Come a casa

Joy è speciale, molto gentile e disponibile. Ti fa sentire a casa. Inoltre, abbiamo trovato in accoglienza stratosferica anche per il nostro cane un po’ grandino. Posizione strategica per visitare il Kent, inoltre Joy fornisce indicazioni utilissime con i suoi disegni 😊

Se proprio devo trovare un difetto è che la camera è piccola e un po’ piena di oggetti, ma eravamo state informate di questa cosa. Ma il voto è comunque 10 per l’accoglienza, il servizio e disponibilità che ci hanno riservato.

A real ‘home from home’ and excellent value.

I was made very welcome. Friendly and helpful hosts. Everything was clean. Quiet location and easy to park. Excellent breakfast including pastries and fresh fruit. My request for breakfast at 7.30 am on day of departure was cheerfully met. Would certainly return if travelling to the area.

Very pleasant home and host!

Incredibly accommodating host who went out of her way to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The bedroom and bathroom were well equipped. Location was a 15 minute walk from the center of Faversham and host gave us a wonderful hand-drawn map to ensure we didn’t get lost! Joy, our host, could not have been more friendly and thoughtful.

We had a marvellous weeks stay here and would be happy to stay again

Joy and Chris were wonderful hosts, couldn't have been more helpful. Breakfasts were lovely, Faversham is a gem of a historic town to visit, and a great centre for visiting other areas of Kent.

Never to be forgotten!

One of the most memorable stays we've had in England. Joy and Chris are just great! Everything was perfect! The place is very clean and the breakfast awesome. Looking forward to seeing you again! Magui and Laurence

An very ejoyable stay and thanks Joy and Chris a very chatty too.

Joy's breakfast was continental with fruit plus eggs. It was very rich and a good start for the day. We could use the garden on the back of the house which made us really feel at home. Fifty metres from the house you cross a little stream which you follow right to Favershan market in about 15 minutes. On the way back you can shop at Morrison's which is very practical.

There is nothing to complain about.

Very clean and high quality accomodation. The hosts were very welcoming.

Breakfast was in the conservatory. At any time of my choosing. Very good breakfast. Fresh fruit was very nice. Joy and Chris were very welcoming. Room was spotless. Sheets crisp and new. Carpet clean. Shower very good and clean. Room and shower room were nice and warm on a wet day. I was walking the Saxon Shore Way with my sister and my dog - a Cockapoo. He was well behaved and was welcomed. I booked this accomodation for two nights. It worked out very well. I was slightly concerned we were out of the town centre but we walked and followed the stream on a tarmacadam path and we were in the town centre in 10 minutes. So no problem.

Friendly, welcoming hosts and a clean, comfortable room

The room was cosy and comfortable on a quiet street, with an easy walk to town. The breakfast was delicious, with the bonus of fruit fresh from the garden! Joy and Chris were great hosts, very friendly but they also gave me my own space. It was lovely having such a homely place to stay for my holiday.

perfectly adequate

The room and bathroom we both pleasant and clean with a good selection of tea and coffee. Despite no cooked breakfast available, there was a good selection of fruit, cereals and croissants.

The location was further outside of the town centre than we would have liked however it was walkable on a pleasant summer evening

Great hosts, Beautiful home in a good location. We would recommend staying here to everyone.

Joy and Chris are wonderful hosts and nothing is too much trouble for them. The bedroom and bathroom were beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Breakfast was in the conservatory and Joy serves up a great selection. The location of the property gives you a lovely walk into town along the stream and past the old Chart gunpowder mill. All in all we had a wonderful stay in a beautiful home with two lovely people who made us feel special. We look forward to meeting them again soon.
