This home has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms -Master bedroom has a king bed -Guest room with a queen bed -Guest room with a full bed -Sleeper sofa in the den Are you coming down for a baseball or softball tournament? This home is 4.9 miles from the PCB Sports Complex and 11.1 miles to Frank Brown Park. Very close to several local eateries, 2 grocery stores, 2 liquor stores, the beach, marinas, and more! No worries in needing to look for a parking space or wait on any elevators. Pull up to the home, park, and walk right in! No hassles here! The large driveway can accommodate a boat & trailer, RV or 5th wheel, motorcycles & trailer. Perfect for those who want to bring their toys and have a place to park them. *Please note there is no cable or local channels for this home. Check-out time is no later than 10am central time. NO smoking, parties, events, or pets allowed. A rental agreement must be signed to secure your reservation. If the rental agreement is not signed, you will not receive the arrival information. The arrival information will be e-mailed 7 days prior to arrival as long as the rental agreement has been signed and the reservation has been paid in full. Should you book within 7 days of arrival or less, the rental agreement will need to be signed immediately so we can get you all of the appropriate arrival information. Main booking guest must be at least 25+ years of age to rent this property, send ID verification required as well as be present during the entire stay of the reservation. The person who books must be 25 years of age at the time of booking & present during the entire stay. Please inquire about monthly rentals in the off season of November to the end of February.

The house was beautiful!! The sliding doors didn’t lock, pool light was not working, ants and spiders inside home, we had to wash most of the dishes before we used them, floors were very dirty, no cable, jets in tub didn’t work.

The property was just as shown. Very well laid out and comfortable!! Granddaughter loved the pool. Great location close to restaurants stores and beach!!!

The house was amazing, size was perfect for our family. Having our own pool was relaxing. LOCATION was the best. We loved the lagoon area. Traffic wasn't bad, the beach access was great, food options close were great! Our favorite was Schooners and Dat Cajun Place. Only negative comment was the huge roaches that are native to the area that came in the house and the yard/landscaping needed a little TLC.

7 of my family members joined me for a relaxing girls trip. We spent most of the time at the pool, and had one beach day (which was enough for us)! The beach is about a 6/7 minute drive. There is also lots of stores for groceries and thing, about 5 mins drive away. We tried ‘The Juicy Crab’ which had excellent crab legs! Would definitely recommend!

We had some minor issues with cleaning and technical problems that were fixed by the agency within a heartbeat. Nevertheless, it would be good if the tenant did not have to accompany all these craftsmen...

Expect some noise being that the house is on a corner where a busy road is, but with the swimming and daily beach visit you sleep through it. You are in a great location where groceries stores and getting places is easy from the house location. Pool was a little cold. Being there in October is the reason for that. Overall good time with the family.
