About this apartment rental

Come & relax in this spacious 4 bdrm 3 bath 2120 sq. ft. vacation rental that is ideal for larger families or a group of up to 12! The master bedroom has a king bed and ensuite private bathroom with a jetted tub and balcony access. The covered balcony has a view of wooded hills and Lake Taneycomo. The second bedroom also has a king bed. The third bedroom (this is in the open loft which does not have doors to close) has a king bed and the fourth bedroom (loft) has two twin over full bunk beds. There is also a sofa bed in the living room.

The sofa bed is in the living room with a smart 55" TV. Lots of card games and board games come with the condo for hours of enjoyment. We also include a portacrib for those with a little one. Free high speed Wi-Fi is also included and all bedrooms come with smart 50" TV’s.

Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen for your convenience with table and bar seating and a high chair. Keurig coffee machine, water kettle, toaster, blender, mixer, griddle, crock pot, and pots and pans are all included. Comes with a large washer and dryer with laundry soap and dryer sheets.

The condo has 3 full bathrooms (one being an ensuite bathroom to the master bedroom) and we also provide hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. We also provide comfortable towels and linens.

Situated in the Pointe Royale Resort, "Hidden Gem" provides an ideal location for experiencing the best of Branson. Minutes away from endless outdoor recreation on Table Rock Lake or check out family-friendly attractions like Silver Dollar City and hot spots along the Branson Strip with tons of shows and other events and restaurants to enjoy.

Community Amenities- 18-hole championship golf course (for stays of 6 nights or more we offer a complimentary pass for two for 18 holes of golf (after 2 pm) if interested please let me know before you arrive), heated indoor pool (open year-round), 2 outdoor pools (open Memorial Day-Labor Day), hot tub, kiddie pool, patio areas, lighted tennis & pickleball courts, basketball court, clubhouse w/restaurant and fitness center, fantastic lakeside trout fishing, playgrounds, and picnic areas w/community charcoal grills (you will need to provide your own charcoal and lighter fluid). Our condo is ideally situated to be just a few minutes walk from the clubhouse, pools, tennis courts, and restaurant in one direction and a few minutes walk from the playground and Lake Taneycomo fishing area in the other direction.

"Hidden Gem" is perfect for friends and family visiting the Branson area to explore the great outdoors, enjoy lake activities, check out great attractions and shows on the famous Highway 76 Branson Strip and throughout Branson, enjoy wonderful restaurants or home cooked food in your condo, play a few rounds of golf, or enjoy some wonderful fishing.

Pointe Royale is in a gated community. We provide two access cards which allow you access to the owners side of the entrance to the community as well as access to the fitness center and the pools.

This is a second floor condo with 16 stairs required to access and there is no elevator access.

This was a great place for 7 of us to stay with plenty of room for 2 couples & kids to spread out. I will say the loft area with the king bed would have been unusable to us had we needed it due to how hot & stuffy it was, but the bunk room upstairs had a portable AC unit that keeps that room cooler especially with the door closed. The portable AC in the downstairs guest room needed sealed so hopefully that was fixed. Front porch could definitely use some cleaning. Kitchen is well stocked and we loved playing games at the big dining table. Location was perfect for walking down to the lake to skip stones or hike the trails, & the resort was great w/pools, restaurant, golf etc all nearby, it was a great community to stay at! All in all I felt at home & comfortable during our stay at David’s condo! .

The condo was a great size for our family of 11. The kitchen was well stocked and we appreciated that it included shampoo, body wash, paper towels, toilet paper. laundry detergent , dishwasher tablets, and plenty of towels. The patio area could have been cleaned a little better and the banister could use some paint, but overall we were pleased with our stay.

Location is fantastic! Pools, restaurants, river, playground and close drive to entertainment and groceries. The space was plenty big for our large family reunion with kids and grandkids in one place. Host was on top of responses and helpful. The only downside was cleanliness. With 3 kiddos under the age 3 on the floor it was apparent very quickly how dirty the floors were. There were mopping supplies so we took care of it and host did send a credit for the issue, which was appreciated. I’m sure it will be addressed with housekeeping going forward.

We traveled with 6 adults, a 16 month old, and a small dog. The stay was great and looked exactly as it did in the pictures. We were pleased with how nice it was and we went down to the park area to play several times during our stay. We would definitely recommend staying here! It was close to everything we wanted to do (usually less than 20 min drive depending on traffic).

We stayed a full week so we wouldn’t have to hurry. Enjoyed the amenities. Location is great, it was quiet at night. I was a little disappointed in the cleanliness of the rugs and carpet. The entry and patio need a good power wash.

The beds were super comfortable, and it was easy to prepare meals for our group in the well-equipped kitchen. David was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The only downside was that the AC struggled in the summer heat.
