About this house rental

New owner and new almost everything else in 2022! New stainless steel kitchen appliances including French door refrigerator with ice maker, two new dishwashers, new range, and new microwave, as well as a new refrigerator with ice maker in the first floor rec room. New flooring throughout most of the home. All carpeting has been replaced with easy care laminate flooring.
Many new windows throughout the home along with new blinds and draperies. New paint everywhere and new granite countertops in the kitchen, upper level wet bar, and rec room wet bar.
New custom living room furniture featuring a large sectional for plenty of seating space. New bedroom furniture throughout the home including new mattresses, pillows and bed coverings. Linen service provided so that clean crisp sheets await your arrival.
Two new dining room tables with new chairs and dining benches and all new dinnerware.
What isn’t new with this home? The great private South Nags Head location and the incredible ocean views!
This home has eight bedrooms, five full baths, and two half baths and sleeps 16 guests. Lower level rec room features pool table and foosball table along with wet bar and patio door out to the backyard and pool. The lower level also includes two bedrooms which share a bath and a half bath that opens out to the pool area for convenience. A handy outdoor shower is just steps away from the half bath.
Pool heat is available during your stay for an additional charge. Pool heat must be requested at least 7 days prior to your arrival.
In addition to the pool area, relax on your own huge private dune deck just steps from the beach. The walkway to the dune deck and beach offers another shower head so you can quickly rinse off the sand on your way home.
The second floor features five bedrooms and three full baths. Two ocean front bedrooms on this level feature king size beds and patio doors leading out to the second floor deck and hot tub.
The open floorplan top level of this home includes a large bedroom with king size bed and ensuite bath, a large screened porch to watch evening sunsets, half bath, and an open kitchen, living room, and dining area. The living room offers expansive ocean views and a gas fireplace for cool fall and winter evenings. The kitchen also features new dinnerware, new Keurig coffeemaker, new Cuisinart toaster, new flatware, new crockpot and griddle, along with large classic seafood pots.
Keep connected with the wireless internet throughout the home. There are Smart TVs in the living room, rec room, and all bedrooms.
BEDROOM CONFIGURATION
Lower Level:
Two bedrooms share a Jack-and-Jill bath. One bedroom has two twin beds and the other has a king size bed.
Second Floor:
There are 5 bedrooms on the second floor.
Bedroom 1 offers a set of full size bunk beds (full size bed over full size bed).
Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed. Bedrooms 1 and 2 share a full hall bath.
Bedroom 3 has a queen size bed and Bedroom 4 has a king bed. Bedroom 4 also features a sliding glass door out to the mid-level deck and hot tub. Bedroom 3 and Bedroom 4 share a Jack-and-Jill bath.
Bedroom 5 has a king bed, its own private full bath, and a sliding glass door out to the mid-level deck and hot tub.
Upper Level:
Bedroom with king bed and private full bath.

Our group very much enjoyed our stay at the property! It's as advertised right on the beach which offered great convenience our whole stay. We found the area not too crowded as well with plenty of room for our group on the beach. The dining area is large which is nice for family and friends to gather. This location is also very close to all shopping and a number of tourist destinations. As a final note, Brenda was a very responsive host which was most appreciated!

We had a great week at Ocean Breeze! This house is very beautiful & accommodating for a group of 16, we were 8 adults & 8 children. There was a perfect arrangement of bedrooms/bathrooms. The beds were very comfortable. The owner left us a goodie bag of starter items that was so helpful & a lovely little bouquet of flowers. Really nice touches in the kitchen area were 2 coffee makers, 2 dishwashers & an ice maker. There is a 3rd coffee maker in the basement. The pool was great, it didn't need heating while we were there. You are right on the beach, where we spent most of our time. We've been to Nag's Head before & stayed at the northern end of Virginia Dare Trail but enjoyed this location much better - more quiet, less busy. It was not too far of a drive to our favorite ice cream shop - Booty Treats! Everyone had a great time! We loved it all!

This was a family vacation with our adult children and grandchildren. There were 12 of us, seven adults and fives kids ages 11-17. The home was beautiful, met all of our needs and exactly as pictured! The beds are comfortable. The owner was quick to respond to my questions. Check in was easy. We’d stay here again!

This house has something for everyone. House was ready at the promised time, beds made, and towels as promised. We were able to spread out and feel like we had our own space and also enjoyed the large dining table and family room for games and puzzles. Brenda was very responsive to any questions we had the entire week. We will look forward to staying here again in the future.

We really enjoyed the property. The boys aged 14-17 and the adults all enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The Roku TVs were easy to access our accounts. Brenda was very responsive to our messages. Overall, we had a great stay.

Perfect location. Updated kitchen and family room area which is nice. Bathrooms need some updating. Place needs some general maintenance throughout. Most sliders very hard to open. Towel racks pulled off wall in most bathrooms. Each person gets 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel and a Wash cloth for an entire week. For the $, you should get a lot more towels provided.

The house was beautiful and well decorated. Kitchen well stocked and large dinning table. Hot tub and pool were wonderful. There are 3 stories so be prepared for steps with the kitchen and living area on the top floor. Lots of boxes in the carport area so you can’t get a car in there but ample parking in the driveway.

We loved this house! It was very clean and well kept. The kitchen was nicely stocked and the long dining table was great for eating and playing games together. Great location on a street that wasn’t too busy. The property manager was amazing to work with and was punctual on communication.

This was our first time visiting the OBX and also the first time booking through VRBO. I am very particular and tend to be a skeptic when it comes to online booking however, I was pleasantly surprised! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful beach house that not only met but exceeded our expectations. It was apparent when entering the home that each detail to this newly renovated house was well thought out. The furnishing and decor were beautiful and comfortable. The house and property are as described and pictured in the listing. The kitchen was very well stocked with anything and everything imaginable, with extras to boot!! The property owner made the booking experience a breeze. She was very responsive to any and all questions prior to booking and during our stay. Our family ranged in ages from 78 years old to 2 months old. The house is 3 levels therefore the stairs can be a challenge however I was very well aware of that prior to booking. The owner explained the lay out of the stairs, which was greatly appreciated. Plenty of room for all family members to have their own space, bathroom and solitude if needed! Our family enjoyed the fact that we had a private pool, stairs that lead to and a private deck to the beach. The view from the top deck was amazing. I spent hours just soaking up the sights and sounds! My 8-year-old grandson loved the fact that he could eat out on the decks picnic table, ocean front view dining minus the crowds and wait time!!! The house was in a great location, close to grocery stores, restaurants and family activities. Just a short drive to explore other areas, places of interest on the outer banks! We had a wonderful experience, with many special family memories made! We will return. Thanks, Brenda, for being so responsive and helpful, you went above and beyond!
