Welcome to the Tree House!
The tree house gets its name from its location near the top of a mountainous, wooded location. The cabin is modern with a new kitchen including granite countertops and new appliances. The main home offers two bedrooms and one bath and one half bath in the master. Outside is a well appointed cabin with one large room set up for a lounge/living area and additional sleeping quarters.
The driveway is steep, but paved and the view of the surrounding woods is peaceful and tranquil. For boaters, onsite boat and Jetski storage is at the bottom of the driveway. The yard includes a fire pit and a sandbox. The yard is a perfect place to pitch your tent for the night and see all the stars.
The property is located in Holiday Hills which provides excellent access to Raystown Lake and all of the amenities it offers. Fuel and lunch to go is conveniently located on the way to the lake. This location is very desirable for lake access. Families and guests enjoy boating, fishing, hiking, biking, and swimming. The Allegrippis Trail System provides some of the best mountain biking trails in the state.
Boat Access: Seven Points Marina is located about 10 minutes from door to dock with gas, food and ice on the way. The Aitch Boat Launch and Snyder's Run Boat Launch are also available nearby.
During winter months, 4wd may be required. Snowstorms may limit the availability to this mountainous property.

We like this place because it private, and not far from Seven Points Marina. The "Treehouse" nickname fits as it is up a steep driveway but I'm from PA so I'm used to that.It works well for us, we eat outside and sit around the firepit when weather permits. Pug roams the plateau and stairs have good handrail. We will probably be back for a third tour next year.

We had a nice stay here. Everything on property is as seen in the listing. You don't need to bring much. The house is adequately stocked with all of your kitchen needs as well as freshly made beds and clean towels. It is very quiet and only a short drive to the lake. We all found it very relaxing and a great family getaway spot.

It was so relaxing watching the wildlife while listening to nothing but birds in the distance and the faints sounds of children enjoying their time with their families in their nearby houses.
When we did have a question, the response was immediate. We would recommend staying here to anyone!

The Tree House is absolutely perfect place to spend quality time with family. We are only an hour away and spend every weekend on our boat at the lake but stay at least a full week during the summer months. This is by far one of my favorite places that we have stayed. Your close to the boat launch, you have all the amenities and Heather is so easy to get a hold of and answer any questions you may have. The extra little cabin was absolutely perfect for my son and his dog. The yard was just enough space for our granddaughter to run and play. I’m sure we will definitely book The Tree House again!

Found this location during a quick last minute getaway planning. The location is great. Nice and quiet. The home was spacious for two adults and two dogs, nicely appointed and served us well. The steep driveway and stairs into the living floor of the home were a bit of a challenge while carrying belongings and food, etc.

This was an exceptional cabin with an additional little cottage for the kids. Everything needed was provided including tools for the campfire and smores! We parked our boat at the bottom of the driveway and had only a short trip to the boat ramp. Will definitely want to return for another visit.

Great little getaway in the woods and close to Raystown. We could tell you all were putting a lot of time and money into renovations. Would stay again soon. Side note - the main bathroom sink was clogged (slow drain) - wasn't a hassle...I would want to know if it were my place.

Cabin was neat and clean. Bonfire was perfect. We were 10 minutes from boat launch. The bonus cabin was perfect for my two sons, who are over 21. They could stay up late and watch tv without disturbing others in the main cabin.

This property had pros and cons. Def very up to date. But the property said it could sleep 6 and it tops could sleep 4. we were hoping for a pull our couch or something to accomodate the other 2. We had to find chairs and couches for kids to sleep on during the stay. The mattress’s in both rooms were terrible made you feel like you were sliding out of bed all night. Location was very nice. Not on top of any neighbors. 11 min from the lake. Kids loved the wildlife. Frogs,lizards, and turtles. i would def stay again with less people.

Loved this property. All the upgrades were very smartly done. Kitchen is new, clean and well stocked. Best glassware selection for wine, beer, martini, coffee…milk!! Had a kuerig and full pot coffee maker.
Super clean & comfortable. My dog loved the grounds. Close to Juniata. Invited my son & nephew back to the house for dinner. Wish i would have brought steaks for the grill!! Next time.

Perfect size cabin for a long weekend getaway. Close enough to the things to do, far enough away from the daily grind! Love the fire pit to come back to relax to after the day's adventures!

Everyone enjoyed this house, tucked away in a quiet area with lots of nature to observe. The cabin has a nice layout, furniture is really nice, had everything we needed, only thing I missed was my recliner. Not far from a campers store and bait shop, not far from the Seven Points boat launch & marina and there was a weekend only BBQ joint too. If you are pulling a boat it would be best left at base of the hill in a pull-off area. And if you have a bad hip the stairs to the main level may present a bit of a challenge. But we had a great time there.

Nice place, we recommended it to our friends and family and we would def stay here again if we return to the raystown area!! Everything was great, one thing I would note is it was a bit warm upon checking in on the first night but it was so hot outside that day. The other bedroom was a bit warmer at night as well, the host offered a fan when I asked for one. I thought we were fine with out it. Yard is great, and it is 10 min from the lake like stated! Nice BBQ take out joint about 5 min away as well.

Very convenient to Raystown Lake. Beautiful cabin with all amenities. I stayed with my parents and my fiancé and my two dogs and we had an excellent time. We are very Comfortable. Enjoy the fire pit, yard and barbecue pit.
