Exceptional

The hotel has a stunningly beautiful design and great facilities. The restaurant and the big backyard were also nice spaces to hang out at. Staff members were super nice and accommodating.

Staff is very nice, overall the place is very cozy, the music in the bar/cafe is great.

Just one thing, rooms may need more closets for clothes, besides that everything was perfect.

Design, staff, location was great

For the price they are charging - the rooms have no TV's, no electric Kettles, no Tissue boxes, no water bottle and the breakfast was very very average. Guests comfort should be num 1 priority. With the prices they are charging I didn't see that they have taken everything into consideration.

A little gem in Stepanavan. I’m glad we were taking friends suggestion and stayed for 1 night in Major’s House. Only positive impressions from the stay. Significant perks include: a lovely garden, stylish interiors, a quiet ambience and very friendly hosts. The breakfast was delicious as well.

I only wish there would have been a kettle in a room among other facilities.

Nice place to relax, explore the beauty of the area and to work.

The breakfast was just excellent. Good choice of fresh fruits. Nice service.

There is no coffee or tea before 8am. It would be nice to have a possibility of having coffee or tea if you start your day early. Thank you!

Feel cozy and at home

Staff makes you feel at home. The guesthouse is a tranquil and cozy place to disconnect from noise and any stress. It has a big garden with facilities to work outdoors. The restaurant offers a variety of wines and fusion food. The humus set is delicious.

The rooms are slightly small than expected. The bread served at breakfast is average.

The staff, the location, the food - everything was exceptional. Only a minute away from a beautiful alley of spruce and pine trees where in the mornings the air is so fresh and cool, and about five minutes walk from a city park that has a playground for kids and exercising equipment for adults. We enjoyed the breakfasts at Major's house every morning. The personnel was very kind giving advise on local attractions and activities that we could do. The rooms were extremely clean and the staff did everything to accommodate us with two little kids in the room.

Major's House is one of the most chic hotels I have ever been: details, design, taste, guests oriented place. There is a soul in every piece of facilities. Breakfast was delicious and the view is magnificent. Check-in and payment method was quite quick. Board games, small "exhibitions" did not let us get bored. Well done, Major! We will be back soon! ❤️
