ceiling/loft style and the amount of space was perfect. Communications with Christine was prompt & easy. Off street parking was convenient. I would definitely consider staying here again. A very positive experience for my first VRBO stay.

As my first experience with VRBO, I was a bit nervous about what to expect. And I quickly found out I didn’t have anything to worry about. The owners were very fast to communicate and welcome me to their wonderfully appointed condo. With the off street parking and only one short block from beach access you will not find a better spot to be for you and your friends and family. If we go back to the cocoa beach area again, I am reaching out to Christine again. No questions!!!

Christine is a super host . Very accessible and responded to my messages very nicely. The location was ideal a block from the beach and lots to do in the area . My kids enjoyed their time there . Expect a clean ,comfortable, stylish and peaceful house . Easy to check in and the place is more beautiful than pictures. Awesome place !
