Updated luxury two story beach townhome 10 minutes from old St. Augustine. Enjoy this year round vacation home with an indoor pool downstairs. Home is fully stocked with everything you and your family would need. Amenities include: outdoor tennis and basketball courts, outdoor pool and hot tub, kiddy splash pool. Playground and a private walkway to the white St. Augustine Beach sands. Indoor amenities include a heated pool, dry sauna, racquetball, library, and gym. We also provide pool and beach toys, umbrella, tennis racquets/balls, board games, and more!
With this ideal location you are also minutes away from Butler, Crescent Beaches and the Matanza Inlet. Marineland, Alligator Farm, bowling and miniature golf courses are all within a short drive. Dine in the world famous Oasis or have a romantic dinner on the water at Caps on the Bay. Go to a concert at the St. Augustine Ampitheatre or visit the lighthouse.

Two couples staying 5 nights. The accommodation had most things that we needed. Master bedroom had a well appointed bath with shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. The second bedroom had a twin bed and a double, shower and toilet. The second bedroom lacked a table to place a lamp or glasses on.
Towels for the beach/pool was provided as well as coffee, tea, salt and pepper. Beach chairs and umbrella and some toys were available as well.
The location was good. Right next to the indoor pool and sauna and about a 5 minute walk to the outdoor pool with access to bathroom.

The townhouse was very well equipped and the host was very thoughtful with the extras that were provided - tea, snacks, coffee, etc. The only thing missing was an oceanfront view.

Everything was as described. I last minute planned and Luba was quick to respond and help me get the place requested. She was the most helpful host that went so above and beyond with such kindness to make our stay as easy as possible. This was one of our best VRBO booking and stay we have experienced.

Perfect location! The beach & amenities are easily accessible from the unit, which was larger than expected and very clean. Several popular restaurants, Publix, & Starbucks / Dunkin’ Donuts are within a short drive. Not to mention, the host was very kind and responsive. Definitely will stay here again!

The only issue at the condo was dirty dishes in the cupboards. Food was baked on from the dishwasher. Also the dish washer was full of dirty dishes. Overall very nice and the dish problem is an easy fix👍

We loved this condo. It was in a great location. It was located right beside the club house where the indoor pool and gym was located. The weather was cold a few days so we loved the indoor pool. The beach was beautiful and the condo was a 5 minute walk to the beach. I would definitely recommend.

We had an extended stay here and was very happy. The place was clean and comfortable. Luba was a fantastic host making sure we had everything we needed and more. She responded very promptly, with easy communication to any of our questions. We would definitely stay here again! The Colony Reef property is great and the indoor pool is a bonus. The beach is a short walk from the condo. People were very friendly and welcoming here. The location is the best! Near all the things you want to do and there’s so much to keep your days filled. Thank you Luba!

Spacious, clean, well kept 2 bedroom with 2.5 baths. Very close to beach, has outdoor unheated pool with hot tub as well as an indoor heated pool. Very comfortable stay, close to restaurants and grocery stores.

The stay was great, The Condo was in a great area, quiet building and easy to go to the beach. The Bathrooms needed tobe cleaner, They needed to have Handsoap and TP for the ALL of the Bathrooms. Everything else was in good but old condtion. The Frig water and ice machine did not work, but most else was good. Would probably stay here again, Just maybe a better cleaning crew would make things perfect.

Access to all of Colony Reef's amenities is a huge bonus with this unit. Unit is nice, older but has modern updates with everything a family needs. The patio is peaceful, good view even without the ocean. Best part of this unit is that you have access to all of Colony Reef without paying the ocean view price. Amenities are great: plenty of parking, tennis courts, clubhouse with indoor pool, gym, sauna, and meeting space right next door. Huge grass area, outdoor pool and boardwalk to the beach, all within a 2-5 minute walk on property. Two flights of stairs (one outside and one inside the unit) plus not having ocean view may bother some.

It was a nice 2 bedroom condo right on the beach. Had everything there we needed to enjoy our stay. Just a short couple minute walk down to the beach and pool. Kids loved it! It’s really nice to go back to the pool when you walk back from the beach to clean off and cool down more. The actual beach there is beautiful, huge beach! It’s about a 10-15 minute drive to downtown St. Augustine so we went into town often and did all the fun tourist stuff there. Thanks again!

Family vacation
We had a wonderful week at this property. It is beautiful, comfortable and clean. The owner has excellent communication and attention to detail. The grounds are beautiful, pool is great and ocean access is new with a ramp. It really works well for a family.

We booked this listing for two nights so that we could enjoy both the beach and St Augustine as the last leg of our road trip from Virginia to Florida. When I booked the listing, I got confirmation of our booking and had also paid for the booking. The day prior, I received an email from VRBO that we were set to check in. The day of check in at 4pm, I realized she had still not sent me the code to get into the condo, so I messaged the owner. She texted back via VRBO, “Hi! I am so sorry. It looks like I double booked this property and I have no clue how this happened as the calendars are usually synced. I have someone there until the 5th.” I then called the owner and again she apologized but had no solution as to where me and my family could lodge given that we were 9 hours away from home. She assured me she would refund my payments which I said will absolutely be happening. In the meantime, my family had to start looking online and calling local hotels to find a place to stay. I had groceries that were unfortunately ruined and had to be thrown out since we ended up in a smaller hotel room with a mini fridge. I have never had an experience like this before and would urge others to think about renting a more reliable place in the area versus someone who may double book their listing. It was a highly stressful thing to deal with on what should have been a relaxing family vacation.

The beach and pool are a short walk away, Luba graciously provided beach necessities including chairs and towels as well as an umbrella for us to use.

Luba was so accommodating and helpful from the very beginning. Such a nice layout for my family. Loved being right Nextdoor to the indoor pool. Close enough to Saint Augustine to enjoy all the sites. Very nice beach access and outdoor pool. What a great place for a family trip!
