About this house rental

This peaceful home awaits your whole family on 1 acre of land. The west orange bike trail runs through the front yard. Come walk, run, or ride the beautiful bike trail and the hills of clermont. Sit on the front or back porch and enjoy the breeze and the view. Have a barbecue on the back porch with the barbecue grill. This property is 1.4 miles from the clermont lakefront with a sandy beach for swimming and kids water park and just a 30 minute drive to Disney and all the major attractions. It is about 1 hour drive to the east coast and about a 1 hour drive to the gulf coast. Relax in the evening by the fire pit with your favorite beverage. The fire wood is provided.

We were there for our daughter’s wedding and it was the best location. We were centrally located to every event. The house was comfortable and met all of our needs. We had a great time and would definitely book the same location again.

This property was outstanding. Everything was accurate as to the listing. Very clean and excellent location. Very central to shopping and dinning area. Very generous owners even left complimentary snacks and has everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. Our group is planning our next trip to the area and want to stay in the same property.

The property is very nice and well equipped. A bit hard to find but great once you do find it. We did not get a chance to sleep on the beds to share if comfortable. Unfortunately we had a disagreement with the host impossible to resolve, she was extremely difficult, even the VRBO rep could not understand her.

We had 3 couples staying for a local memorial service. This rental is convenient to everything and was very very clean. Wish there were mirrors in the upstairs bedrooms so it wasn't so hard to share 1bathroom for 4 adults. We would stay here again.

We stayed at the Trail Inn Clermont in March 2023 for a Sommer Sports Triathlon. It was absolutely perfect! So very clean, well stocked, comfortable and so relaxing! It had plenty of room and everything you could need was included. The master bed was so comfortable after a day of racing. We also loving relaxing on the swing and front porch. We definitely plan on staying at the Trail Inn again when we come back for future races. Sue is super easy to communicate with and she makes sure you have all the information before you check in. She even had a welcome basket! We can’t wait to go back!

Our three kids were participating in the state swim meet at the NTC and the Trail Inn was the perfect location! Super close to the training center, grocery and restaurants. The house was clean, prepared and comfy. The owner was very accommodating and super easy to communicate with. We would love to stay again if we find ourselves back in town. The accommodations were everything described and more. The home was clean and well appointed with everything you need plus extras. The welcome basket, coffee, and Keurig station were above our expectations for a VRBO rental. The paper products were abundant and the bathrooms were stocked with soaps, shampoos, conditioners and hand lotions. We there for six weeks and during the first week the owners had a new patio with a fire pit installed and it was a very nice addition. The home is located along the West Orange Trail which is great for biking and hiking. It sits on about an acre of fenced-in property that gives you a feeling of spaciousness. You’ll find just about everything you might need within about 3-4 miles from the house. The hosts were very friendly, gracious, and accommodating. Our stay there was thoroughly enjoyable.

We travelled with our pets to meet with family in the area for a belated Christmas get-together. Susan was communicative and clear (I love how specific her directions are!) and we were so pleased to find snacks available as well as every comfort of home. I have to say that all three beds were incredibly comfortable which, sadly, is unusual in my experience, and there were more than enough pillows for everyone. We would definitely book here again in the future.

We loved our stay! It was a perfect gathering place for our friends and family to come visit who were coming in from out of town for our wedding. We also needed a place for the groomsmen to get ready and this was the perfect spot. Sue was amazing with communication! Any question we had she was very quick to respond with. They even had a nice little sign for us when we came and and cute Mr and Mrs coffee mugs as a gift. I will recommend this VRBO to everyone!

My husband, step-daughter and I, along with our four legged fur baby stayed in this lovely home while we’re in Clermont for my brother’s Celebration of Life. We immediately felt at home. The house was in a nice location, off the beaten path, which we loved. The house was nicely decorated and clean. We really appreciate the care that was taken in making this sad time for my family more pleasant.

Family and friends got to come celebrate our grand baby's first birthday together with us in this beautiful home. The house is very pretty and clean plus it has a well stocked kitchen and a large fenced yard that was perfect for the kids. We grilled out and enjoyed the day together. The beds were all super comfortable too we found out afterwards, lol. The owners had even gotten a crib and high chair for the baby to use as well as stocking children's dishes in the cupboard, they really went above and beyond for us! We will stay here again when we come to visit our daughter most definitely!

Great location, easy to get to our triathlon at Lake Minneola. Very comfortable beds. Very clean. Great to have a tv in the bedrooms. Fully equipped kitchen. Cute travel sized extras in the bathrooms. Thank you for a great place to stay the weekend!
