NEWLY RENOVATED 3 bedrooms (4 beds) with a bonus sleeping area in the basement, 3 full bathrooms. This entire home is perfect for professionals traveling to Louisville. Upon arrival you'll be greeted by the fresh, open concept living space. Sleeps 8 in beds.

This home is located in Louisville's beautiful East End. Very short drive to dozens of restaurants, groceries, shopping, entertainment, etc.
The home has 3 bedrooms on the main floor and an additional room with a bed in the basement. The entire space was renovated in winter 2022. The home has an abundance of living space on the upper and lower levels.

-Cameras located on exterior. Devices record audio and video and recordings are triggered by motion. Devices will be active during guests stay.
-NO CABLE TELEVISION, GUESTS CAN UTILIZE SMART TV BY LOGGING IN WITH THEIR OWN STREAMING APPS
-Can accommodate up to 8 people in beds

Full access to the entire home except for the garage.

Wonderful neighborhood with a large variety of restaurants, boutiques, coffee shops, bars, etc. One of the best locations in Louisville.

Neighborhood is walkable. Lyft or Uber can get you pretty much anywhere you want to go in Louisville for $25 or less (normal rates) but be prepared to pay increased rates Derby weekend. Rentable scooters available in the area.

RENTAL AGREEMENT: Guests are required to sign all Rental Agreements prior to check in. If guests refuse to sign the rental agreement, the cancellation policy will still apply.

KENTUCKY DERBY: All Kentucky Derby week/weekend reservations are non refundable, regardless of whether or not a rental agreement has been signed.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: A security deposit hold is required for this reservation. This deposit is collected outside of the booking platform. The deposit must be collected at least 3 days prior to check or the reservation may be cancelled and the cancellation policy will still apply.

Home Sweet Hayden was perfect for the 4 of us, supposed to have been 5. Beautiful home, everything that we needed. I loved having the 3rd bathroom. My grandson loved the foosball table and beating all of us adults. Nice neighborhood. Close to the airport & tourist attractions. Brandon was great at communicating with us. I would definitely stay here again.

The property was clean and in a safe neighborhood. The manager was quick to respond to any questions. The directions for entry and exit were very clear and easy to follow. We used this as a place to stay during our bourbon trail tours and enjoyed the space downstairs to hang out in the evening. I recommend this property.

Excellent property. Very clean and well maintained. Very well stocked with all essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher pods, washing machine pods, etc. All the sheets and towels were clean. The beds were all made when we arrived. Overall, very impressed. We would rent this property again.

Had a great stay at Home Sweet Hayden when in town for Grandma's 95th birthday. There's was plenty of space for our siblings and kids. The kids LOVED the foosball table downstairs.

We stayed at this fabulous home to celebrate our daughter’s graduation and had family in from Florida, Ohio and Nashville who absolutely felt at home once we all walked in the front door! The home was super clean and beautifully appointed! And we all had space to enjoy our time together! Would definitely stay here again!!

We really enjoyed this property. The location worked great for us and the house was perfect for us to come back to after traveling around the area. The neighborhood was clean and quiet. Communication was quick with the property management and they made sure we were taken care off. Highly recommend.

We stayed at Home Sweet Hayden for 4 nights as we were in town for Cross Country Nationals at Tom Sawyer State Park. The house was perfect for our family: room to spread out, but cook and eat together. Room for my teenage son to enjoy the spacious downstairs rec room and bedroom with his own bathroom. The house was recently updated and is very fresh and modern with lots of light. Kitchen well outfitted. Super quiet neighborhood. The most comfortable beds and mattresses. Very clean and superb communication, We would definitely stay again!!!!

Planned a guys trip to Louisville to hit the Bourbon Trail and see some of the cool spots in town… this is a great place to stay - clean, ample room, huge basement area living room with a super comfortable couch, and convenient to both Louisville/outlying areas! Very communicative host, and easy check-in/checkout process. Would definitely come back again!

This was a wonderful place to stay for 3 couples or for a family. 3 bedrooms were on the main level with 2 bathrooms, and a 4th bedroom and bath were in the basement. There was a huge living room/wet bar in the basement, which would have been wonderful, if we had been at the house long enough to take advantage of it! We loved having this home to go to each night and relax. Highly recommend it!

Came with a friend and our daughters to tour University of Louisville and the surrounding town. This home was perfect. Beautifully decorated and exactly as shown. The beds were so comfortable that sleeping every night felt like home.

We really enjoyed our stay at Home Sweet Hayden! The house was lovely and spacious. With grandparents, parents, and children, everyone had places to be together or apart as we wished. The neighborhood was quiet and pleasant. The hosts were prompt in communicating with us whenever we had questions from the beginning of our booking and throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

Home Sweet Hayden worked out great for our girls weekend. It’s clean, comfortable, spacious, and in a quiet and safe neighborhood. There are several seating areas to relax with some coffee, bourbon, and wine while watching tv or enjoying the peace and quiet. There are several restaurants nearby; downtown and the bourbon trail are within a short driving distance. The Hayden was a perfect choice for our trip!

The reality of the place was exactly as advertised. Every bedroom enjoyed its own bathroom and plenty of seating space throughout the house. Our only suggestion might be the addition of one or two additional comfortable seats in the living room however it was very easy to bring out a dining room chair when needed
