We are just minutes to Rehoboth Beach, Dewey Beach, historic Lewes and the natural beauty of Cape Henlopen State Park, and right next door to a wide array of great dining and 130 tax-free outlet stores, and many other activities and attractions. And on top of it all, Mar Bella does its part to protect the environment with 32 kilowatts of solar power, solar water heaters, recycling and other carbon offsets. The Palm Tree room is a spacious luxury bedroom decorated in british colonial style with a private ensuite bathroom. It's on the second floor in the main area of the hotel with a self-serve coffee/tea bar close by. The bedroom features a premium king-size bed and a seating area with comfy chairs. The bathroom features a large walk-in shower and double sink. There's a 55" 4k UHD TV with free Netflix, Max, Apple TV, AMC+ and HULU, as well as a mini-fridge to keep your drinks cool. We provide fresh linens, bath and pool towels and bath supplies, and even Mar Bella robes for you to enjoy. You'll have access to a handy online store where you can find beach gear rentals, snacks, drinks and other travel necessities. The Palm Tree is stocked and ready with everything you need for a memorable beach stay! All our guests have full access to Mar Bella's great amenities, including the large in-ground pool, our huge 11-by-8 foot hot tub, the unique Himalayan salt-walled sauna, a fire pit for evening relaxing, as well as hammocks strung beneath the pines and gorgeous outdoor seating and lounging areas all around the property. We have ample free parking for our guests, and an EV charger is available. You won't find a cleaner hotel in all of Rehoboth Beach! Your room has been scrupulously cleaned and sanitized by our housekeeping staff who follow a strict cleaning protocol. Unlike almost all other hotels we launder all bed coverings and blankets after every stay. You will find your room sparkling clean and sand-free, guaranteed. Prior to your stay your hosts David and Vana will send you your personalized Welcome Email which contains everything you need to know about the hotel and your room, along with recommendations for beaches, restaurants and things to do in the area. No children under 13, no pets.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but had to for this property. First, it is such an inviting, beautiful property all the way around. Our favorite space was the outdoor space in the courtyard. It was immaculate, I’ve never stayed somewhere that was as well cared for. The communication from the owners was so helpful and thought of everything you might need. It is also centrally located to everything, but tucked out of the way, so you don’t feel the crowded/touristy part. If I could give mor than 5 stars I would. Highly recommend!

Look no further for a wonderful, peaceful stay in Rehobeth Beach! I could not recommend this place enough. The room is bigger than expected and exceptionally clean. I loved the hot tub and pool. A great patio to to sit out and read a book. David was an incredible host, very responsive. Perfect for a relaxing weekend getaway. Mini fridge in room, fan, heated blanket, Netflix and even a white noise machine to help you sleep. They really thought of everything! Cant wait to be back for my next stay in Rehobeth.

We stayed three nights. Room was top-notch, bed and pillows were heavenly. Comfortable reading chairs were the perfect place me to enjoy a book. A mini fridge was handy for our drinks and restaurant leftovers. Property was beautifully landscaped and convenient to beaches. Hosts were super-friendly. David is truly a rock star - a fantastic host, and literally a fellow musician. Vana was attentive, ensuring our needs were met and giving us tips on shopping, great restaurants, and even the best spot for a beautiful sunset. The free coffee bar was awesome! Who needs crowded, impersonal hotels. Can't wait to visit Mar Bella again. Unforgettable!

I had the opportunity to stay a night in The Palm Tree Room and the experience was wonderful! Access in and out was so convenient and the location of Mar Bella is close to everything. The room was very comfortable and bed was great. I got one of the best night's sleep ever!

I booked a 2 night stay at this location, in The Palm Tree Room. From the moment I made the reservation, the host, David, made himself 100% available. The listing for this property and room doesn’t quite do it justice. The location is so close to Route 1, the beach, etc; but still has a sense of seclusion. The property itself is beautifully maintained. Check in and access to our room couldn’t have been any easier. David kept an open line of communication with me at all times. The entryway, main area, and stair well are absolutely gorgeous! On the second floor, there is a coffee bar with multiple Starbucks options and multiple creamer options. Water is also available. Our room was breathtaking. We arrived late at night, the lights were on in our room and it just looked so beautiful. There are 3, large closets and huge dresser drawers in The Palm Tree Room. The king size bed is firm, so request the pillow top addition if firm isn’t for you. Wi-Fi is complimentary. I was fully prepared to log into my personal TV streaming services, but they had them all logged in and ready for our use! The private bath was so cute, with his & hers sinks. Very well lit with a heating light, as well! The rainfall shower head was amazing. There are multiple hammocks and seating areas outside. A fire can be lit for you, upon request. There is ample parking. The key code you are given works for the front door, as well as your private room. I was so impressed with this place, we will be coming back and we are bringing friends to stay in one of the other rooms with us! I highly, highly recommend this establishment! I was sad to leave!

Mar Bella is a wonderful place to stay! The entire place was super clean, very tastefully decorated and extremely comfortable. They had everything you could think of to make your stay enjoyable. The Palm Tree room was quiet and private. It was only a short drive to get to the beach, shops, and various restaurants in the area. Check in and check out were very easy also. It was a 5 star place that we would definitely stay at again when we are in the area!

Loved it. The perfect middle point between everything (beach, restaurants, state park, etc). The property is immaculate and David is a gracious host. Will be staying here again next time I come to Rehoboth.
