Hotel de 10

De los mejores hoteles donde nos hemos alojado. Hotel de diseño, cómodo y con un servicio excepcional. Viajamos con una niña de 2 años y fueron muy atentos con ella y todos los detalles que implica. Los dueños son un encanto y hacen que te sientas como en casa. Sin duda repetiremos!

Todo genial, quizás el único inconveniente es la dificultad de aparcar en la calle del hotel ya que está en pleno centro de Puigcerdà, pero algunas calles más abajo siempre hay sitio y sino tienen convenio con un parking.

Hôtel et accueil parfaits

Très bel hôtel décoré avec goût, super accueil, bien placé, petit déjeuner copieux et varié avec vue montagnes. Même les chambres classiques sont bien équipées et jolies, propreté impeccable et petites attentions. Excellent rapport qualité prix.

Com a casa

Magnífic hotel familiar que no té més de dos anys d’antiguitat, pel que tal com et podries esperar, totes les instal•lacions estan super noves i són molt modernes. Cuiden els detalls i el teu benestar al màxim, amb una excel•lent hospitalitat digne d’esmentar. Viatjàvem amb el nostre fill de 2 anys, que va dormir perfectament a la cuna que cedeix sense cost l’hotel. L’habitació en la que ens vam allotjar, era molt àmplia. La seva ubicació és perfecte per no dependre de cotxe per visitar el centre de Puigcerdà. Repetirem segur!

Hotel familiar de calidad excepcional

Hotel pequeño y familiar de calidad excepcional en todos los aspectos, incluido el humano, con un personal (dueños y empleadas) que aporta sentido al concepto de hospitalidad. Camas muy cómodas, vistas al entorno pese a estar en la primer planta, confort térmico óptimo, construcción con materiales de gran calidad, etc. El desayuno cuidado con buenos productos.

Mejor imposible

Me gustó absolutamente todo! Pero en especial el trato recibido por parte de Lluís y su equipo, nos hicieron sentir como en casa. El desayuno perfecto, todos los productos Km 0 y cantidad abundante, el hotel esta recientemente reformado, hay muchísimos detalles tanto en la habitación com en el resto de zonas comunes que marcan la diferencia, todo está impecable y las camas son comodísimas. Sin duda repetiremos!

Lovely hotel with great host and perfect location ❤️☀️

It was amazing! We had a great time in this hotel! The place was beautiful and super clean. We loved the breakfast. The host was extremely friendly and helpful. We arrived with 2 bikes and they offered storage and help with our bikes. I really recommend this place! We will definitely be back ❤️

What a perfect place!

Everything a hotel should be this hotel is. Perfection. A masterpiece. A chic modern building. A beautiful modern room with a stupendous view off to the mountains. Very comfortable beds which cured a back problem of mine . A dream bathroom. Wonderful sun filled breakfast room.

Very difficult to find even with GPS BUT our being lost led to the greatest benefactions of all. This was a Sunday. I called the owners and they came and found me and my wife, they took charge of everything, the parked our car in a little space behind the hotel, they carried our bags up from here to the door, they booked a table for us in a great restaurant nearby, they made sure our stay was perfect .

Great hospitality

The staff was great. Even thought they did not know English, he used an app. to talk and translate for us. They were very helpful and even moved their car to let us have a parking space near the hotel. Breakfast was good.

Great place to stay!

Great hotel, we had a great time here. The owner Luis is very friendly and helpful, the hotel is new and very well equipped and stylish decorated. The rooms are very comfortable and the service is great, lots of great little details that make your stay a delight.

The owner was very friendly and gave us advice about where to go and the best place to ski Breakfast was very good Location was also good as it was close to the center The room had a smart tv so we could watch netflix

Luxuriously comfortable hotel in the middle of a quaint town

Everything about this hotel was amazing! We loved watching the sun rise without having to get up from our bed; the shower was amazing (robe and slippers were also provided); breakfast had the BEST coffee "americano" of our entire 2 week trip around Spain/Catalunya; you are walking distance from the old town shops as well as dining options; and last but not least we had a very attentive host, who made sure we were properly taken care of during our stay.

The only minor thing was the tight street parking, (which is the case everywhere you go in Spain), but our car was fine and we always felt safe.

Central location, modern clean and welcoming hotel. The best hotel for a long time.

The CIM boutique hotel was absolutely fantastic. The decor was modern and clean, and the room really lovely with great views. The staff were really friendly and attentive, and breakfast was also delicious. The central location was also really convenient. We will definitely stay again.

Nothing needed improving at all, it was spot on.

the hotel was new and very tidy. The room had a magnificent view on the mountains. The breakfast was super! We highly recommand this hotel!
