Our family rented houseboats on Raystown lake for Monday thru Friday. We used this location to gather and everyone and prepare for boarding. This is our second time to rent this location and it such a comfortable, clean, and convenient place. We love coming to Raystown and I'm sure we'll look to stay here again.

Couldn’t ask for a better place, Fields, Farm and Mountains to look at. it’s beautiful, feels like you’re all by yourself there. The place itself was very clean, very comfortable zero complaints at all and all the amenities you could ask for. four minutes away from the closest dock. the lake is absolutely beautiful. Recommend for anybody looking to get away, especially if you have kayaks a boat, jet ski, etc.. and love to fish. You’ll love it there. Plan on going back again for sure.

We been coming to raystown for our family reunion for year, and this has been our favorite place to stay. Clean, private, the owners are helpful and so nice. Plenty if parking if you bring toys. We had six adults and 1 dog, and it was perfect for our group.

We enjoyed our stay. Thankful for the AC as it was extremely hot. We appreciated the cleanliness and everything that is provided to meet our needs especially refrigerator/freezer making lots of ice. Beautiful country setting and close to the boat launch are added pluses for this rental. Thank you so much. We'll definitely be returning for another stay.

It was a very clean and beautiful place. Location is very nice. They had everything you could imagine available for you to use in the place. We really enjoyed our time. We plan on coming again next year 😊. I highly recommend it.

Stayed at this adorable location during the PA Search and Rescue Summit with my k9 and another K9 team. It was perfect for what we needed after a long day of training and very quiet. Enough space for the 2 dogs to run. Super clean, and cozy! Highly recommend!

Everything about the property was perfect for us to travel to see our brother and get our very much needed sister time. Lots of delicious food options available to us nearby which is very important to us.

It was the first time our great grand kids visited Pa and we all had a blast. Best Thanksgiving ever. They loved the house. Was cozy and very close to us. Thanks to Janice and Joe for providing such a nice place.

This home was a very nice and well-kept property that my family and I really enjoyed. We were so pleased with how clean and inviting it was with all that was there so that you could spend some quality time together. From the wonderful views to the games and numerous movies that were supplied, this host wanted to make sure you'd be happy. We loved the whole "mountain living" experience!
One thing to be aware of is that the drive up to the property is on a narrow winding road so be sure to expect that. It also depends on the direction you may be traveling from.

We loved our stay here. The property was exactly as described, it was very clean, and there is plenty to do in the area including some great hikes/overlooks. As a bonus, Walmart was an easy 15 minute drive away when we needed a few things. Plus the hosts were easy to communicate with. Overall very relaxing and enjoyable!

As soon as I walked in , this home had such a homey feel. Super clean, very well stocked, very accommodating! We really enjoyed our stay! We brought our boat and there was plenty of room to park it. The kitchen had everything and more than needed. We were super pleased with this home! Also, close to boat launch. We will definitely be back next year!

Absolutely lovely house, pleasant and clean. Large kitchen and living room with more than spacious bedrooms. Plenty of room to run around outside also. As we have a boat, there was more than adequate parking available and vey close to a nearby boat ramp. My husband and I are all ready talking about retuning

Great time at Raystown! If you are looking for a place that all you need is your clothes...this is the place! The kitchen was fully stock with everything you need and the place was SUPER CLEAN! We loved the views of the farm in the front and the mountains in the back. The firepit was great for the evening fun and roasting marshmellows. The owners are available for any questions and great to talk with! Our family had a great time at the house and the lake which is only a few minutes away! We will be going back again as we just had our food, clothes and about 50 fishing rods to get the BIG one!

This rental was clean and well maintained. The basics were provided and we were comfortable. We enjoyed the firepit and walking the dogs in the back field where a small path is mowed.

We can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our mountain/lake getaway at this fantastic property. From the ideal setting - close to the lake, but easy to access and surrounded by a view of the mountains and farm scenery (and some farmyard friends across the street!); to the very comfortable rental home - super clean, very well set-up/maintained/decorated/stocked; to the welcoming host - completely accommodating, helpful, quick-to-respond, and friendly.
Some additional favorites from our stay were the comfortable beds, the well-done campfire ring, and the extra amenities like laundry facilities and wifi. But all-around, just simply no complaints about this place - it's a property we'd highly recommend, and would definitely look to stay in again if we're ever back in the area. A true gem!

My Dad and I absolutely loved this place! It's cleanliness and proximity to the lake will keep us coming back. Will probably book it again in November for some Lake Trout fishing! Janice was so kind and accommodating.
