Summary:
Cityscape Memories awaits you! One main floor with vaulted ceilings connects all rooms in this charming condo. The living room is equipped with a sofa that doubles as a sleeper, Smart TV, and access to the spacious sunroom. The sunroom offers seating, and a view of Branson attractions.

The Space:
Back inside everything you may need to whip up a delicious meal is in the comfort of your own kitchen, equipped with all utensils, appliances, and necessary counter space. You’ll find it fully stocked with a coffee maker, microwave, toaster, and more. The wrap around counter offers counter seating for 4. Shift your mealtime to the spacious dining table which sits eight or take it onto patio to dine al fresco!

The condo sleeps 14 comfortably between the 4 bedrooms, and the sofa sleeper.

Bedrooms #1 and #3 offer 2 full beds, a TV, and an en-suite. Both en-suites are equipped with shower/tub combo’s.

Bedrooms #2 and #4 are situated with a King bed, TV, and en-suite. The bedroom #2 en-suite offers a walk-in shower, and is accessible from the hallway as well. The bedroom #4 en-suite is equipped with a shower/tub combo.

THINGS TO NOTTE:
- This is a walk-up unit. Stairs required.
- There is a stacked washer and dryer for your convenience.
- Parking is available for two spaces directly in front of the building.
- Community pool use is NOT permitted for guests.
- As a thank you for booking your reservation with us here in the Branson area, we wish to include with each reservation, (2) complimentary tickets to your choice of one of the shows at, “The Hughes Brothers Theatre.”
All shows are subject to change, no cash value, theatre controls the schedule.

The property was as advertised. The 4- bedroom/4 full bath accommodated my 13-member family with ease. It was clean and ready to receive guest at the agreed time. Communication was through text and email. The property managers responded quickly to all communication. Check-in / check-out procedures were clear and easily followed. Close to all attractions and in a safe quiet area. No problem with this stay.

GRRREAT CONDO! 5 STARS! What a beautiful home away from home! 4bd 4bath! EXCELLENT! Clean, easy access to Sight & Sounds Theatre. Close to everything in Branson. There were damaged items that were not replaced. The kitchen floor was dirty with Cheerios under the sink. The ceiling fans were dirty the light switch the fan switch in the master bedroom had a short in it. The dishwasher disposal had a short in it. The blow dryer in the First bedroom on the left did not work and there was no pots or pans big enough or enough of them to cook with was not happy with our stay would not return there

We loved this condo! It was perfect for a Sisters fun weekend getaway. It was so clean and roomy. Plus, it was close to all of the activities in the area. The management company, Grand Welcome, provided excellent service! Would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed the property and plan to return on our next trip. Most of us wanted our "own space" for sleeping and bathroom, so the four bedroom four bathroom worked well. The only problem we had was not being able to work turn the TV off with the remote. It was probably us and not the equipment.

We had a wonderful stay. The only thing is directions to the actual condo were a little confusing, but we found it. Condo was as described. We did wake up to tornado sirens going off...a suggestion would be to have emergency suggestions...like where to go for a tornado. We were on the top level of the condo. A bit scary, but nothing the owner could do about it...but possibly offer some emergency suggestions in the event it happens to others.

We misunderstood the listing about it being a walk up and our mom uses a walker and couldn't walk up the stairs to the top level, but they were so helpful and worked with us and helped us find a different property to stay in with no stairs. It was a huge blessing and we had a wonderful time!! Thank you so much!!!!

Rooms are all nice size, really enjoyed that each bedroom had its own bathroom attached. Beds are VERY comfortable! House was clean, sidewalks were clean. We were there during an ice/snow storm. The parking lot was a little icy, but nothing major. would definitely stay there again! Was a nice 10 minute drive to the Branson Convention Center which is why we were there to begin with.
