Conditions optimales pour un bon séjour

Je loue ces appartements depuis des années maintenant. C'est une valeur sûre. La déco est ultra stylée, très moderne, beaucoup de goût, les appartements sont grands, on s'y sent bien. Il y a tout l'équipement nécessaire et surtout la climatisation indispensable.

Dommage que certains résidents n'entretiennent pas de si beaux appartements comme si c'était chez eux (trou de cigarettes dans un magnifique canapé en cuir).

Местоположението . Интериора.Чистотата.

Шумни съседи и изключително силен шум от климатика на стая №6 ./поради липса на тераса на стая №6 , климатика е монтиран на нашата тераса ,стая №5. Същият вероятно има износени втулки или лагери и много е шумен./ Тостера и ел. кана не работят. .Каната бе взета от портиера Симо и не бе заменена с друга..Беше студено и нямаше резервна завивка.Разполагахме с едно малко руло тоалетна хартия за 2 души за 7 дни.

L’appartamento si trova a 50 mt dal famoso twin center in una stradina di fronte, circondato da ristoranti e pub molto buoni, La zona è centralissima e la struttura è sicura e molto grande, credo tutto il palazzo sia adibito ad affitti . Doccia comoda e divano grande

Letto un po’ scomodo, lavandino troppo piccolo, i saponi sono troppo di scarsa qualità e avevamo chiesto un asciugacapelli che purtroppo non ci è stato fornito dal custode..piccoli dettagli che potrebbero alzare molto la qualità di questo posto

È tutto completamente un’altra realtà, struttura sporca non ha nulla a che vedere con le foto sull’annuncio! Abbiamo messo 6 ore per trovare la struttura! Deluso 😞

Nice place but need to work on the communication part . The guard by the door was a very kind person .

The decorations. And the guard was really nice person.

Not enough cooking tools. The tv volume was low. Need a better communication from the property about the cleaning fees and cleaning process . No iron . No Broom or dust pan . Only one trash can

Average. Wanted a refund but was refused. Property is nice but facilities aren’t so good

Good location.

Air conditioner was only in the living room. Two bedrooms were without air conditioner and were not comfortable to sleep in. We had to move our mattresses to the living room Bathroom was always flooded after showering

nice apartment for a good price

Apartment is new, nicely furnished, has great balcony, water is warm, heating with air conditioning is perfect, nice kitchen with cooking plate, Owen, water cooker, toaster.

smell of laundry and the whole apartment on cigarettes, only 1 role of toilet paper, leaking shower, no hairdryer, location….

Exceptional

A proper communication and someone should be present all the time for any emergencies. But overall it was comfy and very near to the US consulate. Definitely recommend. Only bad part is its on the 3rd floor and no lift.
