Fantastico appartamento super comodo ♥️ e perfetto

Non c’è niente che non mi è’ piaciuto . Non capisco i commenti negativi assolutamente senza senso . Fanno solo male alla struttura ma anche a chi vuole prenotare . Appartamento in pieno centro , tutti i mezzi disponibili , super spazioso comodo e con tutti i COMFORT . Non mancava nulla asciugatrice , microonde , frigo , cucina , detersivi piatti e lavatrice . Piatto forchette bicchieri olio che devo dire ? ANCHE LA FRIGGITRICE AD ARIA. Jessica super gentile e disponibile , se dovessi ritornare a Malta non cambierei mai questa struttura a 300 m lungomare st Julian , il despair , ristoranti bar ecc insomma tutto nei dintorni .

Tutto non c’è niente che non è andato bene ♥️

Appartamento e posizione ottimi

Struttura accogliente in pieno centro. Ci sono diversi bar e ristoranti nei dintorni ed anche minimarket. A pochi passi da paceville, zona della movida e delle discoteca. L’appartamento è molto carino, pulito e ben curato. La cucina è super attrezzata. Abbiamo apprezzato molto l’ospitalità e l’aiuto di Jessica e Carmine che ci hanno aiutati a goderci al meglio la vacanza.

We really enjoyed staying there, I can recommend it.

It is a relatively big apartment, more than enough for 2 ppl, but 4 can also easily fit. Great location, you can find everything nearby. Very friendly and helpful host.

The building itself seams a bit old / not very well maintained, however the apartment is modern and comfy.

Very disappointed - details shown not accurate - very over priced at 720€ + electric for 1 week

Entry to Apartment building needs cleaning : cockroaches everywhere (even in the apartment) : No toaster : No coffee machine : No hairdryer : No Terrace (only small balcony with gas bottles & air con unit : definitely no city views : very old bubbly cotton sheets and hard towels : TV too difficult to get working : WIFI information on sheet not correct : No ensuite bathroom : Only very basic small bathroom : shower head not staying up : unhygienic brown water flowing in toilet and sink : kitchen worktops not hygienic : be difficult for 5 to share - we were only 2! : Certainly expected better for 720€ + electric for 1week !!!!

...owner is helpful

Locality is quit noisy, up on the hill, so you have to go about 10 mins by walk to reach main seaside promenade with buses. So the map-points or infos about distance in this post are not correct. But this is the less important... The Flat itself was really bad in terms of equipment - there were no glasses for ex. (only 3 pink cups) all "equipement" covered with very old dirt. Bed with spring mattresses that are about so old that you can feel the springs...also very dirty in the corners around the mattress...old linen, in one bedroom there was some hairy polyester linen...? I really had to struggle to stay... The apartment has air conditioning, but no remote controls - we were told that we would have to pay another 10E per day for air conditioning. The price of this apartment was already so extremely high ... (550E-week) The whole house is in very poor condition, smells bad, is partially vacated - rest with strange tenants. Although the owner was nice!! and in case of my complaint about the noise from his another apartment, he immediately resolved it ... But this is not enough to rent an apartment in this condition and at this price .... I'm sorry that I have to give such an unpleasant review, but I do it out of respect for other booking clients - it's an unpleasant surprise and moreover if you have to stay in this for 14 days like us ...

Super Host + Great Location = Perfect Holiday

I had a modern apartment, in an excellent location, I went every night between pacevil and Black and gold! Malta is the best in entertainment. Host 10+

I booked a holiday on a boat, but the weather was not good, rough sea and strong wind, the manager kindly gave me an apartment at the psoto of the boat, without any additional cost. I enjoyed Malta
