Five Star Service with a Belfast Welcome!

The whole family agreed 5 Star service with a Belfast welcome! Absolutely stunning apartment - home from home but the people made it for us. On hand to take care of our every need but also amazingly pre-empting things that would make our stay even more amazing than we could imagine. We felt our stay was curated to totally take care of our personal preferences and built around our planned activities. Thank you to Chris and Katie and the team for everything and also to the personal driving services of Syd and Robert.

Cannot fault anything.

Wonderful stay

Beautifully designed rooms and bathrooms with everything you could want for a longer stay. The kitchen area is very well equipped. The welcome cheese, chocolates and wine is very generous as well as the invitation for evening drinks. Breakfast is generous, fresh and flexible as you arrange your own time. The staff are incredibly friendly, helpful and kind. Nothing is too much trouble.

The staff, David, Amy and John, were exceptional. They made us feel very welcome and comfortable and honoured every single request. The accommodation and location were excellent as was the breakfast accessability and amenities.

So much nicer than a hotel.

The accommodation was beautifully furnished and very clean and comfortable. A lovely breakfast was delivered each morning and we enjoyed the evening drink and nibbles! The staff were all so helpful and friendly. Great vinyl record collection too!

Exceptional

The Regency was recommended to me by a friend, we stay in Belfast alot and would usually stay at the Merchant. The Regency is extremely luxurious and stunningly decorated, I would recommend anyone looking for luxury accommodation, top class service (much better than the merchant) brilliant location and stunning apartments, to book the Regency. We will definitely be booking again soon. Thanks for having us, really looking forward to our next stay.

Wonderful Experience

The Penthouse residence was absolutely beautiful. Being welcomed by a roaring fire and tasteful Christmas decorations was wonderful - the beer, wine and snacks went down a treat too. We were two couples and the duplex layout gave everyone some privacy whilst also providing a lovely area to socialise together.

Superb

The apartment was fantastic. It was decorated for Christmas and it was just beautiful. The breakfast was great and the staff for very helpful.

There was no free parking linked to the apartment which meant that we had to get up at 8:00am on Saturday morning to pay the parking meter.

An exceptional building fitted to an exceptional standard. Very friendly and helpful staff.

A beautiful place to stay with amazingly friendly and helpful people. A lovey balance of five star hotel standard service and a homely feel. The staff went above and beyond and some amazingly little touches which made the stay extra special.

everything. location, staff were phenomenal, extremely accommodating, loved being able to do my own laundry. i can’t say enough about the management and staff. 6******. i wish we were able to stay longer. absolutely loved our stay! everything was beautiful, comfortable, and easy.

Beautifully refurbished Regency suites. On of the best holiday venues I have ever been to.

Location was superb. Close to Queens University and the City Centre. The staff were very kind, considerate and efficient.

Fantastic apartment, hosted by lovely, helpful people. Perfect base for our city break.

We loved the quality of the room and its facilities. Katie was a fantastic help before and during our stay and the bubbles on arrival (for my wife's birthday) were really welcome after the journey.

The location is easy to get around Belfast and the amenities are fantastic!

The location is great minus the parking which is on-street and you have two move your car during the day and cannot move it back until the evening.

Katie and the staff are fabulous. They treat you like Royalty. The hotel is impeccable and everything about it is perfect. We loved our stay and would stay here anytime we are in Belfast again. Truly a boutique hotel with a very special ambiance.

The Belle of Belfast City

My partner and I stayed at The Regency for one night in ‘The Garden Suite’. Everything about The Regency is a cut above anywhere else I’ve had the pleasure of staying, from the friendly staff to the fabulously decorated interior. We availed of the wonderful kitchen facilities to dine-in and made use of the luxurious bath and bathrobes for a relaxing, spa-like evening. Our bedroom had French doors opening up into a gorgeous private courtyard area, where we enjoyed our evening drinks. The location of The Regency is great! A wide array of shops, restaurants, cafes and bars are just minutes away on foot, yet the building is tucked away on a beautiful and peaceful crescent, overlooking a gorgeous park.

The only downside is that we didn’t book in for longer!

Exceptional would be an understatement

We stayed at The Regency as our first trip away with our newborn, which we had mentioned at the time of booking. When we arrived, there was a beautiful baby cot set up, a baby monitor, and even a baby bath! This level of attention to detail could be seen throughout the property - there was a vinyl record collection, musical instruments and a great coffee machine - they have literally thought of everything! The interior design and restoration work is genuinely stunning and there are so many beautiful details throughout the apartment - the photos don't do it justice. We had an apartment on the first floor overlooking beautiful gardens and had access to an outdoor terrace with sofas and heaters. It looks like the ground floor apartments have their own private courtyards. Katie and her team provided great service and Jimmy the doorman couldn't have been more helpful!

Our door code didn't work on one occasion, but a member of staff was on hand and sorted this within a few minutes! I believe this was due to a scheduled system update. Honestly couldn't fault anything about the experience!
