The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen/diner with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher and dining seating for four. There is also a sitting room with a TV. The bedrooms consist of a double and a bunk bedroom, along with a bathroom. Outside, there is a raised, front garden with a seating area and off-road parking for two cars. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Apologies, no pets and no smoking permitted. Within 0.1 miles there is shop, within 0.2 miles a pub and within 0.6 miles, a beach. For a wonderful escape to the Isle of Wight, consider Willow cottage.

Region: The Isle of Wight, with its beaches, unspoiled scenery, rich heritage and over 500 miles of award-winning public footpaths is a walker’s paradise, or if sailing is your thing, the renowned annual Cowes Week is not to be missed.
Town: The small Victorian beach resort of Ventnor is located on the island's southern tip and is reached by a series of steep curving roads surrounded by stunning landscape. This lovely hamlet, which is sheltered by St. Boniface Down, one of the island's highest points and an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, has a peculiar mild micro climate that allows tropical and exotic species to thrive. The gradually sloping sandy and fine shingle beaches and bays offer excellent watersports facilities as well as a variety of beautiful coastal pathways to explore, while the harbour serves a wide variety of fresh fish and locally caught seafood.
