Did the job, reasonable price

Close to town Easy parking Very kind chap carried my bag upstairs

Noisy, single glazed windows meant traffic noise at front Some noise from bar below The shower did alternate between scalding and cold with no apparent reason

Really good night's sleep excellent

The staff went above and beyond the room was excellent really clean and tidy. Has a contractor it was really nice, and free parking

Great for a work trip.

The accomodation was very well setup for people visiting the area for work. Easy parking, good kitchen and shower facilities. Pretty basic but that's all you need for a work trip. Convenient for central Scunthorpe if you wanted to go to any local pubs/shops.

This is next to quite a noisy road, it didn't bother me but might be something to consider if that would bother you.

An adequate stop-over for the budget traveller, a bit rough around the edges but can you expect for the price. I would s

conveniently located for my purposes. Close to colourful local amenities. well priced.

no wifi. only 1 bathroom and w/c for quite a few guests. frond door lock needs replacing. Poor sound proofing most noticeable in the morning.

We wouldn’t go back.

It was convenient for our visit and the room itself was clean. It was inexpensive.

The cleanliness of the shared bathroom. It needed checking on throughout the visit to stay in an acceptable condition. The general smell of the place - the stale beer smell from the bar was all pervasive

Very disappointing especially for the price paid

No Breakfast

The heating was not working or not switched ON. I repeatedly informed the staff, but still the heating was not switched on especially at the time when it was freezing. Plus the room windows are single glazed. Plus, you could also hear loud noise from the Pub below since the rooms are not by any degree or near to sound proof, could hear people from your neighbouring rooms easily and passing from outside your door. The Wash basin does not dispense hot water at all.

AVOID! Diabolical! Never again!

Liked nothing about this property.

AVOID!! No fire alarm in room, shower flooded the bathroom, toe nail found on the bed, wires exposed for the tv AND they had RATS! When I spoke to the owner she laughed in my face. Trying to get a refund. Absolutely disgusting! Dust everywhere! Taxi drivers didn’t even know where the property was so it was a mission to book.
