About This Cabin
Falling Leaf Hideaway is a spacious well equipped cabin overlooking the hillside. Our cabin has an expansive view of trees and mountains and is only six minutes to downtown Pigeon Forge. Falling Leaf Hideaway is the perfect Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg and Smoky Mountain retreat because it is beautiful, quiet, and relaxing and conveniently located. After a day of Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg adventures it's just a quick drive back to the cabin where you can relax and soak in the hot tub while looking out at the stunning hills and mountains in front of you. Each of the four bedrooms has a bathroom attached, with a theater room and game room on the bottom floor. You will find expansive decks on all three floors for your relaxation. Two community pools are available for use during the warmer months.
The Space
Our place is a spacious and inviting log cabin where you can get away from it all but still feel right at home. There are three separate floors, with four ensuite bedrooms which allows for maximum privacy, and on the bottom floor there is a theater room with power reclining seats and a kitchenette for drinks and to make some popcorn. The stunning view can be seen from each of the three floors. The main floor has the kitchen/dining room and a comfortable TV area with a fireplace. The third floor has another expansive balcony with a beautiful pool table just inside, with large windows that look out to the tranquil mountains.
Guest Access
Guests will access the cabin using a keyless entry. A unique door code will be provided for your stay before the check-in date. The cabin has a parking area where three cars can be parked comfortably.
Pet Friendly Property
We are a pet friendly vacation rental. We allow up to two dogs with a 35 pound weight limit for each. There is a one time charge for $150 to bring your dogs. Also, the owners of pets are responsible for any damage caused by pets.

Great cabin. Parking is tight if you have bigger vehicles. Also no place to run a dog. Be ready to walk the hills with them. There is no map for the property so make sure you drive to find the pools! Internet had to be reset, but that was easy enough.

We enjoyed a family retreat with my wife, parents and grandparents for our three July birthdays! The log cabin is a part of Alpine Village, a community of log cabins and this property felt more private than many of the interior properties. The wrap around porches were great and provided a great view! Highly recommend. We definitely enjoyed the classic arcade games, we may have set the new high score on Pac-Man.

We had a great weekend retreat to the mountains with my wife, parents and grandparents for our three July birthdays. The log cabin was amazing! Great view off the wrap-around porch and enjoyed the classic arcade games. May have set the high score on Pac-Man. Our favorite part was hanging around the living room and dining table eating, fellowshipping and playing games. We also made use of the theater room on the final night!

My family and I just finished our stay at Woodford Properties' Falling Leaf Cabin outside Pigeon Forge, TN. We found the Cabin to be just as advertised and very clean and well appointed. The Falling Leaf Cabin was very welcoming and comfortable. We would love to stay there again. Woodford Properties made the registration and check-in process very easy.

This Cabin fit our needs in every way. 3 Couples. Each Couple had their own King Size Bed and Full Bath. A Bedroom and Deck on each level was great. But we had the most fun hanging all together on the Deck on the main floor. Morning Coffees with maybe a little Shine added. And the evening beers and some Bourbon tasting, while listening to some Tunes. Enjoyed the Squirrels and some Racoons. Even spotted some Bears on the Hill across the Field. One recommendation. There is a little bit of a step (lip) from the Driveway to the main entrance deck. One of the Females in our group tripped over in evening returning to the Cabin. Not a major issue. But maybe smoothing out with some asphalt or concrete. I highly recommend the Cabin.

Great property. Clean and spacious. House didn’t cool down till day 2 of stay though. Owners need to go in before guests arrive and turn the AC on in the summer. 80 degrees in the house is not acceptable. Only one kitchen towel. Movie room need a firestick or Roku, not 1990s DVD player tech. Just a few areas to improve. Other than this, it was a great stay.

The cabin was amazing. Looked just like the pictures. It so clean and decorated very nicely. We had everything we needed to cook at the cabin. It did rain most of the week but the cabin was so nice that we were not disappointed that we had to stay in. The theater room was awesome. We will definitely book again for future visits.

Overall this place was great. 7 ladies (all family) mostly needed a place to relax and bond. We loved the theater room even though you need a PHD to work the thing. (Several pages of instructions and too many remotes). Definitely needs to be simplified. The pool table was unique and fun. We didn't get to use the rockers on the deck because 5 of the 7 ladies on our trip began coughing our 1st day there and eventually had fevers. Therefore, we avoided the pollen. The furniture was very comfortable and gathering around the large dining table made for great conversation. We laughed and then laughed some more. The proximity to shopping was very convenient. The newest Country Tonite show was awesome! I've been several times and this was my favorite! We mostly ate the delicious food carried by the great cooks in our family, but we were within minutes of several restaurants. Great place for a girl's trip!

We visited Pigeon Forge for a long weekend family trip and the original cabin we rented was not what we expected. It was not clean and had several maintenance issues. The owner gave us a full refund and we needed another place to stay. I went back online looking for something last minute. I found this cabin, it looked nice and the reviews were great, so I booked it. It was everything that was advertised. We had three small children with us and no place to go after we left the other cabin, Tracy was so nice to us and made every effort to get us in the cabin a little early. We were so grateful! Thanks so much! It made our stay very enjoyable! We will definitely rent from them again.

Our family enjoyed this home very much. First of all they had a Christmas tree up when we first walked in the door which made our day. The home was very clean and smelled clean. Everything was in great shape and had anything we could possibly need. Bedrooms were large and beds were very comfortable. Our favorite part was after exploring Gatlinburg and Pigeon forge all day was the theater room and watching Christmas movies. Very close to the island and Dollywood . We will definitely be back

This cabin is just stunning through and through! We had 7 adults, and everyone had their very own space with comfort and privacy when needed. The open spaciousness was very appreciated, and everyone enjoyed the main floor gathering room and kitchen. Plus we loved the theatre room where we were able to watch our back home church service live via the YouTube app.
Overall the cabin was clean and had everything we needed, but your cleaning company could pay a little more attention to the unseen spaces, ie: under beds, behind nightstands and bathroom corners and crevices.
We really did enjoy our stay and would definitely recommend and stay again.
