Your family living area opens fully on two sides to embrace the indoor/outdoor lifestyle sought by so many. Relax back on the lounge, with a glass in your hand and watch your family frolic in the beautiful crystal clear pool or paddle their kayaks around the waterways . As the sun starts to set perhaps the fishermen and women will return with freshly caught whiting, flatties or taylor for dinner. Failing that, you might have to settle for some of our famous Yamba prawns.
Featuring five spacious bedrooms the master bedroom boasts a king size bed and huge ensuite with bath shower and toilet. Bedroom two (upstairs) also has its own ensuite shower, with occupants of the other bedrooms being serviced with full bathroom and seperate toilet upstairs and a powder room downstairs (linen is not provided). This luxurious home also offers multiple living spaces and a great indoor and outdoor flow.
On the entry level, the carpeted living area effortlessly flows through into the tiled kitchen and dining area which all enjoy uninterrupted river views. The north easterly aspect combined with the ceiling fans and air conditioners featured throughout ensure you enjoy the best possible living environment all year round.
The kitchen is central to the living spaces and also enjoys a wide deep water outlook. It is well equipped and features oodles of cupboard and bench space, dishwasher, oven, stove and range-hood. Also on the lower floor is the generous master bedroom with walk in robe and large modern ensuite bathroom plus another bedroom with 2 single beds and a powder room.
As you wander upstairs you will be thrilled to discover the carpeted family/media room, which also features a little kitchenette so those family movie nights can be well supplied with popcorn.
With direct ocean access from your back door you can be home within minutes to cook up your catch of the day. There's also your very own private jetty and pontoon, just waiting for your boat, kayaks or jet ski.
Once you have finished dinner under your covered alfresco area you can enjoy a dip in your in-ground salt water swimming pool with built in spa set on the waters edge whilst you re-live the stories of the one that got away.
