On the Ground Level, enjoy a secluded Queen Master Bedroom and Covered Carport with an Outdoor Shower, perfect for rinsing off after a day of adventures at the beach. Cook up some delicious local seafood on the Park-style Grill to enjoy in the Covered Picnic Area. Cool off in the Swimming Pool or have an exciting game of Horseshoes before heading inside for the evening.
Upstairs, on the Middle Level, find more sleeping space for everyone in your family group including a Bedroom with 2 Bunk Beds, a Bedroom with a Pyramid Bunk, a King Master Bedroom, and a Queen Master Bedroom. Pass by the hallway Laundry on this deck for easy midweek washes and let off some steam in the Half-Level Game Room with Foosball Table, Pool Table, and TV Area, perfect for those evenings when everyone is ready to gather together and enjoy some family time. Step outside onto the Mid-Level Covered Deck for a session in the bubbly Hot Tub or a cup of coffee with the sunrise.
On the main Top Level, enjoy brilliant natural light in the Living Area with plenty of open space and a Flat Screen TV for family movie night. Impress the family with your skills as a chef in the modern Kitchen for everyone to enjoy in the Dining Area, which seats 10, or at the Breakfast Bar, which has additional seating for 5. Take your evening drink out onto the Screen Porch and watch the sky change with the colors of an Outer Banks sunset from the Furnished Sun Deck. For an even better view of the ocean and surrounding area, head on up to the Rooftop Deck/Crow's Nest where your Morning View can be of the azure waves and the world waking up.
